Este refrigerador me llegó golpeado en la parte superior de la puerta izquierda, me hicieron enviar documentos, me visitaron los técnicos de Samsung a checar el golpe, me contactaron por correo para volver a enviar todos los documentos, así me traían desde Mayo del 2025 y hasta hoy Julio 2025 me dijeron que por políticas no me harían válida la garantía porque reporté el golpe después de 24 horas de recibido. Y que si tenía alguna falla el refrigerador lo tenía que pagar yo. Les recomiendo no comprar esta marca en electrodomésticos y menos en la app shop de Samsung, la verdad se ahorrarán mucho dolor de cabeza porque tienen nula resolución. Las personas que me atendieron y me dieron largas: FRANCISCO MORIN AVILES (Agente especializado Red Risk) nunca respondió cuando le envié los documentos que me solicitó RODRIGO FERNÁNDEZ (Samsung Servicio al Cliente) Me pregunto cuándo había hecho el reporte, le dije que no recordaba pero que fue a los días de recibido y me respondió: fue el 14.05 ¿No sé si lo recuerde?? Tratándome como ëstüpïdä CAMILA ( soporte técnico Samsung Shop) 2 meses dándome largas para que al final me digan no es válida la garantía porque reporto después de las 24 horas.

Pésimo equipo la verdad no lo recomiendo para nada, si quieren un equipo que les dure muy poco compren SAMSUNG, estan diseñado para que dure lo que va el año de comprar, se dañan y tienes que invertir en tarjetas nuevas para que vuelva a tardar un año o menos ya que solo dan garantía temporal y asi te la vas a estar llevando todo el tiempo, mejor compren otra marca, cuando acude a tu domicilio el servicio técnico no te ayudan, no te muestran lo que segun se daño y solo te sacan dinero, no les interesas como cliente, solo quieren cobrar. La verdad no lo recomiendo, no lo compren aun que parezca buena la oferta pero mejor inviertan en otra marca, samsung muy malos sus equipos y pesimo su servicio a cliente.

I have a small kitchen and the size of this refrigerator is great and it fits perfectly in my kitchen without taking up much room. Also,  I just love that it is fingerprint resistance and the ice maker is very easy to hook up. The refrigerator has a lot of room with multiple shelves and door shelves, however, you can't put taller cartons or bottles on the shelves and there is no way to adjust the shelves. So, taller containers would have to go on the door shelves. It's great that you can adjust the temperature and other controls with wifi connection on your smartphone and it alerts you when something is wrong. This is a wonderful refrigerator and I would definitely recommend it to family and friends!

Our newest is our 3 Door French Door Fridge in Stainless Steel. This fridge was so worth the wait!! The crew that delivered had to figure out how to get thru our narrow doors, but did handle w/o issues. The fridge, when you open the doors, is lit up and you can see EVERYTHING!!! The space for organization is exactly what we were looking for. The shelves and drawers are easy to remove, clean and re-install. The freezer with the automatic ice maker - YESSSSSSS FINALLY - no trays! And we can see everything in the freezer, and keep essentials (Butter, coffee, ice packs, chopped fruit in the top drawer of the freezer, and can easily move back to see everything in the drawer below. I never knew I could be so excited about this fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well lo and behold I finally received this fridge! A mighty long wait being it took 6 months. So far I can say I’m getting acclimated to it. It’s really a change up from my previous fridge. I’m really loving the French door style. I’m a family of 4, and when transferring items from my last fridge to this one I did have to toss a few frozen items out since I was unable to get it all to fit. I do think my last fridge ( duo door) was bigger in cubic space though. Anyhoo, so far the fridge is sleek, spacious main refrigerator section, and a nice stainless steel finish. It has some upgrades since it can connect to an app providing combination alerts on phone or in person with a chime bell when you leave either fridge or freezer drawer doors open. If you’re looking for easy setup -It has a QR code in the fridge part right door on the top and easily helps to get you get your fridge in the SmartThings app. Keep in mind the fridge is only 2.4ghz compatible for WiFi connection not 5ghz. The app really goes in depth with energy savings and other customizable features like enabling Sabbath mode and such. Fridge is on wheels, which is really nice since it doesn’t damage my laminate flooring like my previous fridge did. I will note the fridge without handles may be more of a challenge for little kids to open. My 5.5 year old hasn’t figured out how to open it just yet. I’m also no longer racing to shut the door in a hurry to prevent my 15 month old from climbing into the fridge like before with my previous refrigerator. My machine was hooked up about noon time and it took overnight for it to make ice ( it does have tape over it don’t forget to remove easy to miss). Make sure you cycle the ice out for several uses before consuming since new filter. I think some features lack a little like soft close would of been nice for this asking price and maybe just a bit more freezer space. I will say it’s taking some time getting used to it compared to my previous one. Also the shelving it’s customizable, but you would need to unhinge the doors to get the glass to fully remove I wish the doors expanded to enough where I didn’t have to do that extra step. So on the side panels I have to place my gallon milk there, otherwise I gotta lay in flat down and hope the gallon jug doesn’t leak. Overall, great basic French door styled fridge with some minor room for improvements so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a long 7 months wait, this beautiful stainless steel refrigerator arrived in perfect condition! XPO did an excellent job delivering it after the first delivery arrived with damages. What is unique about this refrigerator on the first glance is how compact the design is, the width of the refrigerator is the size of a standard refrigerator. For a 3-door French design, this refrigerator is less bulkier than its predecessor, although the interior seem to carry the depth well. Smart function enabled, the refrigerator has connectivity with the SmartThings app, and it has a internal temperature gauge that keeps constant at 37 degrees for the refrigerator and 0° for the freezer. It is a quiet running machine and holds temperature steady. One of the smart functions include a door alert where if it stays open longer than a minute oh, it gives it a beep. I tested the longevity of the beep and initially it would stop, then it would once again beep and repeat this process until the last alert including interior lights flashing. It took a bit of time to figure out how the door closes and opens. If there was any feedback on the design this would be the one aspect that should be addressed. The second review of this campaign is a physically shorter stature and had difficulty initially opening the refrigerator door because the handle is located on top of the fridge. Also this fridge is actually not as tall as some of its predecessor oh, it's still quite a reach for this five foot four inches person to open the fridge. Also another aspect is how a person would instinctively grab the left door of the fridge where it actually has a lip that needs to be untouched to open. Both myself and the second reviewer grabbed onto the lift to open the fridge which causes it to lock because of the latch. however this does not take away from the fact that the doors close and opens quite easily, and regardless of which door closes first. The right door does not have the little lip that the left door has, but this does not deter the closing or the opening of the door. You can open the left side first even though it has the lip. The freezer has a deep-pocket that would hold plenty of Frozen food products, including a drawer on the top portion which is useful for shallower things like frozen vegetables and fruits. It actually also fit ice cream pints comfortably and holds its temperature very well. The exterior stainless steel is elegant and beautiful, it does not hold fingerprint.

I love the easy clean up of smudges, no need for stainless spray, a soft cloth and a little water works perfect. I was concerned about the freezer having enough space, no worries, it holds alot, enough for a small family, if you buy in bulk you may need a separate deep freeze, like with other fridges. The only thing I wish, it had room to stand bottles on a shelf. I think if you move a shelf to accommodate, then you'll lose other needed space. No worries, plenty of room on the doors for that, and I purchased a few shelf organizers that work great. This was the reason for 4 not 5 stars, but great fridge so far.

They have 8 people in the house, and they needed a reliable fridge that could hold enough for all of them. This fridge is not very wide, but it is deep. It consistently keeps food fresh and they were even able to connect a water dispenser to it (they prefer a separate water dispenser than a built-in to the fridge). It also made their kitchen look more updated with its beautiful stainless steel finish and hidden handles. I would recommend this fridge to absolutely anyone who is looking to upgrade. Could use some help on having more options with in shelf adjustments. The doors can fit some taller items (milk, 1 liter sodas, apple juice) but it’s not enough space for more than 4 of these. I had to adjust the second shelf to its highest height and that gives me enough room for additional tall items on the bottom shelf. This also means the second shelf can only fit small items the size of a yogurt container. The freezer size is actually a bit smaller than my old refrigerator . I had to settle for this size due to size constraints. It’s good for the size. It’s very nice looking.

I am glad that it does not have a water dispenser as my kitchen would probably flood from my dogs trying to get to either cold water or the ice. There is more than adequate room for items that need to stay cold after opening or purchase. The freezer on the bottom is a generous size. Depending on your family size this fridge is a plus to own. I have 4 adults in my home and we have plenty of room for our items and even left overs when there are some. The double doors on the front also make it easy if just grabbing one item, you dont have to open the full door to get out what you want.

We wish we could review this fridge but the third party contractor Samsung uses RXO did not install our fridge correctly. Samsung care does not cover improper installation. Our fridge was installed and was not level (literally shakes when you open the door and the bottom skirt was not properly installed). The back of the fridge needs to be released and we can't do it on our own. We called RXO twice but still don't have an ETA on when they will come back out and meanwhile we have coolers full of food rotting and unable to turn on our fridge as we are waiting to hear back from RXO.

It looks so clean and stately along with all the other stainless steel appliances instead of the old white one that was in that spot. It’s deeper than my old fridge, which makes it so nice for storing more foods and beverages. I love all the room in the French doors, too, which hold all my quick-grab items like our beverages and refrigerated snacks. I’m not entirely pleased with the lack of ability to move my shelves up and down since there are only three places to put the shelving. More items are going to have to lay down because of that, or I’ll have to pull out one of the shelves so taller items fit. I appreciate that the doors have a place to open them from the top or the bottom. I also very much like the two crisping drawers AND the bottom drawer that’s not very deep., but the length makes it important. I really enjoy the size of the freezer and the depth of the drawer. It’s made so you can fit some bigger items in there when needed. This fridge is exactly what we needed to match the rest of our Samsung appliances in the kitchen!

Love the refrigerator. It’s such a perfect fit for my small kitchen. The shelves are adjustable to three levels. I like the option of having to hook up the ice maker. We don’t use much ice and don’t need an automatic ice maker. The fingerprints show on the surface even if it says it won’t show. No big deal. Most important is that we don’t have to open the door entirely to get something which is an energy saver. I love the refrigerator and would recommend .

Selected this unit because it is impossible to find something in the 21/22 CU ft size that fits properly in an older kitchen. Very pleased with the exterior and 5/10 year warrantee on the refrigeration/compressor systems. Wi-Fi in a fridge is not important to me. The ONLY thing keeping me from a 5 star review is the interior layout. As a retired engineer I can comfortably say that it was designed to maximize corporate profits not customer satisfaction. The issue is the limited positions the shelves can be put into. I don't mind the full width shelves, but I am disappointed by the lack of positions that they can be put into. In order to have one shelf that has clearance for slightly larger items such as certain salad dressings or Hershey Chocolate you have to put them in a position where you have one shelf with only about 4 inches of clearance suitable for egg cartons and not much else and result in a lot of unusable space above the few taller items. The door shelves have similar limitations.

Most 30" width friges are 18cf, but we chose this one for the extra space and design. Its beautiful to look at, but misses the mark a little on functionality. As a french door style, you should be able to open the crisper door without the need to open both doors. The right hand crisper door is blocked from opening due to the left door closing mechanism. The left crisper can be opened with only the left door opened so you have to plan accordingly. The app only appears to allow turning off the open door alarm in Sabbath mode, which also disables the light and ice maker (BOOOOO!!!!). The alert is probably a good idea, but terrible that it can't be turned off. The door bins and internal single shelves have very limited configuration options compared to others. Again, planning how you store food and drink is important. Lastly, the extra space from a 30" wide fridge is attained by a deeper unit. Using evenly spaced shelving is unable to accommodate a gallon of milk on any level (BOOO!!!). The way around it is configuring one of the top or bottom which leaves a very small middle section. As mentioned, its a deep fridge, so reaching into the back part of a narrow middle section is not ideal for anything.

Hello there, Getting you assisted is what we strive for. When the refrigerator is in Sabbath mode, the buttons, the display, and the internal lights do not function. The fridge and freezer, however, continue to cool. Sabbath mode stays active for 85 hours, even during a power outage. Upon checking, there's no way to turn off the door alarm if it is not in sabbath mode. It's got so much storage space and the Freestanding design makes it fit perfectly in my kitchen! this new fridge! it's beautiful, sleek, and compact. perfect for those in condos, apartments, townhomes, etc. we are a small family as well, so we don't need a giant fridge. i love the amount of space, i just have to adapt to the shelves. I was pleasantly surprised to see it could hold all of our items that our previous one did in a nice, compact space. The freezer storage space at the bottom makes good use of the overall compacted design of this refrigerator. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a sleek design. I love all the shelving and space we have. I just love that it is fingerprint resistance and the ice maker is very easy to hook up. My favorite is that I can monitor my fridge from the Samsung SmartThings app and it alerts me if we left the door open too long! The 3-door style is awesome and the fridge keeps our products perfectly chilled. I love the fact that my Samsung TV alerts me if the fridge door has been left open. I was pleasantly surprised. It works great and looks nice. I recommend this fridge!
