I’m extremely disappointed with both the Samsung washer I purchased and the customer service experience that followed. The washer has never pulled hot water, which is a basic and essential function. I reached out to Samsung for warranty service, and they sent a technician. Shockingly, the technician claimed “there’s nothing wrong” – even though the washer still does not use hot water at all. It was clear that no real diagnostic was done. When I contacted Samsung’s customer service and warranty support team again, I was told “there’s nothing we can do about it.” This is completely unacceptable for a product that’s still under warranty and clearly malfunctioning. I trusted the Samsung brand, but this experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Poor product quality is one thing, but the lack of accountability and basic customer support is inexcusable. I will not be buying another Samsung appliance, and I strongly caution others to consider a different brand – especially if you expect your warranty to mean anything.

This washer is far better then other brands I have used! I love all the options for washing your clothing including a setting for bedding and the soft close lid is a life saver when my children are helping with laundry. I am so impressed with how quiet this machine is and how quickly the cycles are done. I would like to mention that I am able to wash two large blankets or almost two full baskets of clothing at a time and this washer is super quiet! I love this washer and am so happy I decided to get it.

It holds a ton of laundry and it's great for my king size comforters and pet beds. The active water jet feature is nice for pre-treating but that is not a feature I see myself using very often. I do love the SmartThings app. That is going to come in very handy. It was easy to download and set up my appliances. I like that it lets you know how much time you have left on your cycle and it also has downloadable recipes that you can send to your washing machine to customize your wash experience further. Even my pet laundry comes out surprisingly clean.

I've use the normal cycle to wash our everyday clothes - the clothes comes out clean and the color is maintained. I've use the "heavy duty" cycle to wash some heavily soiled clothes, the washer does an excellent job of getting out the stains. The big capacity allows me to wash our king size comforter with ease. This washer is quite advanced over my older model. With the smart features it has a bunch of different wash cycles to choose from plus some you can customize and download. I love the connection with smart things in Samsung devices. I can check my phone to see how much time is left on the cycle and get an alert when done. A final point in this washer is that it doesn't come with the normal agitator in the middle which makes it easier and roomier to put your clothes in. And even though this use roomier them my older washer, these takes up less room in the laundry closet. Overall very satisfied with this washer.

The drum itself is huge and it helps that it doesn't have an agitator in the way! Instead the bottom acts as an agitator and performs flawlessly! This allows the washer to perform at its best for those bulking bedding options! I'm a single guy, so I am really familiar with the normal washing mode. Since I have connected this washer to Smartthings, I can send laundry recipes and it helps me pick the appropriate mode. Wifi connection was easy to set up, and I got it connected to Smartthings quickly. The Smart Control allows me to keep an eye on cycles from my phone. The drum is nice and large, so I can easily fit bedding in. I love this washer so far, and I think I still have some learning to do. This has been a great addition to my Samsung/Smartthings ecosystem.

It is pretty quick and quiet when washing. Has a lots of different settings and super easy to use. I personally use the normal wash cycle with warm water the most. I have also discovered it if it is to heavy loaded on one side it will stop and alert you to come find it instead of continuing and damaging itself. I love the soft close lid and the fact that it has a lock while washing. That way my child can't stop it mid wash! I also love that it sings me a song when it is finished washing.

There is even a musical tone to notify when the load is complete so that you remember to put the clothes in the dryer! 8 Cycles and a large capacity tub. The active wave agitator is a nice plus! This model even has a setting for self cleaning! I've never had a self cleaning washer before. This washer is quiet and efficient. It is super easy to operate. I have used the deep wash cycle several times because it cleans stubborn stains that are hard to remove. The washer hardly makes any noise due to the vibration technology that provides very little noise when it is washing. You can wash several sheet sets and a blanket or two at the same time without the machine knocking around all crazy like a lot of machines do when you try to wash that much stuff at once. Most machines make a horrible buzzing noise to signal it has completed its cycle that's if it makes a noise at all but this plays a nice melody that isn't very loud but still able to be heard from another room. The drum is big enough to handle large loads, which means I don’t have to run as many cycles during the week. Clothes come out fresh and clean every time, even with bigger loads. It also runs more quietly than I expected, which is great since our laundry area is inside the guest bathroom. I used to think washers needed the big center agitator to really get things clean, but this design works even better without it. The controls are simple to use, and I really like getting a quick notification on my phone when a cycle is done or to see how much time is left. Even with the limited space we have, it fits perfectly, and the modern look makes the bathroom feel upgraded. The fast cycle is such a bonus when we do not have the full day to do laundry.

This is the first washer I have owned without the inside center agitator and I love how much room it has. It has 8 different wash cycles and 5 different temperature levels that make it super easy to choose correctly for your laundry type. I love the soft close lid which also locks after starting the cycle. It is super quiet while washing. A bonus it plays the best tone medley when your laundry is finished which is much better than an annoying buzzer sound. This washer makes it so easy to do my bedding in one load, or all of my towels, or a huge load of jeans. Another great feature is the SELF CLEAN option. The machine will remind you after 20 loads with a blinking LED light on the panel. This helps to keep your tub in prime condition!

Has a lots of different settings and super easy to use. I use the normal wash cycle the most, but do customize the settings when needed. If the load is to heavy loaded on one side it will stop and alert you to come fix it instead of continuing and damaging itself. It has a self cleaning option with is great for regular weekly or monthly cleaning. Works like a charm to keep everything coming out sparking clean. The soft close lid and the locking mechanism while washing is very nice. I have a 2 years old and it will keep him from opening it midwash.

I am extremely impressed with the size of the drum and I'm able to fit so much more clothing into each load than I expected I would be able to before seeing it in person. The soft close lid is a nice feature and the washer is super quiet when running. I love that the machine has a self clean mode and it actually reminds you after 20 washes to run a self clean cycle. It also has a bedding setting which is great for my bulky bedspreads! Every load I run gets things perfectly clean, and leaving me with fresh smelling laundry. Also, the spin cycle gets everything as dry as it possibly could without using a dryer, which is awesome for things that you need to hang/air dry. When each load is complete, the washing machine plays a cute little tune. I couldn't be happier with my new washer!

We have never had an impeller type washing machine always the agitator type. It has a lot of cycle to choose from and the app is handy for keeping up with when it's done. We are really busy and sometimes we forget about the laundry and leave it in the washing machine for days at a time but with this app it sends you a message to let you know it's finished. The app was easy to set up and is pretty user friendly. I also really like the control buttons on this washer.

Es muy bueno, tenía mis dudas por los malos comentarios que ha tenido pero hay varias cosas que uno debe tener en cuenta, cuando me lo entregaron, los mismos de la paqueteria desconectaron un cable asi que tengan cuidado, leer el manual es muy importante para que la lavadora dure, como así comprar un regulador para esta misma, muchos se quejan de la,presión del agua, pero eso no es culpa de la lavadora sino de uno mismo dependiendo su casa y por ende puede que tarde en completarse en lavara en mi caso 1 hrs.

The large capacity makes a huge difference , I can easily wash my king-sized comforter without struggling to fit it in, and since there’s no agitator in the middle, the load has more room to move around. There’s even a dedicated Bedding cycle, which is a great feature for bulky items. I also love the see-through lid because I can check on the wash without opening it. The display shows exactly how long each cycle will take, and there are plenty of wash cycles to choose from. One of my favorite things is how quiet this washer is compared to others I’ve had. Even with large or heavy loads, the noise level stays low thanks to the vibration control.

The first thing I noticed was how large the inside drum of the washer was. It also does not have the big agitator. The capacity on this model is truly amazing. It is enormous. This new technology is wonderful. I was able to wash a whole bunch of blankets all at the same time. The oxy clean powder was fully dissolved so I know the machine really got the job done. Love the design and the fact that when you open the lid it would not come down on you like other washers. The preloaded settings allows you to wash your clothes with confidence by rotating the load selector it will adjust water temp and amount of spinning needed. Washing my first set of clothes was able to tell the difference as the agitator left clothes clean and removed all debris. The drain pipe is about 5/8 pipe compare to other washers at 1/2 drain pipe. Really love the way the washer performs I would recommend this washer as a phenomenal entry level washer like always Samsung has put good reaserch and development in there products

I haven't had a new washer in over 7 years so I was really excited to have a smart device. I did have a little bit of a learning curve, getting used to a new appliance with more washing options. Therefore, one of my favorite features on the Smart Things app is Laundry Recipe. I can input what I want to wash and it will suggest the best setting to use. As long as my washer is on, it can then send the recipe to my washer. Another of my favorite features is using Smart Things to check on what cycle of the wash my clothes are on and how much longer it has. I can even use my voice assistant service to ask how much longer the load has to wash if I want to go hands free. Additionally, it does a great job of removing dirt, tough stains, and even odors from my family's clothing. I am so glad I chose this device! I highly recommend it!

I've had my washer for less than 24 hours. By the time I did a second load I noticed the spin cycle was extremely long. 3rd load and it was on spin cycle for 37 minutes. I got a feeling my electric bill is going to cost more than the washer itself in a few months. Love everything else but that.

First of all, this machine is simple and I love that. It is easy to wipe down, keep clean and super easy to work! There are 8 preset settings, a soft close lid and is the most quiet washing machine I have ever had! I was concerned about the size- I went from an XL capacity washing machine to this, and I'm not sure how this happens, but this one holds way more. I love that I can adjust how much water goes into each load, and this mom uses the quick wash for anything possible to save time. Super quiet, which is something I have never experienced before either. We are in a raised home, so it seems everything almost echos and jumps all over the place. This washing machine has rubber around it's legs providing a major grip to hold onto to. This is a super durable work horse and I am so excited that it can keep up with my busy household. My only regret?? Not finding this sooner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was SO happy to switch out my old washer for this brand new Samsung washer. I love the updated look, the non bulky look to it. I love the lightness of the lid and that is closes so nicely. It was easy to hook up and move into its spot. The downsides to it are that, how my drain system was built the drain hose on the washer was too short, so I had to purchase another one and hook it together to stop water from going all over my basement. I also use the in wash scent boosters and the only option is to put that AND the laundry soap in then load the clothes on top, close the lid and start the washer. I don't care for the lid lock, I like the feature of being able to start the water as I load the clothes in. Also it is VERY difficult to get the clothes out of the washer, I am just shy of 5' tall and I have to hang myself over the side of the washer to try and reach the clothes. I mostly use the "Normal" wash cycle when I use the machine, it seems to do the trick with just a regular load of laundry. All in all , it isn't a bad looking washer and works well, just some of the features and the size of it are not the best in my opinion.

There is a quick wash setting for when you need to wash a few things or more quickly and effortlessly! This washer is easy to operate and has flat controls that are easily wiped down! It is quiet and efficient! There is a "Acfive Wave" agitator with a fabric softener dispenser you can easily pour your fabric softener into! Takes the guess work out of the process and dispenses perfectly at the right time. In the front just under the lid there is a place to add bleach so that it dilutes and adds it to the wash perfectly without splashing undiluted bleach directly into your clothing! There is a self locking lid that can be paused in case you forget to add something to the wash. It's a simple pause/start button. The digital display cones to life instantly when you press the power button. I love the large tub and the extra large water capacity for washing bulky bedding. There's even a bedding/waterproof cycle! Samsung has thought of everything in this user friendly washer! I have been talking about this washer to friends, family, and co-workers since I started using it! I am super impressed with this new state of the art washer and the fact it is so simple to operate! Absolutely happy with my purchase, thank you Samsung!

I had wanted to keep my dryer from my stackable but they said that it was not possible so I was like ok I guess I need to get a new dryer anyway. He tested it and ran a quick cycle I guess to rinse the dirt out or any dust. The next day I was ready to do my first wash. I went online to get an idea of what the different cycles were. The controls could have been a little more intuitive. I do appreciate how much bigger this is than my stackable. It is super quiet and I wasn't sure it was going to clean but by in large it did a really good job. Since I have gotten my washer I have been able to try out a couple of different settings. I don't know if I would definitely call it a soft close lid, but by in large it has been a really great experience. I would say that the gentle setting is my favorite because often the gentle setting is too gentle and it does not get the things done that it needs to . In terms of my three favorite features, I like the quietness of the machine, I like the auto sensing of balance and load size, and I like the notification when loads are done. I would say my least favorite feature is that I cannot let the washer load and the water to fill up. The water will only fill with the lid locked and closed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think these newer top load washers need to be more specific on who can use these comfortably- I will not recommend this washer to anyone under 5'-4" tall. Even after standing on a step my husband built, I still have trouble reaching the clothes on the bottom. I now must use an extension grabber to remove clothes from this washer! The control panel is easy to understand and operate, it has 4 water levels and one automatic level. The noise level is nice and low, and it spins nearly all the water out of clothes making drying time less. I can tell it spins hard because my fabric softener sprays up on the bottom of the lid, it may be hard to see but I have shared a picture. The fabric softener dispenser is old school and expels the liquid using centrifugal force vs a water rinsed tray that comes with other models. Some of the liquid remains and this cup will need to be cleaned often. This model also has no liquid detergent dispenser so you just pout the laundry detergent right on top of the clothes. While I appreciate the child lock feather, it would be nice to be able to manually override it, for some simple pre-washing while the drum is filling. I know this was a feature on one of the models and I thought that was one I had ordered. This is a great get-it-done, no frills washer and I think would be great for large loads of dirty work clothes. I think this washer will be easier to keep cleaner than my old front load with that big gasket that was a mess to keep clean.

I like that it has many options for all your washing needs. I also like that it sings a little song which is helpful to know when the load is done. There are a few things that I don’t like as well. For one, I am 5 foot and I cannot reach the bottom of the washer to get the clothes out. I use a pair of tongs to reach what I can’t, which is usually socks and under garments at the bottom of the washer, on the other hand, I do like the large capacity, so overall it’s worth it. I have also noticed that on occasion it turns to self clean automatically after a wash, and I can’t seem to figure it out. Overall this is a good quality washer and I would definitely recommend it.

It is a small place but due to our dogs and kids we realized quickly that we needed to be able to do laundry here. Unlike my original washer, this washer allows for multiple big blankets that our dogs get dirty and handles our comforters and blankets with no issues. I am shorter but don't have a problem getting laundry out of the bottom of the washer - this was my concern moving from a front loading washer to a top loading one! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: -This Washer is absolutely fantastic.It does an excellent job washing my clothes and linens (even my king sized comforter) as I would expect but some things that set it apart are: -The Active Water Jet is amazingly convenient and allows me to hand-wash some delicate items or work on stains before adding it to the wash without wasting water. -The see-through glass lid window lets me peek in and see how everything is going and make sure there aren't any problems. It is so much quieter than my other previous machines. -My favorite thing about this washer is the Samsung SmartThings App. I love that I can set up my cycle settings from my phone and send them to the washer. If the washer is on, I can even start the cycle from my phone if I have turned on smart control. Once I’ve started a wash I can see the status of where it is in the cycle from the app and how much time is left. My phone will notify me when it is done or if there are any changes to the cycle. -HomeCare is great to have because it helps keep my washer in the best working condition possible. It notified me when it was time to run a self clean and will let me know if there are any other maintenance issues. I love that it also has usage guides and instructional steps. -Laundry Recipe is a very useful way to determine the best cycle to pick by answering a few questions. My husband loves it too as it is like a cheat sheet for him. Cons: -The capacity is large enough for my king sized comforter, but it couldn’t handle my king sized mattress topper unfortunately. If the washer isn’t on, I can’t control it from my phone, so I will have to go to it and manually power it on. -If you aren’t tech savvy, setting up the SmartThings app and getting it all figured out may be a bit challenging. The simple things are relatively straightforward, but digging deeper to fully take advantage of all the functionality available to you can be confusing and may require extra assistance. -You can only access some features by using the SmartThings App, so if you don’t use it you are losing some functionality. Some washer settings are not available in the SmartThings App and are only available on the physical washer control pad itself like the Delay End and Pre Soak options. Overall, I am very happy with this washing machine and would highly recommend it if you are interested in a wi-fi smart washer with a fantastic app.

I also love the minimal noise it provides when washing. Push button settings allow for quick and easy settings. I have used it twice now and I can tell a big difference. My bedding, including my comforter, looks and feels cleaner than it has in a long time. I love that is has a large tub so I can wash more clothes at one time. It does a great job at cleaning heavily soiled clothes. My favorite features are the child lock, alarm when finished, and the self cleaning. The child lock is separate from the lid lock it has to be activated and alarms you when the washer is being messed with while activated. When your clothes are finished it plays a nice little tune to let you know the cycle is complete. After 20 loads of laundry it notifies you that the washer needs to be cleaned and you can run a cycle in the self cleaning mode!

Once it was installed and was able to be put to use we had 3 hampers full of clothes that needed to be washed. Without an agitator we can put so many more clothes than I have ever been able to in any other washing machine. I love that it has compartments for each cleaning solution you would use. Bleach in the front and a pull out drawer in the back for HE detergent and softener. There is also a jet sprayer that you can use to rinse out the cap of your detergent. The dial is self explanatory and easy to use. I like that it turns off when the cycle is complete. One of the best features is the fact that it has synced with my refrigerator and cell phone I have the laundry in the basement and cant hear when it is completed, and now I get a notification on both devices telling me when the washer is completed. I would buy this washer again and again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used my new washer for about a week now and it has adequately cleaned my normal laundry loads of clothes, towels, bedding and even the rugs that my pets lay on. I don't really notice the sound besides when the water cycles out of it and I really liked it. It has so many settings. There are 10 wash settings which are straightforward and detailed enough to figure out how to use them. You can also change the water temperature, water level, and wash intensity according to the amount the clothes are soiled for most of the settings. I find that I prefer the quick wash since I'm often in a hurry for doing a normal load. One thing I particularly like is that the top loader door has a slow close function so that people don't jam their fingers! It's also worth mentioning that short users might need a step stool to be able to reach into the bottom of the drum when changing a load of laundry because it's deep! I can do twice the amount of laundry now in one load with this large capacity washer. It's perfect so far!

I found out the hard way that my comforter would not fit in my old agitator style washer and I didn't really have the budget for a front load washer. This washer was the perfect choice for my needs! I can fit my king down-alternative comforter no problem, it even has a bedding cycle, in fact, there are 8 different cycles. You can even choose the water fill level, or let the machine automatically pick the best water level. I'm amazed how much quieter this machine is compared to my old agitator style machine. I appreciate that this machine is smart enough to slow itself down if it's off balance and gives you troubleshooting codes with the lights if there's anything wrong while washing a load. My laundry always comes out clean and a lot drier than my old washer, which leads to shorter drying times in the dryer. Overall, this washer has exceeded my expectations and has a lot more features than I was expecting.

Not take up a ton of space but still have the capacity to do the laundry for our family of 5. This Samsung washer did both those things and more. They fit our space perfectly and due to the fact that our laundry room was configured poorly by the builders, the ability to go from the top load washer to the front load dryer is a huge plus. The capacity of the washer allows us to, on most laundry days, just do one load of laundry for all 3 of our kids, which is a huge plus. The functionality is super intuitive and easy to use. We have not been yet used all 8 preset washing cycles, but having that many options makes it super easy for even our kids to take care of the laundry. One other huge plus is how quite the washing machine is. Our kitchen is right below the laundry room and you can barely notice a load is being washed. On top of all of that, they look great. I would definitely recommend this Samsung Washer to family and friends.

Estoy muy arrepentida de comprar está lavadora, deja la ropa sucia, desperdicia mucha agua, tarda mucho cada ciclo y deja la ropa empapada, por lo que hace gastar más luz y tiempo pues hay que repetir el ciclo para que la ropa quede más exprimida. Y lo peor, reportas los inconvenientes de funcionamiento y te salen con que todavía tienes que pagar por la visita de diagnóstico, que de ante mano saben que el equipo tiene ese mal funcionamiento.

The adults benefit as well, because there are so many options for washing all of our laundry. The pre-washing feature is what I have been looking for all my laundry life without knowing it. Now I don't have to try to wash things out in the kitchen and then walk them to the washer. The machine is also so large that no matter how many sports practices, events or swimming parties my boys have been to, my washer kept up with the demand. The one difficulty is the depth. I am only 5'3", and there has been some struggling with getting to the bottom, but worth it all for the efficiency.

Even the spin cycle is quiet., and I'm not worried about it waking up the kids with vibrations. This is where the soft close lid also comes into play....by not waking sleeping kids up! This wonderful machine also holds a ton, even my comforters! It is very user friendly as well. There are 7 different cycles on the washer, including a self cleaning option. There is one for normal wash, heavy duty, deep wash, bedding, quick wash, and delicates. They are all useful in different settings. I mostly use the heavy duty and normal wash. But it's really convenient to be able to use the quick wash when I forget to throw something in the wash! The self cleaning option allows you to clean your machine, and make sure it's properly maintained. It will remind you after every 20 washing cycles, which is so nice! There is also the nice option of being able to choose the temperature you would like, and the water level. If you don't want to bother with that then you can just use the auto level for the water. Another wonderful feature is the start/pause button. I don't know how many times I've forgot to throw something in the wash that I need or the kids need, and can just pause it real quick and throw it in. This washer has the perfect amount of features without being overwhelming. I think it is perfect for the normal household.

Plus, it's eliminated the need to run to the local laundromat when washing bedding. Double bonus! This washer has an extra water feature. With so many water saving appliances, it's hard to get enough water for a deep clean. But with this water feature there have been no more extra rinse cycles…. Finally- a washing machine that’s quiet. There are times when l run to check on the laundry and can't even tell if it's still running- that's how quiet it is! So grateful for this feature as laundry is often done when the kiddos are in bed. My last two favorite features are the soft close lid and self clean cycle. The lid is silent- no slamming noise and no pinched fingers, period. And the self clean cycle reminds you to clean the machine after 20 cycles have been run. It keeps our washing machine both looking brand new and smelling fresh. I love this machine! There is nothing that I would change and it makes me look forward to laundry day. I've already recommended to family and friends- it's that amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In my experience while using the new Samsung Top load washer, I have been very pleased with how quiet the operation is along with how clean my clothes are after washing! With the ActiveWave, Agitator really helped to reduce noise, I did not see the vibration like my old machine, and a side note, my bra straps, delicate shirts and straps did not tangle together. For the features, the Vibration Reduction Technology works by reducing noise and vibrations. On the machine, there are 8 preset washing cycles and I've been able to use them all. There is barely any noise, when the washing machine is running I can barely hear it! Overall, a great washing machine!

Apenas adquirí esta lavadora, y me pareció muy buena, hace completamente todo solo agregas la ropa y listo te avisa cuando ya esté seca para colgar al aire. SOLO HAY QUE LEER BIEN EL MANUAL ANTES DE USARLA AHÍ EXPLICA TODO, HASTA COMO SOLUCIONAR LOS ERRORES QUE PUEDE LLEGAR A TENER

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is just amazing! There are so many things I love about it! First the selection for wash settings is awesome. Then you get your choice of water levels. There is also an option for water temperature. I really enjoy how I can pause it if I've forgotten to put something in. And let's talk about the drum size. It is big enough that I can wash my king size comforter with no issues. Then there is the self clean cycle. I love having a clean washer after every cycle. Finally there are the tunes that play when starting a load and when the load is finished. I almost forgot to mention how the washer isn't oversized either!

First of all, it is very quiet and at times I forget it is going. Second of all, it does such a quick and great job of removing odors and stains from our clothing. Even considering it has been years since our last washer, it has been very user friendly and the Smart Things feature has been very easy to use. I love that we can keep up with our washer and dryer on our phones no matter whether we are home or not. Highly recommend!

There is no center agitater to take up all the room in there. I has a lot of different programs to choose from and you can also download more from the SmartThings App. I like how I can connect all my appliances to the app too. It's really quiet and when I'm doing large loads or like towels, it doesn't walk like the last one used to. I'm really happy with it.

It has been 2 weeks of us using the machine and I am quite satisfied with the washer. Washed well, not extensively long washing cycles and my clothes come out pretty clean. Washer capacity is really good. I am overall happy with the washer except that I would have preferred if it was more quiet. Although I have placed it in a separate laundry room so it isn't much of a problem for me.

We do multiple loads of laundry per week of clothes and then additional loads of towels and blankets that are dirty with dog hair and dog stink! This washing machine holds multiple blankets at a time, which is a great time saver. It does not get unbalanced even when washing large comforters. It is nice to be able to set the Soil level and I also have used the Heavy Duty, Deep Wash and Bedding selections often.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer has been a life changer! My washer before sounded like shoes were tumbling inside when we were washing . This is the absolute best washer I have ever had. I love how big they are, so we can wash big loads instead of small ones. I also love the fact that it has the water jet feature. It really makes it easy to fill up buckets or hand wash something really quick if need be. I also love that once you are done with the water jet feature, the washer automatically drains the water out. The best part about this whole system is that you can control everything from your phone. It has been so nice not having to keep checking to see if my clothes are finished, or able to put clothes in the washer and start them when I’m ready. Overall, I am really impressed with the washer 10/10 for sure. I will definitely recommend to others.

It has good capacity with many top load settings. I like the Smart feature which notifies me on my Smartthings app when washing and cycle is done. The only issue I have is it is a little noisy but bearable compared to my old Samsung Washer. Overall it is a good washer and get's the job done!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a washer that was ready to retire and stumbled across this campaign. I am so pleased with the way this washer takes care of my clothes. I have used a few of the cycles as well as the self clean function and they all have done amazing. I love the water jet to pre-treat as I have kids that are in sports and it helps with those small stains. I liked that when the washer thought it needed a self clean that it let me know to do that. I have also noticed how easy it is to use and I am confident that even my 12 year old is able to use it without instruction from myself. The washer is amazing and I know that it will last years to come and I will get clean clothes each and every time.

The cycles are easy to understand, and I like that you can adjust the water level for each load of laundry to make sure you aren't being wasteful. I like getting notified on my phone when a load of laundry is done. I also discovered that you can view alerts and status of the washer in the SmartThings app. This is so much nicer than our old washing machine.

My husband bought me this washing machine about 6 months ago. It makes the most gawd awful noise when spinning. I have tried troubleshooting and replace the bearings but it still does the same thing. I barely have anything in the washing machine. No matter what I try it creates the same noise. I have never overloaded it. I keep the middle clear and arrange clothes or towels around the sides.
