I have spent £859 on this machine and after 3 months of use the Mould and stain on detergent drawer appeared very badly. Even after routine cleaning and a Eco clean cycle the issue remains. Customer service is not very helpful. I had other different brand of washing machine for 10 years and never had this problem. They wanted to charge me for a repair. Unfortunately in Jersey, Channel Island there is no service agent.

This machine is not silent at all. When rinsing it makes a banging noise while spinning and i also called the service to come look at it and it still makes the noise. The engineer that came tested the machine with no clothes in it so obviously it didn't make the noise then on the spot, but it's a different story when its got weight inside because that's when the drum hits the sides and the banging noise happens. I bought it because its supposed to be a silent machine and the reviews were good but its not silent at all. The features are somewhat easy to use but if you connect it to your phone for some reason it doesn't allow me to start it from my app or pause it. so idk the point of that. The app doesn't seem user friendly. Also with the AI wash i've noticed not all the stains come out. I guess i would not recommend this series 7 because if the constant banging when it rinses. Also the engineer said i overload it because it's meant to be 11kg wet clothes not dry. What's the point of paying more for a machine with a large capacity if i still have to put 3 items in it. That doesn't make any sense.

Only had machine a couple of days but have done two washes. The machine runs very quite Easy to operate no instructions needed just common sense Washing came out very dry after spin A standard cotton wash takes very long nearly 4 hours on one rinse and set to 20, the screen shows 1hr then when it starts changed to 3hr 45 and it was a small wash. Machine looks very modern. Very easy to scratch as we found just by moving it and then noticed on the black trim small marks. Difficult to move into place, the feet have very good suction to the floor which is a good thing once in place, I use a sound prove mat so once on this can pull machine out and push back in if needed. Machine has many different washing setting some I so not think most people will use.

Only had a week but first impressions that the double glazed glass door and rubber feet make this much quieter than my 9 year old Samsung. AI wash seems good, but keeps needing to wash my loads twice for cleanliness reasons Autodose - first time for a machine with this, would be good if Samsung gave more documentation, but trial and improvement on the settings have got this working. Got this on deal and used my Samsung birthday code for extra 15% so happy with price. Only hiccup was weekend delivery which didn't happen as planned though Samsung gave me a free upgrade to after work weekday evening delivery instead.

I purchased this Washing Machine at the end of last year, and so far it has been fantastic! The design is top tier; very futuristic looking, and the Machine itself is very quiet. Having the larger drum has been a godsend for my washing routine. I am able to wash larger towels and do fewer washes per week which has made my water and electricity usage more efficient. I have the Machine connected to my Wifi and I can manage my everything from the app. Brilliant!

I thought at first, what is the point of wifi? Set it up and it's easier to set the machine programming via my mobile than selecting using the knob on the machine. This machine is not just efficient it's very quite compared to our previous PRC/Italian machine. I highly recommend this machine as you get information on power and water consumption. Love, love, love my new machine! It is so quiet and efficient - the AI program reduces the wash time mid wash if the load isn’t too dirty, we’ve never known that happen before. We like using the App to set programs, this connectivity enables bespoke washes to be created and done. There is a wide range of programs to select from - looking forward to exploring these more and extending our range to become more efficient in how we wash our laundry. With its ample 9kg max capacity and its 4/5kg general washes, it suits a playing hard and working hard family - and it’s design doesn’t look bad either!!

I am so delighted with my new washing machine, its efficient, quiet, spacious and really gets the clothes clean and the AI technology means that if I pick the wrong cycle (which is hard coz there's so many to choose from and they are so easy to understand), the machine is designed to assess the load and adjust accordingly. Its a lovely modern design and is so aesthetically pleasing. I love it. Being able to control it from my phone and see how much water/detergent/energy I'm using is just amazing. It has many other features which are good for the environment, and my pocket!!!

In the UK we tend to keep our washing machines under a counter (kitchen or utility). This machine has rubber feet that suction to the ground. Which is great at stopping the machine moving around when spinning. Unfortunately it's also great at stopping the machine moving around full stop - so good luck trying to get it in and out from under the counter. And if you try put something under it (felt pads or whatever) it will move more easily....both for pushing it in/out under the counter and when it's spinning. It's a shame that such a small and cheap feature (the feet) ruin what is otherwise a good product (been buying Samsung exclusively for years and never let me down until now). Feels like it's been designed for countries that have their washing machine just freestanding (perhaps with a dryer fixed on top). Wish I'd went for a different one now/feels like a waste of money as I either need to have it sat out (because the feet stick preventing it being pushed in) or put something on the feet to stop them sticking and risk it pulling itself loose or damaging my kitchen units as it vibrates across the floor. My old washing machine wasn't a high end brand, had the same spin speeds but didn't do this. But then the feet weren't rubber.......

Arrived today. Already done 7 loads of washing was a little confused at first but once I drove it it was easy. The bubble soak feacher for my whites is amazing came out crystal clear very impressed. Only thing I want be nit picky about is there is no mixed load feacher but have maned to cope so fare. The 11kg drum is great I use it like an 8kg drum and because of this the cloves have loads of room to spin. So fare on my current electric rate it cost me 40p to do a load on cotton 40 with 1 extra rince. Would recomed this product so fare but ti.e will tell

Very impressed with this machine, bought to replace an 8 yr old Samsung. I was going to buy a more basic one but with discount and cash back this was a fantastic deal. Have used quite a few programs, I really like the auto dispense as it seems to be very economical. Quite a few of the programmes have a limit on the amount of weight of clothes which I was surprised about, but overall very pleased. I’ve not used the internet features yet. I use the ai wash cycle a lot, stains come out great. It’s super quiet, Over all can’t fault anything really but only had just over a month. Think the design of it is a bit ugly but it’s not on show anyway a think I’d have gone for a different colour way if it had been. (Mine is white with black panel..it was the cheapest)

The auto dose feature ensures that you'll only use the correct amount of detergent with every cycle, making it last longer. Even though some cycles are unavailable for the maximum load, you'll still be able to speed through any type of laundry pile. The AI wash will intelligently select the best program for you depending on the load, and we hope that you do explore the options in SmartThings, as it will make using every part your machine even easier. Whichever cycle you're using, you'll always find it to be quiet, so it won't be a unwanted background noise. bought a Samsung washing machine direct from Samsung in July 2023. The order confirmation email states “5 year guarantee”. The machine has now failed after about 2.5 years, it will not power on and the display does not light up, despite it seeming to receive power. Trying to get help from Samsung has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have had. I have spent days going back and forth between live chat, phone, and email, repeating the same information. Everyone is pleasant, but it is all surface level. Constant “we understand” and “I’ll note that”, but no one actually owns the issue or has the authority to fix it. Even when I eventually spoke to someone who sounded more senior, they repeated the same script as the first person I spoke to. Samsung’s position then became that the five year cover was a promotion that needed registering within 90 days, and that the terms are on the website. That is not what was clear at the point of purchase. The order confirmation just says “5 year guarantee”, with no obvious condition. If Samsung is going to advertise a five year guarantee in the purchase confirmation, it should not become a technicality the moment you need it. The only thing they offered was 20% off, which felt like a generic, one size fits all response rather than a genuine attempt to put things right. It is also not reassuring when you look online and see people saying they have been offered more, it makes the process feel arbitrary, like you just have to keep pushing until you get someone willing to help. In short, the appliance quality has been disappointing and the support has been worse. If you are considering buying appliances from Samsung, go in with your eyes open. If something goes wrong, you may spend days being passed around without a clear resolution.

We got such a great deal with this washing machine so really was a no brainer. Original price is quite a lot so may not have chosen if we didn't have a discount. Took a long time to choose a washing machine. Knew I was looking for something that could handle a larger load, better effective wash, steam function, delay timer, and very economical and had AI function. So happy with the purchase so far and it’s been 5 weeks. Once the app is set up on my phone, found it easier to see all the programmes and the different temperature options, time delay etc. the eco bubble technology works great and seen a big difference in my whites and small stains. Only cons, apart from cotton the other functions seem to say that the load max are a lot smaller, most of them recommend to a third to a half of the 11kg size, which I was shocked about. The AI function and the cotton allow a full 11kg load. Wish the time delay function was operational from the function on the washing machine not just the app. Also the auto dose isn’t specific enough to alter when you have concentrated liquid or conditioner. Still figuring out how to work around that. But with the great clean (eco bubble is brilliant) and how quick and efficient, I am really happy with this machine. Also it is a good looking piece of equipment.

We bought this for our first home looking for something reliable for the long term, and I'm already really happy with it. ​The 10kg drum is loads for two people, which is great because it means we can easily get everything done in fewer loads. I'm really happy with the 39-minute fast wash too—we like to get things done quickly. Also runs quietly. ​It feels well-built, runs efficiently, and comes with a 5-year warranty. Already feels like we will have for a long time.

Really easy to get this washer installed. Delivery was smooth, with updates and a phone call from the driver when he was near. Unboxing the new machine was straightforward, no damage, all good. Plugged into the existing mains/water with no problem. Product registration was almost automatic. All info pre-filled in Samsung account. The machine works really well. Integration with SmartThings is pretty useful. Notifications are helpful. Love it.

Fantastic washing machine with a large capacity. The WiFi connectivity works well. AI capabilities work really well and has reduced water usage. I like the way the detergent and fabric conditioner are dispensed based on the load. Quick and quiet. Looks great as well! I would recommend this washing machine.

Great washing machine that I had to buy to replace my previous Samsung washer of 8 years and one month. The LCD screen was the only thing to use to start the wash and this got stuck in the 'on' position, no replacements anywhere. Rest of machine worked perfectly, such a shame. New machine is the 7 series and I use the AI wash cycle for everything, so easy. Large capacity, efficient and eco friendly with an 'A' rating. Cost half of the old machine it replaced but still a few quid more than I expected to pay. Let's hope this one lasts longer and Samsung keep spares for at least 19 years. Only gripe is the Samsung Smartthings app. I've got lots of Samsung products all easily added to the app, but this machine will not register so I don't know if there's a software update for the machine. It connects to the app but it's the registering process that will not complete. And yes, I have wifi in that room. Suggestions included moving the machine closer to the router which is in my living room, not going to happen!
