The other reviews were pretty accurate. The light only in the front makes the back dark. The shelfs not being very adjustable takes some getting used to. The worst part of the fridge has been the SmartThings app and taking the plastic off of the stainless steel surface. The Samsung SmartThings app requires your precise location in order to add a refrigerator, which is unnecessary. The app also prompts "Do more with SmartThings by adding Nest devices." I dismiss the prompt but it comes up every time I open the app. Remove the location requirement and stop with the constant prompts. For unboxing you will spend a lot of time peeling the plastic off the stainless steel. Unfortunately the plastic is crimped into the edges so it's impossible to get all the plastic off and just looks bad (see pictures). Also my top shelf glass was chipped.

This refrigerator has very very poor quality stainless steel. It dance extremely easily. I live here by myself. It’s ridiculous… I absolutely hate it. I would not recommend I had no idea it would be so cheap. I’ve had other products before and had bought this about 15 months ago along with other appliances and everything else is fine and my old stuff wasn’t bad. Horrified had no idea it was so cheaply made.. It’s hard to show in pictures. The site‘s not letting me upload any pictures now it’s 15 months old purchased through Home Depot. Don’t buy.

When this refrigerator arrived, it was smaller than I expected. I was worried it wouldn’t work for my household. Turned out the size of this fridge works great. I'm impressed by its compact, modern and sleek design. Despite its size, it has a large capacity that is quite deceptive. The SpaceMax™ Technology, allows so much extra storage space without sacrificing energy efficiency. We can fit plenty of food and have yet to run out of space. Two of my favorite components are The Beverage Center and the Dual Auto Ice Make. R with Ice Bites™. I love the water dispenser and AutoFill Water Pitcher that are located inside the door versus the exterior. We use the pitcher every day to fill the coffee maker, kettle and other items that are not so easy to fill. I have also infused watermelon in the fruit filter that comes as part of the lid, and that was delicious! The ice maker is in the freezer drawer. Being that it is actually in a freezer, you will not have issues with a in-door ice dispenser freezing up that has been a common issue with many other refrigerators with door icemakers. It's also convenient to have ice, in two separate sizes. I also like the secret drawer by the filter, where I store butter & deli items. Which is another example of a good use of space. Some very minor areas that I noticed are: the glass shelves do not appear to be adjustable. The shelves are connected all the way across the inside. Therefore, you cannot make one side taller than the other to fit taller items. (At least I couldn’t figure it out) All taller items fit inside the door shelves, including a gallon of milk, so there is designated space for it. However, the tempered glass and spill-proof shelves with LED lighting adds to the overall convenience and accessibility of the fridge. I also would prefer if it had more smart features. I appreciate that it has Wi-Fi, and I can monitor the temp control from my phone, but that’s about it. There are so many more possibilities with this feature. The Fingerprint Resistant Stainless Steel is also a great feature in theory, however, I have noticed that fingerprints still appear. Overall, the Samsung 25 cu. ft. 3-Door French Door Refrigerator with Beverage Center™ & AutoFill Water Pitcher RF25C5551SR has been an excellent addition to our kitchen. Key areas for me are its compact size with a large capacity; the convenient built-in features, such the water pitcher and dual ice options, the modern and sleek design and its energy efficiency

It could fit more things because of the smart layout. Speaking of smart, I love the digital cooling controls placed perfectly inside. My last fridge had the control panel outside and it always seemed to get bumped and changed etc, this is much better. The outside is sleek and smooth with the handles on both the top and bottom of the doors smartly hidden, which looks like a much cleaner design.. Having never to fill the water pitcher, standing there waiting is a blessing. I will never go back to that. A freezer with plenty of space and 2 different kinds of ice. Worth every penny. A solid choice of fridge, I’m very happy.

I get to fill my water bottle quickly when in the go. I also enjoy the two different sizes of ice cubes. Both the fridge and freezer have ample space. The unit is not noisy at all. I do have to make sure doors in fridge close all the way. I can’t just let them go and they close. I have to physically push to close every time. That’s my only issue. There is a ton of space inside the fridge. I love how it has a water pitcher on the side of the door. You can add lemons to infuse the water and it refills on its own. The ice bucket is kinda big. It does take up space in the freezer. The ice maker makes 2 different size ice cubes, 1 larger and the other smaller. They also included a ice shovel so you dont get the other ice cubes dirty. The bottom of the freezer bucket has alot of space and is perfect for what I need it for. Plenty of space in the refrigerator, the only thing I don't like is next to the water pitcher there are 2 small brackets. It's not big enough for a sauce bottle, only thing I can think of is sauce packets which I think is a waste. But overall I do like the sleek design, no door handles and plenty of room inside the fridge. I highly recommend this fridge if you are in the market for one.

This Samsung 3-Door French Refrigerator has space max technology that will make you think twice. The design aspect of the refrigerator maximizes space so that you can store more food and take less space in the kitchen. Not to mention this refrigerator has so many features. For one, the refrigerator comes with the Beverage Center that can dispense crisp filter water plus auto fill the pitcher that comes with it. What’s awesome is there is a compartment that makes ice two different sizes. There is bite size ice and cubed size ice at your disposal. All in all, this refrigerator is great for our apartment and one shouldn’t underestimate the misses.

In my last Samsung fridge, there was a shelf that allowed you to lift a portion of it so that the shelf sat back further. I do miss having handles on the outside. It will take a little getting used to not having handles on the front of the fridge. I do like the multiple types of ice in the freezer, although the ice maker is a bit loud. Another think I miss from my old fridge was that there was lighting in the back of the fridge. this fridge only have lighting in the front, so it is a bit difficult to see what is in the back of the fridge if there are things in the way of the front light. Overall, this fridge is nice and it works well. Is it perfect, no, but it does a pretty good job.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look of this Bespoke fridge. I love the sleek straight look with no handle bars and no dispenser. The entire fridge looks modern. The stainless is fingerprint resistance so far. It’s easy to clean and doesn’t leave any marks behind. The fridge looks small on the outside but inside actually look pretty spacious. I love having the beverage center inside the door, and yet it doesn’t compromise the space for other things. I like that the water dispenser is low so my son can actually get his own water without spilling the water everywhere. The filter placement is at a very accessible place for easy replacement in the future. I like that the ice maker separate out two different sizes. As much as I like the two compartments for ice and how ‘cool’ it is to make 2 different sizes, I feel the tray is too big. The tray takes up more than half of the top compartment in the freezer so there isn’t a lot of space left to put other things. I’m also not used to the noise when the ice fall down onto the tray. The tray and ice maker are not close so throughout the day I’d hear the dropping noise of the ice. Something I need to get used to for sure. Aside from the fact that the ice takes up almost 1/4 of the freezer space, I find it easy to organizer the freezer because of it’s square shape. The temperature for the fridge is on point. Connecting to WiFi with SmartThings app was easy and quick. The app is user friendly and convenient to turn off the ice make or change/check the temperature when away on vacation. So far I really enjoy this fridge.

We previously had a side by side and my daughter kept complaining about it not having enough room, so we had to buy a “garage refrigerator” where we could keep the other things we buy and could not get in the refrigerator – not now – we literally have room for everything we buy. When we go shopping some people would think that we are buying for a restaurant since we keep so much fresh food on hand at one time. Is it “stuffed full” – of course, but the point is that everything fits! – no additional refrigerator needed. This beautiful unit has now replaced not only the regular refrigerator, but the garage refrigerator also because it is no longer needed. The shelves in the side of the door hold everything needed, and are also adjustable. Gosh, there just not enough superlatives that I can use about this refrigerator. Beautiful, sleek, spacious, quiet, auto-fill water pitcher (integrates with SmartThings). Water pitcher (self filling) and Ice Dispenser and INSIDE the fridge keeping little people in you’re your house from pushing buttons on the door and keeping your floor wet. HUGE freezer drawer slides out easily and has a small top drawer that you can slide back and put bigger items below, features a 25 cu ft interior, with LED lighting, adjustable shelves, side adjustable shelves in both doors. Power touch sensor to open door and coolest thing ever – AutoFill Water Pitcher (internal water filter), and you can choose from 2 sizes of ice cubes! Turned out the size of this fridge works great. I'm impressed by its compact, modern and sleek design. Despite its size, it has a large capacity that is quite deceptive. The SpaceMax™ Technology, allows so much extra storage space without sacrificing energy efficiency. We can fit plenty of food and have yet to run out of space. Two of my favorite components are The Beverage Center and the Dual Auto Ice Make. R with Ice Bites™. I love the water dispenser and AutoFill Water Pitcher that are located inside the door versus the exterior. We use the pitcher every day to fill the coffee maker, kettle and other items that are not so easy to fill. I have also infused watermelon in the fruit filter that comes as part of the lid, and that was delicious! The ice maker is in the freezer drawer. Being that it is actually in a freezer, you will not have issues with a in-door ice dispenser freezing up that has been a common issue with many other refrigerators with door icemakers. It's also convenient to have ice, in two separate sizes. I also like the secret drawer by the filter, where I store butter & deli items. Which is another example of a good use of space. Some very minor areas that I noticed are: the glass shelves do not appear to be adjustable. The shelves are connected all the way across the inside. Therefore, you cannot make one side taller than the other to fit taller items. (At least I couldn’t figure it out) All taller items fit inside the door shelves, including a gallon of milk, so there is designated space for it. However, the tempered glass and spill-proof shelves with LED lighting adds to the overall convenience and accessibility of the fridge. I also would prefer if it had more smart features. I appreciate that it has Wi-Fi, and I can monitor the temp control from my phone, but that’s about it. There are so many more possibilities with this feature. The Fingerprint Resistant Stainless Steel is also a great feature in theory, however, I have noticed that fingerprints still appear. Overall, the Samsung 25 cu. ft. 3-Door French Door Refrigerator with Beverage Center™ & AutoFill Water Pitcher RF25C5551SR has been an excellent addition to our kitchen. Key areas for me are its compact size with a large capacity; the convenient built-in features, such the water pitcher and dual ice options, the modern and sleek design and its energy efficiency

Just a little add on to my review a couple of days ago. So samsung came out to check the fridge and it turns out I have to replace the motherboard and damper. The fridge is 1 year and a couple months old. They stated that those parts are not under warranty and would need to replace them myself. The total cost is about 1,000 and samsung refuses to cover that or even partial cover for a defective and poorly built item they are selling. I have tried calling multiple times and customer care is no help. Just so everyone knows motherboards don't malfunction or give until 10-15 years down the line if that. The fact that this is happening to a fridge that is 1 year old and samsung is absolutely refusing to fix this is absurd. Unprofessional. And speaks alot about the company and it's unacceptable.

The positives about this fridge. It runs quiet. Ice dispenser is inside ice tray in the freezer. The negatives I wish I would have knew before I bought it. Top shelf is completely useless and cannot be adjusted. Hardly anything fits up there. Crisper drawers have no adjustment for the humidity. All the vegetables that I buy go bad within 4 days or very limp. I have never had this issue with previous refrigerators. Do yourself a favor and buy something else.

Although it’s a little smaller than anticipated but it’s spacious enough. The freezer has a good space for food regardless of the huge ice tray. The location of the filter is easy to change since it’s at the bottom corner and nothing covers it. The buttons to control the fridge are smartly located inside. However, the water dispenser being inside the fridge took a little while to get used to. I noticed the fruits and vegetables last much longer than our previous fridge. It’s pretty neat that the fridge can make two different ice sizes. I however missed the crush ice feature we had. The small sized ice is small but not enough to considered itself being closed to crush ice. Overall, there are some things I wished this fridge could have but all the things that it has do outweigh the other things.

The Samsung Refrigerator I received is everything I have been looking for in a refrigerator! The sleek modern design has the water and ice dispenser on the inside rather than the outside. It has an autofill water pitcher and well as a dispenser for individual water, bottles, cups, etc... This refrigerator does not lack space either. However, I wish the freeze didn't have the divider in the drawer . It makes it hard to freezer anything larger than the compartment size. ( Like the Cake I have in the photo below. ) We will have to get used to opening the right side of the refrigerator first and then the left side. Not a big deal, just something we have to remember to do. The stainless steel is finger proof resistant and it has been a time saver for me. No longer do I have to constantly wipe the finger prints off the refrigerator. One of the reasons I have stayed away from stainless steel appliances in the past. I was able to add this refrigerator to my Smartthings app in less than a minute. From the app I am able to control the temperature of the fridge and the freezer. It gives me the current temperature of both the fridge and the freezer. It also allows me to turn on and off the ice marker and activate the power freeze.

We’ve been extremely happy with our 25 ft.³ three-door French door refrigerator from Samsung. One of our favorite features is the internal beverage center—it’s convenient, well designed, and keeps drinks easily accessible without opening the entire refrigerator. The sleek stainless steel exterior looks modern and clean, and we really appreciate how easy it is to maintain. Fingerprints wipe away effortlessly with just a soft towel, which makes a big difference in everyday use. For a refrigerator that’s “only” 25 cubic feet, it holds an impressive amount. The interior layout is thoughtfully designed, and we especially like that the middle shelf can be adjusted to two different positions. This flexibility makes it easy to accommodate taller items when needed. One small limitation is that a bottle of wine only fits in one of the side doors, but that hasn’t been a major issue for us. The ice maker has been a standout feature. Having two ice size options is surprisingly useful and comes in handy more often than we expected. We also appreciate the door-open alarm—it’s reassuring to know we’ll be alerted if a door isn’t fully closed. Another feature we enjoy is the pull-out drawer beneath the shelves. While we do wish it were see-through, it works perfectly for what we use it for—mainly storing cheese and butter—so it’s still very functional for us. Overall, this refrigerator strikes a great balance between capacity, flexibility, and thoughtful features. It looks great, performs well, and fits our household needs beautifully.

Being able to have a automatic refilling pitcher of water is amazing for daily use and for guests. It makes it super simple with kiddos as well, they can just fill their glass without having to stand at the fridge and make a mess of the water. We love the double ice as well. The space capacity on the 3 door is preferable. We actually had the larger 4 door in our old space that was wider (36" capable) but the 33" that we just got, I feel like ends up using the space of the freezer better as a drawer. We love it!

This was a great choice for our house full of hungry teens. We all love the water pitcher and water dispenser inside the door and my kids love.make iced coffee with ice from.the dispensing bins in the freezer. True I miss the bigger vertical freezer of my old side by side but the 2 drawer freezer allows us to easily see the contents . I have a standalone freezer anuway. It's a big fridge and has the capacity to easily store a turkey without being crowded. I love the power cool setting and adjusting the temperature from my phone

Originally we had debated doing a major kitchen renovation, just to make more room for a larger fridge. It seemed liked there were limited options in the 33” width category. Then we came across this fridge. It was the right width and came with nice extras like the built in water pitcher and dual ice maker. We ordered sight unseen and were happy to find that the fridge had plenty of room. The freezer is nice and deep and the fridge itself has plenty of room. So far we are very pleased. Didn’t want to rate five stars because we’ve only had it a few days now, but so far it’s pretty close to perfect.

At first I wasn’t sure what I was buying would be big enough for us, but I am very surprised at how much food I can get in this refrigerator. I didn’t get to see it in person before I bought it because nobody had it in stock. I downloaded the Smartthings app and connected my refrigerator to it and that made things easier than using the buttons inside the fridge. Plus it has the Power Cool for both the fridge and freezer in the app. I like the beverage center because we always had a pitcher in the fridge for drinks so this simplifies that problem as well. The shelves and drawers are deeper than my old fridge. Needless to say, I really love this fridge and hope it will last many years.

This refrigerator is not well designed. The interior shelves limit you to storing milk, wine or tall condiment bottles to the door. The ice bins take up half of the upper freezer drawer and there is no option to turn off 2 different ice cube sizes. You lose half of the freezer capacity. The finish is NOT finger print proof. This is not true. I have finger smudges all over my doors. The only feature that is a positive is the auto fill pitcher however its not energy efficient to leave the door open to pour water. Just not a practical appliance even for senior empty nesters. This one needs redesigning.

The shelves are all removable, including door shelves. It definitely allows for some customization inside. The beverage center is so convenient, and I absolutely love having a full pitcher of water every time I open the refrigerator. I wasn't sure how I would feel about having the water dispenser inside the refrigerator, but it isn't a problem. The freezer is spacious, and I absolutely love the fact that it can make two different sizes of ice. I do wish that the ice dispenser had a cover on it though. One of the most interesting things about this refrigerator is that it can connect to an app and I can receive alerts and check the status of my refrigerator at any time. Absolutely love this fridge! Due to our kitchen configuration, we were limited on the size of fridge we could purchase. As a result, I was concerned that we would have to significantly compromise on features and appearance, etc. when shopping for a new fridge. I was wrong! This fridge checked all the boxes and we are in love! I love how sleek it looks without handles in front, and the in-door concealed water station is brilliance. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My only issue is the water dispenser is extremely slow. The water pitcher fills up really fast, but filling a cup with the dispenser takes forever. Other than that, love fridge. The 2 different ice cubes is something thats sets it apart from others and the smaller ones do come in handy on bottles with tight openings. Light is very bright. Great shelf space, but any taller items, like orange juice bottle, have to be laid on side. There is a movable shelf, but then you are limited on bottom space. The front is magnetic for putting decorations on. Being able to sync with Smarthing to monitor energy usage and filter life is great, and it show you how my times the door is opened by you're kids during the day 😀
