I love all the options for washing your clothing including a setting for bedding and the soft close lid is a life saver when my children are helping with laundry. I've use the normal cycle to wash our everyday clothes - the clothes comes out clean and the color is maintained. I've use the "heavy duty" cycle to wash some heavily soiled clothes, the washer does an excellent job of getting out the stains. The big capacity allows me to wash our king size comforter with ease. When done, the washer plays a sound....how cool is that! I love the fact that it's energy efficient and pressing the power on is so easy. I am very happy with this Samsung washer. The drum itself is huge and it helps that it doesn't have an agitator in the way! Instead the bottom acts as an agitator and performs flawlessly! One of my favorite features is that is has a dedicated option for for bedding along with an extra high option for the water level! This allows the washer to perform at its best for those bulking bedding options! It is pretty quick and quiet when washing. Has a lots of different settings and super easy to use. I personally use the normal wash cycle with warm water the most. I have also discovered it if it is to heavy loaded on one side it will stop and alert you to come find it instead of continuing and damaging itself. I love the soft close lid and the fact that it has a lock while washing. That way my child can't stop it mid wash! I also love that it sings me a song when it is finished washing.

There is even a musical tone to notify when the load is complete so that you remember to put the clothes in the dryer! 8 Cycles and a large capacity tub. The active wave agitator is a nice plus! This model even has a setting for self cleaning! I've never had a self cleaning washer before. This washer is quiet and efficient. It is super easy to operate. The flat touch screen wipes down easily. There is a bleach and fabric softener dispenser built in. Laundry is a breeze with Samsung!

I have used the deep wash cycle several times because it cleans stubborn stains that are hard to remove. The washer hardly makes any noise due to the vibration technology that provides very little noise when it is washing. I like the bell sound when the load is finished. which is great because this washer is so quite you don' t even know when it is finished washing. i have only had the washer for about a month but so far it has performed well and i'm looking forward to it lasting as long as my previous washer did!!! You can wash several sheet sets and a blanket or two at the same time without the machine knocking around all crazy like a lot of machines do when you try to wash that much stuff at once. Most machines make a horrible buzzing noise to signal it has completed its cycle that's if it makes a noise at all but this plays a nice melody that isn't very loud but still able to be heard from another room. The only thing is that it has no smart features or the ability to had them via a smart adapter but even without them this still a very nice machine.

This is the first washer I have owned without the inside center agitator and I love how much room it has. It has 8 different wash cycles and 5 different temperature levels that make it super easy to choose correctly for your laundry type. I love the soft close lid which also locks after starting the cycle. It is super quiet while washing. A bonus it plays the best tone medley when your laundry is finished which is much better than an annoying buzzer sound. This washer makes it so easy to do my bedding in one load, or all of my towels, or a huge load of jeans. Another great feature is the SELF CLEAN option. The machine will remind you after 20 loads with a blinking LED light on the panel. This helps to keep your tub in prime condition!

This wash machine is near silence, I can’t hear it for the house, now I can watch the tv or speak for the phone when is running the wash machine. The clothes came very clean. I am extremely impressed with the size of the drum and I'm able to fit so much more clothing into each load than I expected I would be able to before seeing it in person. The soft close lid is a nice feature and the washer is super quiet when running. I love that the machine has a self clean mode and it actually reminds you after 20 washes to run a self clean cycle. It also has a bedding setting which is great for my bulky bedspreads! Every load I run gets things perfectly clean, and leaving me with fresh smelling laundry. Also, the spin cycle gets everything as dry as it possibly could without using a dryer, which is awesome for things that you need to hang/air dry. When each load is complete, the washing machine plays a cute little tune. I couldn't be happier with my new washer!

Es muy bueno, tenía mis dudas por los malos comentarios que ha tenido pero hay varias cosas que uno debe tener en cuenta, cuando me lo entregaron, los mismos de la paqueteria desconectaron un cable asi que tengan cuidado, leer el manual es muy importante para que la lavadora dure, como así comprar un regulador para esta misma, muchos se quejan de la,presión del agua, pero eso no es culpa de la lavadora sino de uno mismo dependiendo su casa y por ende puede que tarde en completarse en lavara en mi caso 1 hrs.

The first thing I noticed was how large the inside drum of the washer was. It also does not have the big agitator. The capacity on this model is truly amazing. It is enormous. This new technology is wonderful. I was able to wash a whole bunch of blankets all at the same time. The oxy clean powder was fully dissolved so I know the machine really got the job done. I used the bedding cycle and everything came out super clean. I really appreciate the simply console and use of this machine. For me less is more. I love it!

Love the design and the fact that when you open the lid it would not come down on you like other washers. The preloaded settings allows you to wash your clothes with confidence by rotating the load selector it will adjust water temp and amount of spinning needed. Washing my first set of clothes was able to tell the difference as the agitator left clothes clean and removed all debris. The drain pipe is about 5/8 pipe compare to other washers at 1/2 drain pipe. Really love the way the washer performs I would recommend this washer as a phenomenal entry level washer like always Samsung has put good reaserch and development in there products

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i love my new samsung 4.1 cu. ft. high-efficiency top load washer! this is the first washer i have owned without the inside center agitator and i love how much room it has. it has 8 different wash cycles and 5 different temperature levels that make it super easy to choose correctly for your laundry type. i love the soft close lid which also locks after starting the cycle. it is super quiet while washing. this washer makes it so easy to do my bedding in one load, or all of my towels, or a huge load of jeans. another great feature is the self clean option. the machine will remind you after 20 loads with a blinking led light on the panel. this helps to keep your tub in prime condition!

Top Load Washer with ActiveWave™ Agitator and Soft-Close Lid is the coolest washing machine i have ever owned and i couldn't be happier in fact I'm in love. It is super quiet when it's being used, it plays a cute little tune when your load is done and the lid doesn't slam shut. It was really really easy to set up and didn't take me long to figure out how to use it. The delivery took about a month total but as soon as I got the phone call it was delivered with in a couple days. So far everything is working perfectly and I don't see that changing any time soon.

I've had my washer for less than 24 hours. By the time I did a second load I noticed the spin cycle was extremely long. 3rd load and it was on spin cycle for 37 minutes. I got a feeling my electric bill is going to cost more than the washer itself in a few months. Love everything else but that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to find this washing machine, the top load was a must have for me and efficiency was super important as I wash about 12 loads of laundry a week! First of all, this machine is simple and I love that. It is easy to wipe down, keep clean and super easy to work! There are 8 preset settings, a soft close lid and is the most quiet washing machine I have ever had! I was concerned about the size- I went from an XL capacity washing machine to this, and I'm not sure how this happens, but this one holds way more. I love that I can adjust how much water goes into each load, and this mom uses the quick wash for anything possible to save time. Super quiet, which is something I have never experienced before either. We are in a raised home, so it seems everything almost echos and jumps all over the place. This washing machine has rubber around it's legs providing a major grip to hold onto to. This is a super durable work horse and I am so excited that it can keep up with my busy household. My only regret?? Not finding this sooner!

Not take up a ton of space but still have the capacity to do the laundry for our family of 5. This Samsung washer did both those things and more. With all the laundry that I do for my family. I need a simple, easy to use washer, with enough capacity to minimize my loads. This washer checks all those boxes for me. While the capacity of the washer satisfies all my needs, the washer itself takes up far less room than my previous washer, leaving me plenty of room around it in the laundry room. It's also super quiet, which is a huge bonus I wasn't expecting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was SO happy to switch out my old washer for this brand new Samsung washer. I love the updated look, the non bulky look to it. I love the lightness of the lid and that is closes so nicely. It was easy to hook up and move into its spot. The downsides to it are that, how my drain system was built the drain hose on the washer was too short, so I had to purchase another one and hook it together to stop water from going all over my basement. I also use the in wash scent boosters and the only option is to put that AND the laundry soap in then load the clothes on top, close the lid and start the washer. I don't care for the lid lock, I like the feature of being able to start the water as I load the clothes in. Also it is VERY difficult to get the clothes out of the washer, I am just shy of 5' tall and I have to hang myself over the side of the washer to try and reach the clothes. I mostly use the "Normal" wash cycle when I use the machine, it seems to do the trick with just a regular load of laundry. All in all , it isn't a bad looking washer and works well, just some of the features and the size of it are not the best in my opinion.

There is a quick wash setting for when you need to wash a few things or more quickly and effortlessly! This washer is easy to operate and has flat controls that are easily wiped down! It is quiet and efficient! There is a "Acfive Wave" agitator with a fabric softener dispenser you can easily pour your fabric softener into! Takes the guess work out of the process and dispenses perfectly at the right time. In the front just under the lid there is a place to add bleach so that it dilutes and adds it to the wash perfectly without splashing undiluted bleach directly into your clothing! There is a self locking lid that can be paused in case you forget to add something to the wash. It's a simple pause/start button. The digital display cones to life instantly when you press the power button. I love the large tub and the extra large water capacity for washing bulky bedding. There's even a bedding/waterproof cycle! Samsung has thought of everything in this user friendly washer! I have been talking about this washer to friends, family, and co-workers since I started using it! I am super impressed with this new state of the art washer and the fact it is so simple to operate! Absolutely happy with my purchase, thank you Samsung!

I had wanted to keep my dryer from my stackable but they said that it was not possible so I was like ok I guess I need to get a new dryer anyway. He tested it and ran a quick cycle I guess to rinse the dirt out or any dust. The next day I was ready to do my first wash. I went online to get an idea of what the different cycles were. The controls could have been a little more intuitive. I do appreciate how much bigger this is than my stackable. It is super quiet and I wasn't sure it was going to clean but by in large it did a really good job. Since I have gotten my washer I have been able to try out a couple of different settings. I don't know if I would definitely call it a soft close lid, but by in large it has been a really great experience. I would say that the gentle setting is my favorite because often the gentle setting is too gentle and it does not get the things done that it needs to . In terms of my three favorite features, I like the quietness of the machine, I like the auto sensing of balance and load size, and I like the notification when loads are done. I would say my least favorite feature is that I cannot let the washer load and the water to fill up. The water will only fill with the lid locked and closed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think these newer top load washers need to be more specific on who can use these comfortably- I will not recommend this washer to anyone under 5'-4" tall. Even after standing on a step my husband built, I still have trouble reaching the clothes on the bottom. I now must use an extension grabber to remove clothes from this washer! The control panel is easy to understand and operate, it has 4 water levels and one automatic level. The noise level is nice and low, and it spins nearly all the water out of clothes making drying time less. I can tell it spins hard because my fabric softener sprays up on the bottom of the lid, it may be hard to see but I have shared a picture. The fabric softener dispenser is old school and expels the liquid using centrifugal force vs a water rinsed tray that comes with other models. Some of the liquid remains and this cup will need to be cleaned often. This model also has no liquid detergent dispenser so you just pout the laundry detergent right on top of the clothes. While I appreciate the child lock feather, it would be nice to be able to manually override it, for some simple pre-washing while the drum is filling. I know this was a feature on one of the models and I thought that was one I had ordered. This is a great get-it-done, no frills washer and I think would be great for large loads of dirty work clothes. I think this washer will be easier to keep cleaner than my old front load with that big gasket that was a mess to keep clean.

I like that it has many options for all your washing needs. I also like that it sings a little song which is helpful to know when the load is done. There are a few things that I don’t like as well. For one, I am 5 foot and I cannot reach the bottom of the washer to get the clothes out. I use a pair of tongs to reach what I can’t, which is usually socks and under garments at the bottom of the washer, on the other hand, I do like the large capacity, so overall it’s worth it. I have also noticed that on occasion it turns to self clean automatically after a wash, and I can’t seem to figure it out. Overall this is a good quality washer and I would definitely recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so very happy with my new Samsung washer! The inside provides about twice the space for clothes as my previous washer. I also love the minimal noise it provides when washing. Push button settings allow for quick and easy settings. I also really like the child lock setting that does not allow the washer to be opened once the cycle starts. My favorite cycle is the Bedding cycle. I have used it twice now and I can tell a big difference. My bedding, including my comforter, looks and feels cleaner than it has in a long time. The other feature I am very fond of is the Self Clean setting. I run it once a week to ensure there isn't any dirt residue or smell in the washer. Overall, I am quite happy with my Samsung washer and I am finishing my laundry in half the time as before.

I love that is has a large tub so I can wash more clothes at one time. It does a great job at cleaning heavily soiled clothes. My favorite features are the child lock, alarm when finished, and the self cleaning. The child lock is separate from the lid lock it has to be activated and alarms you when the washer is being messed with while activated. When your clothes are finished it plays a nice little tune to let you know the cycle is complete. After 20 loads of laundry it notifies you that the washer needs to be cleaned and you can run a cycle in the self cleaning mode!

It looks very simple in terms of controls and once you start using it you find it has everything you need, nothing more nothing less. I appreciate that as I've used washers with all the bells and whistles and find it can be confusing and annoying to figure out all the settings. This washer also has the largest capacity of any washer i've owned. With 3 kids, doing large loads of laundry is a huge time saver and I'm very satisfied with how much it can handle. It's also very easy to get clothes in and out. There is no annoying middle soap filler or anything like that, just a giant hole for all your laundry! The multi-settings in which you can choose from are Remarkable and are set for your different types of care that your items need to be cleaned effectively. The large capacity washer can handle your loads with a seamless push of the buttons this washer will measure the weight of your load to ensure the correct water levels. I typically use the Normal setting for my majority of my Family's laundry care needs. I will use the delicate cycle for my special needs items. The quick cycle can be a little tricky because of it's fast acting wash. Highly recommended "

I like more the top los and agitador to the other models, in the personal I feel that clean better. I love that the settings are very simple, I don’t like when I need a lot of instructions before I can put in use the appliances for me easy is better because I have 2 small toddlers and I have already a lot things to do with the home, kids and work from home. I really love with this model, the clothes come very clean, indicate one I need turn the self cleaning! This is very important because I forgot some times with the old one. The more incredible for me is that don’t make near nothing of noise! Near of be silent. Sometimes inclusive I forgot until sounds the melody that is ready, that is really Fabulous for me because the old one sound like if was super noisy, sometimes inclusive I can’t listening nothing, was terrible specially if I was with headache already. If I know before I will upgraded before!

I found out the hard way that my comforter would not fit in my old agitator style washer and I didn't really have the budget for a front load washer. This washer was the perfect choice for my needs! I can fit my king down-alternative comforter no problem, it even has a bedding cycle, in fact, there are 8 different cycles. You can even choose the water fill level, or let the machine automatically pick the best water level. I'm amazed how much quieter this machine is compared to my old agitator style machine. I appreciate that this machine is smart enough to slow itself down if it's off balance and gives you troubleshooting codes with the lights if there's anything wrong while washing a load. My laundry always comes out clean and a lot drier than my old washer, which leads to shorter drying times in the dryer. Overall, this washer has exceeded my expectations and has a lot more features than I was expecting.

They fit our space perfectly and due to the fact that our laundry room was configured poorly by the builders, the ability to go from the top load washer to the front load dryer is a huge plus. The capacity of the washer allows us to, on most laundry days, just do one load of laundry for all 3 of our kids, which is a huge plus. The functionality is super intuitive and easy to use. We have not been yet used all 8 preset washing cycles, but having that many options makes it super easy for even our kids to take care of the laundry. One other huge plus is how quite the washing machine is. Our kitchen is right below the laundry room and you can barely notice a load is being washed. On top of all of that, they look great. I would definitely recommend this Samsung Washer to family and friends.

I also washed my large comforter and it got cleaned nicely in the washer. Secondly, it comes with 8 preset washing cycles. I only have to select the cycle and it adjusts water level and temperature according to that. This saves time and makes laundry process convenient. Once the lid is closed, it locks unless the machine is off or paused. This is a nice safety feature. I like the ease of selecting water level, for clothes that need thorough cleaning. Once the cycle is over, their is a tune that signifies for the completion. I am really happy with the performance of my new washer.

Estoy muy arrepentida de comprar está lavadora, deja la ropa sucia, desperdicia mucha agua, tarda mucho cada ciclo y deja la ropa empapada, por lo que hace gastar más luz y tiempo pues hay que repetir el ciclo para que la ropa quede más exprimida. Y lo peor, reportas los inconvenientes de funcionamiento y te salen con que todavía tienes que pagar por la visita de diagnóstico, que de ante mano saben que el equipo tiene ese mal funcionamiento.

It also has a self clean function and a locking lid. I use the quick wash setting frequently, which takes much less time to run. Even when using the quick wash my laundry comes out perfectly clean. The ActiveWare agitator keeps my clothing and bedding from getting tangled. The machine rinse gets a lot of water out of all items that are being washed. I'm very happy with the washer, it works great and is quiet when running.

This washer is designed to reduce noise and vibration. With a busy household, laundry usually gets done in the evening, and this feature is essential! Soft Close Lid: Love how quiet the lid closes- no slamming and no fingers pinched. Self-Clean: Let’s face it, we all want our laundry to be clean and fresh. This washer gives a self-clean reminder after 20 cycles. No more stinky washer smells. Cons? Can’t think of any- we love everything from the design, finish and features. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I honestly, love this washer so much. It is so quiet, I never know that it is even running until the end of the cycle when it plays a tune. Even the spin cycle is quiet., and I'm not worried about it waking up the kids with vibrations. This is where the soft close lid also comes into play....by not waking sleeping kids up! This wonderful machine also holds a ton, even my comforters! It is very user friendly as well. There are 7 different cycles on the washer, including a self cleaning option. There is one for normal wash, heavy duty, deep wash, bedding, quick wash, and delicates. They are all useful in different settings. I mostly use the heavy duty and normal wash. But it's really convenient to be able to use the quick wash when I forget to throw something in the wash! The self cleaning option allows you to clean your machine, and make sure it's properly maintained. It will remind you after every 20 washing cycles, which is so nice! There is also the nice option of being able to choose the temperature you would like, and the water level. If you don't want to bother with that then you can just use the auto level for the water. Another wonderful feature is the start/pause button. I don't know how many times I've forgot to throw something in the wash that I need or the kids need, and can just pause it real quick and throw it in. This washer has the perfect amount of features without being overwhelming. I think it is perfect for the normal household.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently purchased the new Samsung top load washer and are absolutely thrilled with both its features and performance- it's simply the best. We switched back to the top loading washer as we feel our clothes get cleaner, and we can better control the water levels. After using the washer for a few months, these are my top features: This top loader has 8 preset washing cycles. Pretty much a cycle for anything and everything! This washing machine is so straightforward that we haven't even opened the manual! The capacity is huge- 4.1 Cu. Ft. Because of this capacity, the clothes get cleaner. Plus, it's eliminated the need to run to the local laundromat when washing bedding. Double bonus! This washer has an extra water feature. With so many water saving appliances, it's hard to get enough water for a deep clean. But with this water feature there have been no more extra rinse cycles…. Finally- a washing machine that’s quiet. There are times when l run to check on the laundry and can't even tell if it's still running- that's how quiet it is! So grateful for this feature as laundry is often done when the kiddos are in bed. My last two favorite features are the soft close lid and self clean cycle. The lid is silent- no slamming noise and no pinched fingers, period. And the self clean cycle reminds you to clean the machine after 20 cycles have been run. It keeps our washing machine both looking brand new and smelling fresh. I love this machine! There is nothing that I would change and it makes me look forward to laundry day. I've already recommended to family and friends- it's that amazing!

With the ActiveWave, Agitator really helped to reduce noise, I did not see the vibration like my old machine, and a side note, my bra straps, delicate shirts and straps did not tangle together. For the features, the Vibration Reduction Technology works by reducing noise and vibrations. On the machine, there are 8 preset washing cycles and I've been able to use them all. There is barely any noise, when the washing machine is running I can barely hear it! Overall, a great washing machine!

Then you get your choice of water levels. There is also an option for water temperature. I really enjoy how I can pause it if I've forgotten to put something in. And let's talk about the drum size. It is big enough that I can wash my king size comforter with no issues. Then there is the self clean cycle. I love having a clean washer after every cycle. Finally there are the tunes that play when starting a load and when the load is finished. I almost forgot to mention how the washer isn't oversized either!

Compre esta lavadora hace un año Samsung ecobubble superspdeed smartThings y pésimo producto ya me a fallado mucho marcando errores en el sistema, no lava bien, se traba la puerta mucho. Y no echa agua al momento de lavar ahorita estoy con ese problema,, solo echa agua al enjuagar y la drena en solo unos minutos ni siquiera enjuaga no la compren pésimo producto.

I am very happy with the easy to use control! I have found that my clothes come out perfectly clean with about half the water and half the detergent I had to use on my previous one! I love the huge drum that allows lots of towels to be washed at one time! Also once it is done filling, the washer is very quiet which I appreciate! We have had a few problems with water splashing over the top of the drum and leaking out of the bottom of the machine however I do think we have figured out what the problem was. Keep in mind you don’t need as much water as you would think! I do Highly recommend!

From day one we had issues with this washer. And the tech guy never fixes this issue. We had it for three years. All the light will blink and our load will lock right before the water drains. Tech guy they have come out he YouTube’s the problem and has yet actually fix it. Has already replace several things and still does Thai.

Sometimes I do my daughter's laundry to help her out, between her and her 2 children, their loads are not very big either. However, I was so wrong. I am blown away by how big the tub is! I have owned washers in the past that were "heavy duty" or "super load sized" but none of them were as big as this one! The first time I used it, I sorted loads first like I always do. Then I opened the lid to throw a load in, and couldn't believe my eyes! I can EASILY do double the size of loads I was doing in my last washer! I LOVE it!

We wash several loads of laundry daily, and the biggest differences for me are the strength of the agitation and how much dryer the clothes are after the spin cycle. This cuts down on the amount of time clothes are in the dryer. Between the Samsung being much better on electricity/energy usage and how dry my clothes are at the end of the spin cycle, I'm saving money on my electric bill...something I very much appreciate! The only drawback, and this is more for my Mom, who is 5'6" and in her 70's...is she doesn't like having to reach down so far into the washer to pull laundry out.. I'm 5'8" and didn't see this as an issue...but never thought to consider how Mom would use the washer. If someone is shorter than 5'6", they definitely ought to reach in to make sure they can reach the bottom of the washer without straining too much. All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase and happily recommend this model Samsung washer!

Being a dad, having kids in sports, washing has been non stop, especially during softball season with leagues and highschool. Also, having a daughter, towels and clothes tend to get washed more due to how many she'd use and go through daily it seemed. I loved the quick wash feature, due to forgetting to wash something and it's needed that day. It's much quieter than others I've been around, which is perfect to do loads at night if needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had several washers throughout the years. We desperately needed a new set and was ecstatic to be able to purchase a matching set. Setup was easy, we love out deep bin tub since we can wash comforters and bigger bulkier items. There are so many settings on this model so no worry about not having a setting to choose from. The one thing we had to get used to was the musical sing song after it was done. My MIL didn't realize certain settings would cause it to rinse an extra time I til we pointed it out to her. She kept complaining it took twice as long as her other one did. We have to keep a downy ball to it fabric softener in since it doesn't have a designated spot like others we've used. It is quieter when washing so huge plus for us. We love the deep wash cycle since my husband's clothes are extremely dirty so this is the one cycle we use just for that. Now, the best feature is the quick wash. 15 minutes vs over an hour. Perfect for when you need something washed quickly and then use the Quick Dry cycle on the dryer to ensure you have your clothes washed and dried in under an hour. I received this product at a discounted price and in exchange was asked to leave my honest review.

i was really excited to get this washing machine. i had never owned one, i just had one at apartments i rented. i read reviews and was so happy to have a samsung washer. it worked great for two weeks until it started shaking and vibrating every time i would do laundry. sometimes it would just do a spin cycle then refill over and over. other times, the drum would hammer the sides like it was off balance. a tech came out and found that the pcb went bad. the washer is fixed, but i'm really disappointed with the quality and scared that i'm stuck with something that will break down again. also, they might have fixed the circuit board, but i'm still stuck with all the outward dents in the unit from the drum hammering the sides.

It has a soft close lid for a quiet effect when loading and unloading the bin. The machine runs so quietly with each different setting. It plays a sweet tune when a load is finished that is Suttle but easy enough to hear. I love the size of the wash bin and find it so easy to load an entire comforter. The water level selection is easy to navigate and set for each load and it has multiple wash settings with different lengths of time including a quick wash! I use the normal wash frequently and my favorite feature is the deep fill button available on any loading! I love this washer and am proud of my decision to purchase! The exterior is beautiful and it is very easy to operate!

This washer does a good job cleaning. We have run many loads of military uniforms and kids clothes through it and it cleans well. I struggled with giving this even 4 start though due to a feature that I HATE. At the end of the cycle this unit plays a "tune" for almost 30 seconds. This model has no option to turn the tones off or even to lower their volume. The best time to do chores such as laundry while kids are sleeping. Good luck not waking them up. The washer is in a central part of the house and it is loud and annoying.

This seemed like a nice washer. I liked that it had an agitator- but this washer is VERY deep and was impossible for everyone to use-I did like the simplicity of the available load options and the automatic fabric softener dispenser. This agitator washer is better than no agitator for heavy duty and dirty clothes loads. I did like the chime that indicated end of load.

I am a daycare teacher and I am always worried my clothes weren't getting as clean as I would like them too. With the Samsung I KNOW they are getting clean giving me piece of mind. I love that it is a top loader and the music is not annoying when the load is ready. I do roughly 6 loads of laundry weekly and this washer has made it a breeze. The washer itself is sleek and modern. I have only used the cold setting so far and have seen great results. I like that I can turn it on and choose what preset I need. I was amazed how clean my dogs bedding came out after using deep wash. I would recommend the Samsung to anyone who needs an upgrade.

this washer has an end of cycle alarm that cannot be silenced, not good for sleeping family members. it spends way too much time trying to figure out what to do with the laundry rather than washing it. maybe 15% of the time it just sits there trying to analyze the wash. when i want hot water to wash and disinfect clothes for work i don’t need the washer to tell me that i should be using warm water. as others have observed, if you want hot water you have to turn off the cold water supply. unlike traditional agitators that twist back and forth to break down soil, the active agitator moves with the wash basket making it essentially useless. there is little if any traditional washer agitation. if you are washing lightly soiled or delicate clothes this washer will be perfect for you.

i love, love, love my samsung washing machine model wa40a3005aw/a4 i sought out a machine that had all water level choices. this machine is by far the best machine i have ever had and i can make my own water level choice. i would absolutely recommend this machine as the only choice for a new purchase. it is a smarter, more predictable machine. it reminds me of the older, common sense, reliable machines when i was young, that were work horses... they just kept going and going and going!! i'm so excited to have a machine that performs like a work horse. read through the manual to find out all your choices and everything you want to know about the machine. i named it sung (victorious) and my husband or the dogs, let me know when they hear sung sing at the end of every load...

Powering on, you hear a sound. You dial to what you want to wash , load your detergent, clothes and off you go. The different features are definitely an upgrade to what we had before. From the huge barrel where I can fit double the amount I could fit into my older model. To the different cycles of normal to quick wash and heavy. It will do the right job for any type of stains and odors. My favorite feature as a parent of a toddler is the child lock. This allows me to have peace of mind that my toddler will not try to put extra stuff in like his markers :/ The soft close lid will not startle anyone off their seats . And the twist (pun intended) is the super quite agitator. Even from close range is very gentle but effective. It swishes like a river flowing through mountains (visualize that). Bonus: the super cute melody when the cycle is over makes me wanna hug my washer.

it washes and spins according to the sensors. i make sure all my clothes are in the washer evenly, nothing balled up. clothes are very clean and it spins very dry. i use cold to wash everything…please note, samsung’s cold water adds hot water. but it works for me. i read the instructions and follow them and i have no issues. you have to put your detergent in first, i use liquid and i pour it into the machine and put the clothes on top. very big and deep tub. this is a very good purchase.

En mi oponión, desperdicia mucha agua entre cada ciclo que realiza. Además, es importante tomar en cuenta la presión de agua con la que se cuenta en casa, ya que si no es sufuciente, no podra llenar, solamente va a intentarlo y enseguida tirara la poca que recolecto sin empezar a lavar, generando un gran problema y no pudiendo cumplir con el propósito de lavar. Yo recomendaría analizar este punto, o buscar otras opciones de lavadora.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer has a very large tub. It runs very smoothly and is quiet. I like the little chimes of noise it makes as it loads and ends the cycle. I do wish the quick wash was a little bit faster. The lid is super light weight. I have had no issues with this and am happy to be a owner of it! I would recommend this to anyone else shopping for a new washer. It would be nice if this washer showed how much time remains on the cycle. I can say it cleans very well, and I enjoy the self wash cycle option. I have taught my 11 year old how to use this so it is very easy to operate. I would love to upgrade my dryer to match it soon! It has a large capacity tub, so it can handle those larger loads and blankets and towels. The water settings allow for water saver mode as well as the hot water energy saver also. Owned about a month and really proud of it overall!

We are family of four with two very active boy and girl; thus having frequent laundries. First of all, it does its job wonderfully. It provides several different water temperatures, water levels, and power levels. Basically, it covers all washing needs for my family. Two of my favorite features are the vibration reduction technology, and Quick Wash. Samsung washer is noticeably quieter than my older washer; thanks to vibration reduction. And Quick wash is something that we need in case we need to quickly wash kids clothes. I normally use it for smaller load, and finishes washing about 30 minutes; Fantastic feature. Note on the height of the washer; it is bit high for my wife, and we had to place a small step in front of the washer. Just keep in mind if anyone has plan to purchase.

I bought this machine in 2021, less than 2 years old. The machine is very load now and sounds like a jet taking off. This is reportedly due to faulty tub bearings. Common issue with Samsung washers based on Samsung website, service people and appliance websites. The cost of repair is more than cost of new washer. Very disappointing. Better quality available from other manufacturers at same price point.

Love that it has has plenty of room for washing big items like bedding. The controls are very simple. I can choose from four different water temperatures and four different levels of water. Because of the large 4.1 cubic foot load capacity, we are now washing fewer loads. The fact that there is no agitator makes loading even easier. A pretty cool feature is the soft close safety lid, no more having to double check that the lid is completely shut. There are 8 pre-set laundry programs but the bedding feature has to be the best. We have a small child in the house and the bedding gets washed a little more than the average. Combined with the large capacity drum, washing the bedding is no longer a hassle. Our old machine could not handle the large quilts so we had to go to a laundry mat. The vibration reduction technology of the washer makes doing laundry even quieter. This machine is saving us money all around with the energy savings features as well as less loads! I would highly recommend this Samsung washer to everybody.

I went from a front load washer that was a hand-me-down and dirty from the start, to an impressive, quiet and high-performing washer from Samsung. I love the ease of getting the load started and choosing my cycle. There are seven general cycles, plus a self clean cycle that I have plans to run once a month. I tend to stick with “normal” or “delicates,” for the loads that have a lot of workout clothes that I don’t want jostled more than normal. Additionally, you have four temp settings, and four water level settings. Simple buttons for Power and Start/Pause allow you to get started easily, and the size of the inside is pretty amazing. I like the soft close top on the washer and how easily I can get clothes out after the spin cycle. This is a very easy washing machine to use and I can picture this lasting a long time in my house.

At first, I was wondering who’s phone was going off. I had no clue it was my washer. The other thing is that it’s pretty easy to use. I’ve used it several times with no issue. It’s also not expensive. It’s pretty affordable. The one thing I will say that’s a bummer is that it’s not a smart washer. I know it’s on the lower end of price, but it would still be nice to have the washer alert my phone when it’s done or something. Or maybe have it use Alexa or Google Assistant so I can check on the status if I left it on while leaving the house. Overall, good value and nice tune to alert you. Improvement recommendations would be. 1. Allow smart assistant/phone integration. 2. Allow you to select the tune that plays. Self cleaning is a nice feature as well. I used it when I first got it and again after two loads.

i like that i can put more laundry on it but i don't know when to put my softener since it doesn't have a compartment for it. once it's rinsing it's locked and i don't know when is the perfect time to put the softener. every time i opened it and it was rinsing there are no water on it. once i come back to check again, it's already on spinning mode.

Broke just after warranty ended. Worked okay, operated quite loudly. Seemed cheaply made, which turned out to be the case. Stopped spinning two months after the one year warranty ended, then stopped responding to any input. . Bought this for my son - should have stuck with the GE I use - that has worked for 8 years with no repairs.

Its a piece of junk The washet doesnt allow hot water washing, only luke warm. It doesnt drain all the wash water out b4 rinsing Lid lock is so u dont notice that water fill is not like normal. Water doesnt cover clothes. When washing comforters, the comforters have dry spots. Clothes smell worse after washing. Give it minus 10 stars

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love to wash my clothes after receiving this washer! The washer is so quiet and so easy to use. I love the different settings it has and the size of the wash drum allows you to wash a small load or a comforter without any problems. I also love that it can do a self clean! The quiet soft closed lid is amazing! My favorite washer settings are the quick wash and normal setting. Quick wash comes in handy when I just have one or two items to wash real quick. There is a "Acfive Wave" agitator with a fabric softener dispenser you can easily pour your fabric softener into which makes it easy because it dispenses perfectly. Under the lid (in the front) is a section to add bleach so that it dilutes and adds it to the wash without splashing. There is a self locking lid that can be paused in case you forget to add something to the wash by pressing the pause/start button.. Washing clothes is now something that I don't mind doing since I have purchased this washer. No regrets!

By far the worst washing machine ever made. Will not get through the spin cycle, just restarts the rinse cycle over and over and over….took a full 24 hours to finish one load. Shakes horribly and self clean is a joke…will off load dirt onto your clean load while washing. Trash machine for a trash company.
