[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this watch as a birthday present for myself a month ago, since my old Galaxy Watch gen 1 got stolen. Rip buddy. You'll forever be missed :'(. But man, was this a total life changing upgrade from my old Watch. The features are way more accurate, display and feedback with the system is immediate and smooth, and the battery lasts me two days on one charge. Amazing. Also don't even get me started on the sleek new look of it.. it's amazing. Modern, not bulky, and still stylish. The lavender band is my favorite part. Overall, I'm really impressed and happy I was able to get myself this Galaxy Watch5, and for a birthday gift to myself at that. Very pleased with the product!

Lo recibí la semana pasada y es muy bonito, monitorea muchas funciones relevantes para mí como sueño y alertas de frecuencia cardiaca. El GRAN pero es que no está activo el ECG ni la presión arterial, llevan años en trámites con "reguladores locales" pero no lo logran a diferencia de Apple y Huawei que ya tienen el EGC autorizado. Pónganse las pilas!

Despite shutting down a majority of the "monitoring apps, this watch cannot last a (daylight) day. Looks like I will need to carry a charger and cable with me at all times. I cannot imagine how poor the life on the watch 4 and earlier must have been if the 5 has a "longer" life. Oh, and despite the not inexpensive price you need to buy a charger as it is not included. Huge regret is that we bought two x watch 5 40mm LTE so that each of us had the same model. An action that a previously satisfied Samsung customer now totally regrets. Fell absolutely let down by Samsung. Hard to evaluate features due to need to recharge every few hours.

This smartwatch is a clear step-up. Samsung has upgraded the keyboard and a whole host of other features. The screen is much not durable. And the device is much more responsive. My old watch would slow down easily. This one is very snappy. Plus it overheats less. All in all a fantastic experience and a must-have for anyone with a Samsung phone. My favorite features are the exercise monitors and the fact that I can see all my phones notifications without having to actually pull out my phone. I just have to glance at my watch.

Compré el reloj en febrero y no funciona mejor que el 2. Hay fallas en el GPS porque muestra qué tomaste rutas que no existen. La batería dura muy poco si tienes activado el GPS, BT y no está enojo de ahorro. La pantalla se activa ante cualquier toque aunque lo tengas en modo de ahorro. Esperaría qué funcionara mucho mejor que el 2 y no es así. Me puse en contacto con la marca para que me explicaran qué sucede y nadie se puso en contacto conmigo.

However, a few things can be improved. It can have a better battery life, often requires a charge within the day if all features are on. I've had this watch for a year now, it's getting worse and worse. Bought originally so I can listen to Spotify while walking and take calls without having my phone. Neither of these things work when I'm not near my phone so useless in that regard. Battery used to last 2 days now it's only hours. The only app I downloaded is Spotify, all other apps came with phone. So can't work out why Battery drains so fast now (battery was fine for first 3 months having spotify) And with battery saving mode on can't even see the time one handed when I'm working. Absolute waste of money.

Coming from a previous Samsung galaxy watch, the battery life is terrible. I get 2, if i'm lucky 3 days of usage, and that is very limited at that. I don't tap or use any functions on it other than to use it as a watch that dings when I get a message. You spend more time trying to get a gesture work that it takes to do it manually (by about 5 times). Have i mentioned how bad the battery is? to the point i miss a lot of stuff as I'm walking about with a dead watch on my wrist. I have all the settings fine tuned for battery preservation without hindering it's usage.

i bought samsung watch 5 and it is NOT compatible with Samsung A23. After 2 times support calls and 3 hours of tech support to find out I have to take to samsung service centre only to find out they were CLOSED when sign said to 4:00pm is absolute joke!!!!! now I have issues with Google play store, A23 Crashing is absolutely disgusting. Been a fan of samsung for years but would not recommend product to anyone in future. will not buy any Samsung product again absolute headache since tech people tried to fix my problem. DO NOT BUY WATCH 5 IT WONT WORK WITH

Plenty of battery life to get me through the whole day and night with more juice to spare. I love the watch faces, notifications are spot on, replies through the watch go through without a hitch and all the features/apps are working as promised. Exactly what I expect in a smart watch. Thank you for the additional color options in both the band and watch itself. It would have been nice to see more color option for the leather hybrid bands since the sport band can get a little sweaty just from normal wear. It's a joy to wear and I actually look forward to putting it on every day. Thank you Samsung!

These watches are absolutely incredible! Ive had alot of great tech in my life, usually always trying new phones and stuff out first before anyone i know and this watch is hands down the best gadget ive ever owned! I pay $5 a month extra to telstra for a number so I can take my watch out without a phone and i still have mobile data on my watch to make phone calls etc. It literally has everything you can possibly think of, measuring blood pressure, oxygen, body fat, sleep patterns, stress levels, tells you when to stop & do a breathing exercise, fitness tracking, taking calls & messaging people with emoticons, its water resistant, the list goes on!! These watches are unbelievable seriously never had anything like this in my entire life!

En sus funciones muy completo, me encanta la compatibilidad que tiene con el S22. Pero no me gusta que la pantalla se prende al mínimo movimiento, resulta muy incómodo. La batería no me alcanza para todo el día, el cargarlo dos veces por día no resulta funcional. La correa se ha mantenido en perfecto estado a casi un año de uso y la función a prueba de agua ha resultado muy buena, practico natación todos los días.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Golf edition comes with Smart Caddie App, and this app has become better over a year in terms of features for golf; map setting, auto distance track and score(shot) tracking. With samsung phone, easy set up and I can usually play 2 days without charging for total of 2 rounds (if you are hard core playing 36H in one day, you would need to charge each day). For a female, original watch band is bit long where I would have to use the smallest setting to tighten up with little play around my wrist. Despite little things, I am happy with this watch.

My first smartwatch - good size, great features and decent battery. I was deciding between this and the Watch4 Classic...I know the Classic has a 2mm bigger screen and the physical wheel thing so it's considered a solid buy. But what swayed it for me was the slick 'flat' and cleaner look of the 5, sapphire glass which was important as it was a long-term watch, and the bigger battery means I easily get two days, sometimes nearly 3 - that's with always-on display, but no heart rate or sleep tracking etc. since I don't use it for workouts. As a device to check time, notifications, reply to messages with speech-to-text etc. it's great. Paired with my Galaxy 20+. I also bought a third party metal strap. Definitely looks slick now. Very happy with it.

Navego por la web, miro YouTube, Tiene Google maps, Brujula, Spotify, control de cámara, control multimedia, cuido mi salud tomando la presión Arterial, oximetro, Pulsaciones, electrocardiograma, guardalos en archivo y le muestro a mi médico . Mi compañero de fitness y salud, vida diaria, despertador, calendario, etc, etc etc... 100% Recomendable!!!

I have to say I'm disappointed. I purchased a new Samsung phone and decided to upgrade my Fitbit to a Samsung watch at the same time. Two things really disappoint me. Firstly the battery is lucky to last a day and it's really inconvenient to be charging it so often. I need to have a charger at work as well as at home so it doesn't go flat. It means I also can't get accurate data on my steps, sleep etc as I'm not wearing my watch the whole time. My Fitbit battery easily lasted several days. The other thing is paying with my watch. It doesn't seem to work very well with some eftpos terminals and I have to try a couple of times, or give up and pay by card which kind of defeats the purpose of having my card stored on my watch! Once again I don't think my Fitbit ever let me down with this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a long time Samsung watch owner. As I have started to play golf more and more I decided to upgrade to the Samsung watch 5 golf. Visuals that the watch provides are very impressive and it is pretty accurate. The problem that I have is the scoring is very inaccurate and there is no way to edit it on the watch in an intuitive fashion. I end up having to go back to my phone to make changes. And in that same vein, the "Shot" button on the watch barely works. I think it is a software glitch where it doesn't recognize that there is an icon there... Either that or the screen is not tracking it. Overall, having found another major brand's off watch and the samsung, I don't know if I could buy another one next time around without some serious updates to the software and user experience.

If I could give Zero stars I would. I have had a watch 5 connected to a Samsung S21 phone for about 12 months, however after the latest FORCED update the watch will not longer connect to the phone. Other people have been having the same issue for over a month (have a look at the reviews for the App). The issue is in there Wear app and so far Samsung have refused to fix the problem. The App is required to setup the watch so at this point don't bother unless you want a brick for your wrist.

Upgraded to the golf pro 5 as I wanted a watch that could support a golf app and that would last a full 18 holes. This watch is perfect. The battery life is exceptional. I usual only have to charge the watch every 3 to 4 days and that is even with using the golf app for maybe 2 full rounds. The golf app is also very accurate and love that I don't have to pay for additional services to run it.

I was very happy with the watch 4 44mm, the only slight niggle was for me the battery life, so was not specifically looking for a new watch. However, after reading the specs on the watch 5 with its refinements and uprated battery I was drawn in and ordered the 44mm in silver. I have not been disappointed !!! The refinements to the apps are well worthwhile - enhanced - sleek - and more informative. And the Battery - A great improvement - I am well HAPPY.

For years I have avoided getting a smartphone but recently, due to a great offer, I took the plunge and I have loved it since the moment I put it on. I allows me to spend more time on doing things without interrupting my focus by responding to my phone all the time. I can check on incoming emails or messages without overtly opening my phone to find out what was recently sent. Thereby only dealing with the most important notifications where needed.

It does not record stairs at all- I live in a three story house and it never registers more than 3 lights/ day. It registers heart rate very low ccompared to Fitbit or a heart monitor. Battery power is terrible- 24 hours max. Good looking, but lacking functions and accuracy. The O2 monitor is dangerous- if I really has a SpO2 of 78% I would need hospital care!

I dont love my watch. I am on holiday and have been since Christmas. I wire my watch and my wrist was itchy and the battery ran down quickly. I left it off till my wrist improved and tried again. The battery ran down within 5 hours and the back of the watch severly burnt my wrist. I have photos to prove this. I would like a replacement watch as.my husband has had his around 3 to 4 years and never had a problem

Would never have realised how much I needed this device a couple of days ago. Out of the blue I had an irregular heart beat and was able to perform an ECG to confirm I had atrial fibrillation. A trip to A&E was able to give consultants there information needed to speed up diagnosis. I was always sceptical how accurate the heart monitoring would be but the watch has more than paidxfor itself after that scare.

I was lucky to get my device early and so far am so happy with it. It runs smoothly, connects with everything easily and the battery life is great! I really like the connection to my buds and being able to control everything on my wrist. The fitness tracking has been more accurate vs previous watches I have owned and the kcal count looks far more accurate. Sleep tracking is pretty cool too. Would recommend.

Which both make this already amazing watch, that much cooler. The watch itself is super responsive, durable for day to day use, and very comfortable. You'll almost forget it's on your wrist because it's not super heavy to wear. All in all it's a for sure win for me.

I love how much faster the Galaxy Watch 5 feels over the Galaxy Watch 4, the increased battery life is incredible and I no longer have battery anxiety. I use the watch everyday to track my fitness, health, help ensure I don't miss notifications or alarms, using Google maps for walking navigation but also when driving to give me vibration notifications for turns. It really is such a fantastic watch.

Compre este reloj hace menos de un año. La batería tiene muy poca duración. Lo utilice para hacer natación y se rompió. Fue utilizado de manera cuidadosa y en el service oficial el diagnostico fue: MUY MOJADO!!! Cuando supuestamente esta diseñado para mojarlo, Para repararlo me cobran como un equipo nuevo. Una lastima, siempre adquirí Samsung por su calidad pero este producto fue una decepción.

Nunca había usado un Galaxy Watch, para ser exactos nunca había usado un Smart Watch en general. Mis primeras experiencias han sido completamente espectaculares, sus funciones, los sensores para determinar movimientos, ejercicios y otros son simplemente geniales. Mi único problema ha sido que el Bluetooth frecuentemente se desconecta y se pierde la conexión entre mi Note9 y el Galaxy Watch5

I was a big Apple fan, at sometime ago, the best thing I EVER done was move over to samsung GALAXY the Samsung watch 5, its amazing smart watch, I absolutely love this watch, Samsung need to keep thinking out side of the box. Not only with this amazing watch and other products. Actually all my family move over to samsung and brought this Gorgeous watch. It does everything I can think off.

Really pleased with this watch. Traded in an original Galaxy Watch for version 5. Lots of additional features such as ECG and blood pressure monitoring. Also its much slimmer and fits better under a shirt cuff. Battery life is also excellent with plenty left at the end of the day. It needs to be treated carefully as the black case paint can chip even if the glass is scratch proof

"It wasn't a Samsung " and I wasn't going to buy another one. This Samsung watch came with an accessories offer with the S22 ultra. Wow it's amazing. Feature packed. Heart monitor is great especially since I need to keep an eye on my blood pressure. Very impressive.

El reloj es muy bueno, el medidor de indice de masa corporal es el mejor y ningún otro reloj lo tiene, el único pero es la batería, le dura 1 día máximo cuando a otros relojes les dura hasta 7 días, hay que mejorarla mucho. Por lo demás es el reloj más completo de todo el mercado. El Electrocardiograma, el medidor de estrés, son elementos que no cualquiera tiene.
Recomiendo este producto.

I had previously owned the original galaxy gear watch and thought it was rather gimmicky which put me off smart watches but having the new galaxy watch has changed my mind. I love the look, design and many built in health features that link to samsung health 10/10

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so happy I did the upgrade from watch 3 was always a fitbit user switched to galaxy watch and won't go back. Best new feature on 5 is battery life. Lasts much longer and new fast charger charges in 2 hours max. Also not as heavy at first I missed the rotating bezel but happy you can still rotate the edge same feature. Overall very satisfied!

I wasn’t aware when I ordered the 5 and wasted time trying to activate it and going through multiple phone calls trying to figure out why it wouldn’t connect to my phone and ultimately returning it. Poor business decision, eliminating so many customers.

Es un excelente reloj, lo uso todo el tiempo con todas sus aplicaciones, wapp, entrenamiento, monitor de sueño.. es genial.... Lo único es que la batería dura 2 días que es acorde por el tiempo de uso que le dedico. Vinculado con el Health y Wear del celular tenes datos y seguimiento de todo tipo. Estoy muy conforme con el reloj.

Worst watch I've ever had! Does not pick up heart rate well into my workout on a regular basis. It now pauses my workout as a result. I have reset it many times but does not improve anything! Galaxy watch 3 was way better and at least looked like a watch with the bezel. Waste of money should've thrown it straight in the trash!

Not fit for purpose. Watch is sold as being able to be used for fitness purposes, yet the heart rate monitor is unreliable and constantly drops out. Samsung replaced the heart rate sensor but it didn't fix the issue. Over time the performance has degraded more and now reads accurately less than 40% of the time.

I'm terrible at seeing texts, so this helps me be more on top if that. And the benefits on monitoring my health, sleep and movements are a plu. definitely recommend.

I had the active watch 2 before and I loved it just as much. Great for answering calls and texts. Helps me at work since I use the timer and alarms alot.

I love Samsung as I've had one before, and I'm really trying to love this one. My only criticism is that it doesn't always let me know I've got a message. All my notifications are on but some messages are not coming through. Live the screen and strap. So slightly disappointed at the minute.

On my old fit bit I could set reminder for min 250steps. Also, having the ability to use the main button as turn off as well once checked watch would be useful.

Es genial las notificaciones, contestar desde el reloj y demás pero la batería malisimaaaaa, dura 1 día normal de uso y 4 en modo ahorro. No es compatible con el wireless charger que es cuadrado de Samsung y es problemático cargarlo con el teléfono en modo compartir bateria(s22u).

The band is easy to fasten but I'm not a huge fan of the silicone band since it makes my wrist sweat more. So far, I am loving my new watch!

I got the watch with the s23 ultra. I have had a few Samsung watches in the past as I only ever buy Samsung phones and the ease of use along with the functionality was always impeccable. The phone is phenomenal. The watch is dodgy. Unlike previous watches this one is too touch sensitive. If your wrist is leaning on your pant leg it will call, message and run different apps without you even realising. The steps counter is completely rigged. I developed contact dermatitis from this band for some reason so it has literally been sitting in its box in my bedside table. The draw has not been opened yet apparently its taken 1,604 steps yesterday and today my phone says it's done 2,020 steps. Incredible considering it has NOT BEEN MOVED. The apps are ok. Less watch faces available than previous models unless you buy them. Im not very hopeful of it being used often because of the touch sensitivity. Also, battery life on them are ridiculous. My old galaxy sport watch lasted days. This one needs charging at least once per day.

I cannot express how durable this watch is, while walking I cannot count how many times I've accidentally hit my watch on the wall, Ive even scraped off some paint from the wall but the watch? perfectly fine and unscathed. It amazes me how well its held up.

Pretty good. Only reason I'm not giving 5* is that one night, while I was sitting still, it issued a hard fall notification which took a while to get rid of. Left me feeling a bit unsure of the watch but generally it does what I want it to do.
