    Before you hit record, go into your Samsung Camera app's advanced video options. Wear your Galaxy Buds2 Pro and tap the 360 audio recording toggle. Now you're ready to record 3D sound.

      They are good buds. I wouldn't put them on like the TOP TIER performance earbuds... but they do a good job. I like the progress they do. I have been using samsung buds ever since Gear IconX. I think they can do a better job on detecting the buds a bit faster as well. But im here for the sound quality. They are good for working out. They don't fall easily but the do fall eventually. I would put them the best if they were louder and had more deep bass. Either way they are good on detrcting voice close to you and battery life is great. Noise canceling can be better. Its getting to a good spot... but in MY OPINION not there yet.i still use them to work everyday. I like them.

      I bundled a pair of these with a purchase of a new phone and I'm glad I did. The buds are light and feel barely noticeable. They have a decent battery life and the convenience of the charging feature in dock, coupled with the display feature via the Wearables app is a nifty feature. The main attraction is the noise cancelling feature which can be activated within half a second at the flick of a switch. I've been to sporting events, concerts and on a crowded train and can hear music and video's fairly clearly. The only niggle, I wish the ear buds lasted slightly longer before requiring charging, but other than that, it is close to perfection.

      Considering the predecessors and knowing that Samsung was not a strong competitor in the sound industry, I had quite low expectation on these buds 2 pro. However, I realised that I was wrong after listening to music with these. Compared to buds pro (1st gen), Samsung has made a huge progress in both comfort, sound and surprisingly, ANC. Both sound quality and ANC are really great and I couldn't feel any pain on my ears after wearing these a couple of hours. The battery lasts long as well. In terms of ANC, I tested it on the bus and train, and it was very powerful to block the noise coming into the ears. Couldn't find a fault to be honest... love it and glad that AKG did excellent job on tuning the sound.

      The sound is good, the look and finish is good but the fit and comfort is terrible. It really is like night and day compared to the original buds. I like to listen to music/podcasts when I'm out and about, on my mtb or at the gym, and my buds are my go to, because they are small and compact. Unfortunately the new updated buds 2 do not want to sit in my ear, I will start a workout or go for a walk etc. And within minutes they start moving in my ear then they eventually fall out, due to this, I am constantly having to adjust them which then causes pain and irritation. Please can we go back to the older design, they really were perfect.

      Not disgruntled. I love Samsung. However these buds are horrendous. They do get louder than the last buds. Granted. But there is no point if when you smile too hard they fall out. Forget about working out Regardless of ear tip size. Bluetooth Connects kind of... when they want. The tapping only was a bad Idea. These things need at least one button because the tapping is supremely unreliable. I constantly have to adjust if I just walk around with these on. Which of course inadvertently changes a setting. But when you WANT to change a setting, double tap etc....nothing happens. Finally The matte finish is not a good idea for earbuds. Imo

      Update: I'm reading and I see that Samsung claims to have interchangeable buds, at the same time customers say they don't have it, mine don't have it either so it makes me think that there is a very bad quality control of Samsung or they are selling used headphones.. what a shame, I also forgot to mention that the box is difficult to open especially at night (all its sides are the same) you have to keep turning it and trying until you open it, the same thing happens to charge wireless in the dark you can't tell if it's up or down Bottom line, this really is one of Samsung's worst products. keep your old headphones, don't waste your money and be happy

      I got these about a month ago, traded in the first gen Buds Pro. I've been using galaxy buds since they were first released in 2019. Ive had 4 pairs and these are the best yet. The Buds pro never fit my ear properly, they used to hurt, and also fall out a LOT. The Buds2 Pro are amazing, they're comfortable and fit well, don't fall out my ear, and the sound quality is great. The one thing I wish that was better was the seamless connection amongst other devices that aren't from samsung. It works perfectly with my other samsung devices but I struggle a lot (even just trying to connect them normally) when it comes to my Dell laptop.

      At the start these earbuds were amazing, super comfortable and great bass without affecting the clarity of the music. HOWEVER, after the last update they BARELY have any volume to them even when being paired with a DAP that has an onboard headphone amp. They're the lowest volume headphones I have. Maxed out I can barely hear music let alone podcasts. Also not to mention there's a massive big with the wearable app. Nothing will connect or find devices anymore. It's a big problem for the price of these headphones. I use headphones at a fraction of the cost that are ten times more reliable than the these Samsung Galaxy 2 pro earbuds

      I have had these Buds Pro2 earbuds for just over a month now, having upgrading from the Buds Pro. The sound difference is noticeable, having bumped up a notch from the originals. I bought the graphite color, and it is a matte finish. I prefer that to the gloss black that I had on the originals. These new Buds Pro2 are more comfortable, though I still cannot wear them all day. But the battery does last long enough if I wanted to, I’m sure. I need to go back and check if the weight was actually reduced. The sound suppression is slightly better as well, although that could actually come from the better fit. I am very glad that I upgraded to these Buds2 Pro!

      Received these as a gift close to a year ago exactly. The comfortable fit is just second to none. I was amazed at the sound quality all around. Personally, they sound immensely better than my "big-brand" headphones. Never had any problems, enjoyed all varieties of features. A few months ago, I had to let one go due to an accident & less than ideal location. Have yet to find anything that compares for me personally, nearly going as far to say that the 1 Galaxy Bud 2 pro is better for me, than both of anything else haha. Wrapping up, didn't know what to expect before trying them, & they ended up being better than I ever imagined.

      I have had these earbuds for 6 months, they are a very good pair of earbuds. The noise cancelling isn't quite as good as the airpods pro 2, but they are still solid. Everything else about them is on par or above their competitor. The sound quality is absolutely amazing. It's a little on the more bass end of the spectrum. That being said, they are still the closest earbuds to the Harman target I have ever heard. They are simply amazing. The battery is acceptable, and the ambient sound is decent, but I think the fact that they sound so amazing and is all together in a small package makes them among the best earbuds I have ever listened to. Well done AKG and Samung!!

      Overall EXCELLENT value for money, BUT, the shape is so ODD that you cant get hold of them properly & 7 out of 10 time, you will end up dropping them as you cant hold them properly while putting on or taking out of your ear.Still cant get used to it after 3 months of use.. writing this review just after dropping them on hard floor.. again.. Samsung, please think of redeisigning these otherwise AWESOME piece of hardware that you have created. look at your rival products and learn from them, I dont think any harm if they look somewhat similar.. but it go a long way.. I dont want to damage them dropping time and again.

      the good - the surround sound (gave 3 star just because of this feature otherwise maybe 2) - is comfortable even when used continuously for 4 1/2 hours (i was sitting in one place all through, so no clue if used when one is doing some physical activity such as run/jog or is on the move) the bad - at times makes noise when hair moves ever so slightly. -when anc is inactive this pair can be used for a little over 4 1/2 hours with volume set around 30%. -from 10% to 1% the battery drains in about a couple of minutes. - from 1% to completely discharge it takes about 8 minutes. -priced way too high for its performance.

      i've had every pair of samsung earbuds. these are the same as the last pair, nothing different. noise canceling does not really work the way it should, i work in aviation and use noise canceling. these are not worth the price. i've tried to return and get my trade in back. there are a lot of bad reviews of this product from falling out of your ear, charge does not last, ear infection from the silicone, noise canceling not working. if you're looking for the best headphones that samsung make, get the samsung buds+ and stay away from everything else. i will be returning these for a full refund and leaving samsung forever. the products have been going downhill for awhile now.

      i have used multiple ear buds in the past, to include a couple different galaxy buds. these are by far my favorite head phones that i have ever used. they have amazing sound quality, and the features babe cease to amaze me. they noise canceling starts working immediately, even so that it feels like it blocks outside sounds before you start any media. i also really love the ambient sound. the best is that you can set it to switch between the two as you start talking so you don't have to try and talk over your media. there are so many great features that i can't list them all here. well worth the money.

      I bought these and have used them for the past 3 weeks. I love the sound. I love the way they fit in my ears and how they don't fall out. The controls are easy to use. However..... I cannot accept the horrible battery life. I go for long walks and long bike rides and I need them to last long enough for me to complete my exercise routine for the day. Unfortunately these ear buds won't last longer than about 3.5 hours. The first time they ran out I thought maybe I had done something wrong. It happened again yesterday after just 3.5 hours. I hate to return them, but they are going back today.

      I bought the Buds2 Pro a year ago, and while the sound quality was great initially, the experience has been disappointing over time. After a couple of months, the left earbud started losing volume, even at max settings. Eventually, I lost the right earbud, leaving me with the left one, which has become so quiet that even the 'find my earbud' feature is barely audible. I've tried cleaning them and adjusting all volume settings on my device, but nothing works. Unfortunately, I can't adjust the volume via the Wearables app or touch controls without the right earbud. My main complaint is that the left earbud is now far too quiet to be usable. I’m not sure if this is a hardware or software issue.

      Needed a new pair of earphones to replace my broken, overpriced pair of Bose ones that lasted me several months before just quitting on me, got a good discount on these and they work for the most part, but I'm a very active person so whenever I run, jog, or dance to my favorite song, these earbuds tend to easily slip out of my ear and whenever I feel it getting ready to slip out entirely, I have to stop and push it back in. Touch controls disabled because touching will pause the song, etc, etc. Good noise cancelling, the 3D audio is cool, but aside from that, if only they could just stay in my ear like my go-to Galaxy Buds+ that have treated me wonderfully for almost two years that I will def return to.

      I am a headphone addict and while I also have other brands that I use for certain listening I would compare these to the AirPods for android/Samsung phone users. The sounds is well balanced or you can use the dynamic eq for a little more punch. the great thing about them vs orders buds is that you barely feel them in your ears and at least with my ears you can lay on a pillow with them with out having it hurt your ears. Everyone know the ambient mode for AirPods are the best but I have to say these come close, I don't think they are as good but solid and come close. All in all with trade in offer and the price I think they are a great deal for what you get. I mainly rock these all the time or my Sony WFs

      So the tips gave out on my Sony buds whilst on holiday in Croatia, went into the only shop I could find and had a choice of Galaxy buds, Apple or Sony again. I've always been a Samsung phone fan through the years, they've never let me down, I also own some sennhieser headphones, old now but still sound good. These buds said sound by Sennheiser so I bought the Buds 2 Pro's and I'm blown away. Lighter, smaller, more comfortable than my Sony mx4's, excellent ANC and audio quality. I let my wife try them and she wanted them, sadly she's an iPhone user and would miss out as we could not get the iPhone app to recognise the buds, they work, but limited basic control.       Phenomenal pair of earbuds with one major flaw; they lose sound constantly. I've had two pairs of these buds, and without fail, one of the two will eventually and suddenly get quiet to the point of being inaudible. The left bud in my second pair was unusable within a week of purchase. I switch to my other pair, and the right bud goes quiet wth an annoying buzzy quality to the audio within days. The fact that I would still give these buds three stars speaks to their other qualities: they are comfortable, sound great, and are some of the best noise cancelling buds I've experienced. I really want to love them but the constant sound issues are infuriating and unavoidable, which, for the price, is a deal breaker.

      Buds2 Pro sound and feel good. The only issue that I have is having to readjust the position of the buds in my ears. I have the largest tips on which pass the sound test. They fit pretty well if I'm stationary. However, if I am on the move, I find myself having to readjust often and this is a pain when the touch controls are active. I hang up calls every time. I have to always turn off this feature with the Samsung Buds which is a feature I paid for, but never works out. I keep two pairs/brands of earbuds on me just because of this issue. The rest of the features are great!

      sounded great, loved them and the features, use them at work, for work but post gym, got them sweaty and and the left hand ear bud now is so quiet:( went through the wiki and nope have to send them off or drive to the centre of a city where i do not live and i bet the cost is desiged to make you buy another pair then the charger wouldnt charge the ear buds, annoyed i had to buy a second pair. last chance saloon here! i've a samsung; TV, love it, phone love it, just awesome and hate,it unavalability of spare parts (screens), earbuds, awesome but unreliable.Hmm. overall OK but could be so much better user experience? the user experience is putting me off samsung you pay for quality not to be ripped off. gutted.

      I'm really regretting trading in my my old Galaxy Buds for these. While the sound and noise cancelling are great, these things are SO uncomfortable. Maybe they work fine for people with larger ears, but for me, I think it's actually the very tiny seam between the inner and outer part that starts to cut into the ear. Why they had to change from the previous design, where you could customize the fit with different sized rubber pieces inside the concha part of the ear, baffles me. Seriously thinking of getting rid of them and going back to the older style. A waste of money.

      Bad fit, if you're working out or in some kind of construction job these constany need to be adjusted, always falling out, guides don't help, Bluetooth is choppy, music cuts in and out periodically, never had that issue with previous version, if I answer a phone call through my watch sound won't go through my buds it'll go through my watch which I never had an issue with with the original buds pro, sound always went to my headphones even if I answered through my phone or my watch, you can't have just one headphone in for the ambient sound to work you have to have both, which is dumb since the original could do it, music does sound better, but every other feature took a step backwards, definitely not worth the orice

      Got these to replace the original Galaxy Buds I purchased several years ago that have served me well. Fit is fine, software is fine pairing was easy. The battery on one of the Buds was defective out of the box. Since I purchased around Thanksgiving it was past the normal return period so the only option was to send them in for service. In about 2 charging cycles of use the sound was a vast improvement over the original buds and noise cancellation is good. The fact that one of the buds had a battery issue that didn't present itself until after the case had stopped charging them was concerning along with having to send a product in for service with only a few hours of use as opposed to getting a replacement sent.

      It took me a while before I figured out that I needed to use the bigger tips that came in the box so that the concealment is good. After that, it was a at least a 10-20% better noise cancelling performance than my gen 1 airpods pro; but sound quality is at least 30% better - bass is better, sound feels more substantial. The charge lasts longer too. Only issue is the funky touch control. There is quite often accidental touch when taking off my shirt for example. I have had this for 3 months, and I still find it not that convenient. But overall great product.

      Bought item along with my new phone and I was happy with the sound quality however, I am not happy with the ear buds overall. They feel like they're going to fall out of your ear, and they do even if you're sitting around, do not recommend if you are looking for are buds for the gym. (I tried all bud sizes that came with the ear buds and it didn't change the fit, asked my partner to try them and he said compared to his earbuds he has they feel loose in ear).

      I was so excited about this purchase because of the last pair of Galaxy Buds I had for over two years; the sound was great, the fit was great, and everything else. When I got this pair, I put them in; they didn't fit right, so I read and watched the video of how to put them in and even changed the earpiece from smallest to largest, and they continued to fall out, no matter how I twist-turn them. The sound is off, and it seems that people can't hear me when I talk, and I'm constantly repeating myself. I wish I could return these and get the pair I exchanged back

      very good earbuds, the fit and anc is much better than the pros. below are my pros and cons: pros very good anc pretty comfortable, not as comfortable as my old galaxy buds plus but far better than the galaxy buds pro (for me). the pro's continually fell out, especially on the left side and i ended up having to return them due to causing a sore on my earlobe. good sound quality, i'm no expert but they sound pretty good for me, better than the galaxy buds plus and galaxy buds pro. i personally like the flat coloring, i got the graphite ones. cons the price, they're expensive. no longer allows amplified ambient sound. i really loved that feature on my pros and on the buds plus and it needs to be brought back for the buds2 pro.

App dan Firmware sudah posisi terbaru, bahkan sudah uninstall dan RESET sesuai petunjuk CS. Duduk dalam rumah sepertinya baik-lancar tapi 2 hari terakhir kalau bepergian / dalam kendaraan, koneksi tidak stabil.

      I have to say, I was at first skeptical about the quality of the bugs from other product reviews. But since I was getting a deal on them I decided to give them a shot. I have to say what an awesome purchase. I typically only where one ear piece at a time with any heaphone buds. But the one sounds as good if not better than using two of another. However, the minute I used both buds at the same time. Wow! It was like that true movie theater experience. Not to mention the noise canceling while on calls. Its inanse. I certainly recommend these to anyone.

      I bought these to replace my excellent Sony over ear noise cancelling headphones when I travel simply because they are more compact. I have been blown away at how good they are - the sound quality, the ANC, the tap features and the comfort. I typically hate in-ear buds, but I can tolerate these for a couple of hours at a time. My favourite feature is the ambient pass-through when you talk - super useful when you want to have a normal conversation ("thanks I'd like a water please"). The ambient mode make speech sound very normal and not at all 'canned'.

      Upgraded from my Galaxy Buds2 anout a week ago and wish I had just bought the standard model again. The sound quality is better on the pro model but the noise cancelling is atrocious. The ANC seems to filter low frequency sounds okay but high frequency sounds come through clear as day, anything from cars driving down the road to a rustling paper bag can almost drown out any sound playing. EXTREMELY disappointed in my purchase.

      I received this yesterday from Samsung, charged it, used it in the evening while gaming and watching a movie on my computer. I previously read reviews about these falling off your ear. I disagree, they sit properly in my ears, never had any discomfort. The sound quality is amazing, way better than I expected. The NC is way better than the previous AKG NC headphone I had. In addition, these are so comfortable, I forgot and did not notice they were still in my ear when I went to bed and had them on while sleeping. Was I worried due to some of the negative reviews before placing the order for this? - Yes, I was. But I figured some reviews are either fake or just bashing. I am happy with my purchase and do not regret getting these buds. 👍

      I love these buds. Great sound. Battery life amazing. What more do you want? The comfort could be improved slightly. The only grumble is the amount of tips, (zero spare, just merely the choice of 3 sizes). It's very, very poor. These are a premium product, very expensive buds, but there's only one suitable pair of tips. They can easily get lost or damaged. Very difficult to buy replacements, in fact, it can only buy the 3 sizes again!! Waste of resources really the replacements ones are. Also, the tips themselves, once you push up to locate precisely in the ear to get the best sound and noise cancelling affect, the can move after a few minutes. The sound can be very severe and will startled whilst walking and getting into a groove

      The build quality is worthy of the price. The feature set, too. The sound quality could have been exceptional if Samsung had bothered to bundle better eartips. The flimsy silicone tips Samsung always bundle provide very little passive sound/noise isolation. It is a bit annoying to know that I have to buy aftermarket eartips whenever I get a pair of Samsung earphones. The active noise cancellation would also benefit from a bit more customisation. Let us decide if we want the microphones to pick up external sound or not. It is a bit frustrating commuting and being forced to have a forced level of ambient sound sent through. Some people's voices can get annoyingly loud even when they're having a conversation five seats away on a noisy bus.

      i got the galaxy buds pro initially and loved them. i got these and compared the two and the galaxy buds2 pro is way better. the fit is much better, it is smaller and fits better in the ear. the bass compared to the first one, is significantly better. it is more dominant but not overbearing. the mids and highs are clear and have room to hear everything. also, love the texture of these buds. it's smooth and the case has a satisfying snap when closing because of the stronger magnet. overall great upgrade. you will not be disappointed

      It's feature rich with gesture configurations, ANC (active noise cancellation), voice passthrough, easy switch in between devices,..... Audio quality is incredible to its size. As mentioned above, it's full of cool features. Noise cancellation REALLY works. Fits snuggly in your ear. At the same time you can easily forget you have it on, I STRONGLY advise against using it for long periods of time. I've found it overstimulates the creation of wax in your ear canal, which if not checked and lead to ear inflammation and/or infection.

      The sound quality is excellent. The ANC is pretty good as well. The only thing I don't like about them is that if you do remove them from your ears to talk to someone, the sound starts playing through your phone's speakers instead of through the earbuds. This is very annoying and has no way of changing that in the settings that I can find. Sometimes you don't want the other person to hear what you're listening to, especially in a quiet environment. Samsung should really make this an option in the app. You make it to where the sound is subdued if you start speaking (not if another person starts the conversation), but sometimes you want to completely focus in a conversation and this hinders things. I would've given them 5 stars if not for this.

      This product is best used with Samsung phones and tablets to make use of all of its features. Had problems with fit but it is better with the smaller ear tips. Fit and security is good, but an ear clip option would make it great Lossless CODEC is Samsung only,,, would like to have other protocols added to allow these to be used with other devices (laptops...) The sound quality with the lossless CODECs is superb, but only on compatible Samsung devices Price is high, but you get what you pay for if you are in the Samsung ecosystem

      I've been using samsung buds now for 2 years. I've had 4 pairs.... I had the case on my desk and my 2 year old had gotten ahold of them. Now I have no way to track the case... very disappointing that Samsung will let you track the buds but not the case. Just IMO I think that was an extreamly poor decision on Samsungs part. But at the same time they know they are small and can be lost and they wanna make money on ppl losing them.. so disappointing I'm a father of 3 with a dead end job like I don't have the money to drop 170 to 240 every time I lose them!!!!!! I literally have to use these every single day now a week before Xmas I gotta try to scrounge up money to replace something that's expensive like times are hard enough. #SamsungWhatAreYouThinking?

      bluetooth headphones have not been my favorite because of the muddled sound that can't be fixed in even the highest end headphones. bluetooth isn't capable of carrying full hifi sound. well, now, with these buds though, they finally can! they sounds incredible. to be able to listen to my favorite music and hear and feel the music so deeply that it gets emotional at times is brilliant. this is how music of all types is meant to be heard. i really like their fit too. very comfortable. great job samsung!! i've already recommended them!

      The sound quality is great and the touch controls work great. You do have to be careful on which size plugs you choose. It comes pre-installed with the large installed. the other two size are in a small tube box in the package. Medium was my size and ordered replacement 6 pair package of medium only online. For walking they are great not so much while do any movement exercise. Sound quality is great on calls. You do have to unpair it from each device before using on another. But I only use it for my Samsung Phone, TV, and Computer.

      The fit of these, compared to the original buds, is truly terrible. They will not stay in your ears if you do anything more than breathe! If you chew, excercise, move around, work etc. They will work loose. There is nothing to secure them in your ears, other than the silicone cover part. Previous buds secured much better, with a secondary part for the upper ear. Sound quality is good, but that's kind of irrelevant when they fall out. I will say, the smallest covers do feel slightly more secure, but then the sound quality is poor, bass is non existent, and background noise is much higher. Really regret changing to these from the original buds. While this review seems harsh, all the bells and whistles really mean nothing if they don't stay in your ears!

      ANC is not working at all. The ambient mode can be renamed to noisy mode. There will always be a very loud wind-like noise playing on your ear that is loud enough to make you cannot hear what people sitting around you are saying. it is no doubt long time exposed to this kind of noise will hurt my ear. Moreover, sometimes the left bud will play a very high-frequency noise of a sudden. Are you kidding me? As a late 2022 product, you can not even get a chance to compare it with Airpods Pro, which was released in 2019. I believe I have tried everything on my side. I have already tried all sizes of ear tips and tried to update the buds software to the latest. But the issues still exist. I am very disappointed, and so far I would never recommend anyone buy.

      I bought these in October after I lost my buds live. The sound quality is fantastic and leaps and bounds better than the previous buds I owned. The bad, they won't stay in no matter what. I changed all sizes of ear buds that came with it and after 15 to 20 minutes they slide right out. I upgraded to the recommended ear buds that have the two layers and now they will stay in for 30 minutes. Horrible fitment design. Samsung should have put a piece or sell a piece to sit in your outside ear to hold them in place like older models.

      Finally decided to grab it! First of all for those that intend to buy a few points. To me I was very surprise of the size which I love it. To be honest, sound is reasonably good. Compare to what I am owning a bragi with all futuristic features can't be compared so base on sound wasn't as good as bragi personally. Going to try to use it with my watch and bud for a run to see if it will dropped off lol. But so far I this still amazing. Got the black, tempting to get the white due to fear of yellowish down the road.  The sensation touch of the bud is smooth but felt a bit slippery maybe after a few used it will be come rough due to dust? Haha. But yeah overall got it at a good rate and still feeling good about it?! Enjoy if new owners going yo give it a try.

      Initially when I bought this product it was it was working very well. Somehow now I am facing an issues with the product. 1. The person on the call always complained by saying they were getting too much outside noise such as when I am on the train it captures the sounds of doors (closing and opening). 2. Another person on the call is not getting the good sound of my voice, I need to speak a bit louder than usual. I checked all the settings and everything, the device has the latest firmware I do not recommend to buy.

      Pretty mid all over. ANC wasn't great, as opposed to my boyfriends airpods and my old Sony headphones which completely blank out the sound of power tools/engines, I could hear them over my bud2 pros so loudly it was muddling the music. Fit is awful, aside from the way they sit in the ear being painful I couldn't keep them in with the regular buds, was having to adjust every few mins even after watching the Samsung video on how to fit them. They small buds fit fine and wouldn't fall out but the ANC didn't work at all then and the app said it was because they had a poor fit. Music quality is fine but nothing special especially not for the price. Had to turn the touch controls off when I was wearing a hat or had damp hair as they kept pausing or skipping tracks.

      I have a pair of Galaxy Buds+ I've been using for several years now. I bought the Buds Pro 2 wanting to upgrade. They sound amazing but unfortunately they do not fit in my ears. No matter what size of ear tip I try or what angle I insert them, I can't get a seal that blocks out noise. Even with the ANC on sound still comes through due to the fit. They do not appear to extend into the ear canal as much as my Buds+ and I think that's the issue. It's really disappointing because I had high hopes for them and they sound great.

      I finally purchased the Buds Pro 2. I've owned multiple Buds in the past, Buds Live being my favorite, & Samsung continues to be the leader in innovation.       i decided to buy the buds for their ability to translate conversations. what samsung doesn't clearly advertise is that 1) this only works on some galaxy phones, and 2) most importantly, translation only works on an active call. from the advert, it seemed like you can just put the buds in, and hear people around you who talk in their native language, for exemple if you're traveling. also, i feel like my previous buds pro fit better. lastly, if im paying you money for something, let me decide how loud i want the volume.

      was really exited about the new galaxy buds2 pro . pre-ordered it. i was thinking finally i could get rid of my ipod pro. after 2 weeks of testing, what a letdown. first, the anc is just not good at all. you can still can clearly hear conversations few feet away from you even when you have your music is playing. not ipod pro. second, seamless pairing is a joke. samsung could even get their own devices to pair smoothly. have s22+ and s7 tab. sometimes, i have yo try about 10 times before i can pair the bud pro 2 to those devices. it's just getting ridiculous. there are few things i like. 1. the shape and size, i like it better than ipod pro. i like the discreet design and weight. 2. colors. i like to have options to your own color. 3. the case is small.

      Purchased to upgrade from my OG Buds. I love my OG buds but I upgraded because I wanted ANC and longer battery. ANC and battery are both great however the fit is horrible. Right ear buds fits ok (but not great). Left ear constantly falls out. I cannot get it to stay in for more than a few minutes which means I am constantly adjusting it. I have tried all the different tip sizes but none work well enough. Reading reviews everywhere it seems this is a common issue but Samsung's solutions are either not helpful or they tell you to buy different tips which is an unacceptable solution -you should not be forced to spend more money to fix such an issue. I have stopped using the new buds and have gone back to the OG buds which fit so much better. Long live the wing-tip design.

      as for feature packed they are the best i have ever used. i haveoddd ear size or shape i guess and find it a little hassle getting them in enough that i feel comfortable they won't come out. the different size tips doesn't really help the issue. my previous favorite earbuds were the beats pro and i absolutely loved the way the could be inserted in your ears as well as having the loop that go's around your ear almost making it impossible for one to fall out. would be a great feature to think about in the future.

      This is almost perfect. My primary complaints are that the "okay Google" feature does not even come close to reliably working, and when it does it cannot find half of my contacts. Further, the case is covered in a soft touch coating, which will eventually wear off and leave shiny spots (I actually just covered it on a Spigen though armor to prevent this). Now onto the good stuff: audio quality is top notch, and the features are pretty neat when they work. It does take a second or so for them to recognize that someone is talking to me, then tones itself down. The translating feature requires that you use their translator app. The fitment is great, i do not seem to get as sweaty in the ears with these compared to my last set of Galaxy Buds, gen 1 that these replaced.

Because poor fitting and poor ergonomic design, always fixing fitting and causing the device to pause or skip. I feel like their is less customisable options for buttons compared to other options on the market. Noise cancelling works well. Sound quality is ok for price. Case is much better than others. Buds clip properly into place so no confusion that they are charging.

I would return, but by the time I got to use them properly I was told its past the 14 day return policy. Good, value wise I got them bundled with the S23 Ultra for a cheaper price, but I would say its bad value for full price as the fit is just so bad. I'm a previous owner of the galaxy buds which fitted great and stayed in ear, but they also broke after a year.

      good audio quality but i cant enjoy most of it because the speakers eventually dir out and become really quiet. had to send in for the right bud to get a speaker replacement and now the left bud speaker is quiet and not working. i was so impressed at the first usage but not its really disappointing at how often i run into an issue. paired with my s22, i run into very choppy audio quality, but any other device like my chromecast or laptop it works perfectly. i hope to see much better with the 3rd gen 😔

      I have a set of older Buds and Buds+. I got these new Buds2 pro with my s23 ultra purchase and regret choosing these with my credit. They do have a good sound and battery life but the form factor with the bump in the body results in very loose feeling fit. The bump causes the earbud body to pull away from the ear and the noise isolation is reduced. They are not that loose but will fall out with vigorous activity at the gym so I have to use my older buds for gym now and reserve these for the office.

      I am not an audiophile, but these buds have good sound. The noise cancellation works well, and I can be heard clearly on calls. The buds are comfortable in my ears. The case is durable which is important to a clumsy guy like me. The app features a map to help find your earbuds as well as a way to make them beep. The battery lasts a good long while both on the earbuds and the case. The equaliser has 6 different modes, but I would have liked to see a custom option. The 360 audio mode sounds really nice.

      Great fit. Finally! Feel like they are secure, but don't hurt my ears. Missing the ambient sound controls in the app... loved the super ambient mode on my galaxy buds+ that I had a few years ago. These buds sound good too. Haven't played with the 3D sound or ANC yet, but can't wait to try them. Thank you. These are an improvement on the buds pro. Now, they only need an accessory ear tip that has an integrated ear hook to go over the ears for added security for hard works, or a lanyard type strap.

      I bought a new Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra and thought I will take opportunity to get some new ear buds. I have the buds 2 & must say they are the worst ear phones I ever had. Never have I had ear phones fall out of my ears but these are awful. I would have gardened went out for walks etc. These new ones I am lucky they stay in for 5 mins. I have tried all the different sized tips and nothing works. Unfortunately I gave my old ones away which I now deeply great the were the galaxy live buds.

      My Galaxy Buds2 Pro lasted only 13 months (just out of warranty). Started to affect my apps from functioning - youtube videos persistently on pause, can't hear any sound from media player, can't hear anything from all the messaging apps, including zoom, whatsapp, etc. Microphone didn't work either (tried recorder app and didn't record any sound) Tried reset, unpair and pair back again, update latest software, all didn't work. Quite expensive but wasn't worth the money in my experience.

It seems that the new Buds Pro 2s battery runs out quicker than my older ones. And sometimes when moving my head, I can hear static, like if there's a wire loose somewhere😆 Let's just say, I'm not too happy about my purchase🙄 but still rocking my old & trusted Galaxy Buds+ all night long🎶🎶Yeah‼️

      these are the best galaxy buds by far based on my experience having owned many galaxy models throughout the years. totally blown away by with the sound quality. bass are incredible,volume goes very on high etc . every little quirks from other models have been fixed (such as touch controls sensitivity etc ..). paired with a galaxy phone (i have the s22 ultra) and you will get the full features such as 24bit loseless audio. a no brainer upgrade if you are in the samsung galaxy ecosystem!.

      Huge upgrade from the first Galaxy Buds Pro. The skip to next song is now on the right ear which finally makes sense . Only downgrade is that the fit on the ear is loose. I have tried all the sizes of the in-ear rubber part. There is always the feeling of the ear buds slipping out slowly which I hate. The problem is because you have to spin the earbuds forward but on the previous Buds Pro you could spin the backwards and it went deep into the ear and would never come out. This is a huge flaw in the design and it becomes really annoying because I always feel like they are about to fall. Credit where credit is due, the ANC is amazing but this is partly because of the fact that you have to Ram the ear buds into your ears which is making me produce so much ear wax and they become crusty in my ear, eww.

      Noise cancelling and ambient sound work well. There is one infuriating part. The Seamless paring makes them almost unusable. I use them on my Galaxy 23 Ultra and Tab s9. If you so much as touch one device while using the other , itll switch over the sound even if you didnt want it to . Sometimes it gets confused and just starts switching back and forth . I also use them on my Surface laptop and they are a nightmare to pair. Also seem to have very weak connection. My old Buds pro never disconected while the device is in my pocket or my hand . Ive had issues where im walking , my arm swings in front of my phone and ill lose connection on one side. Even with my watch , if im listening to music from my watch and i swing the arm back itll disconnect. Please fix the software and pairing functionality.

      I have always been using bose quietcomfort for music and upgrade them when a newer quietfit releases. BUT I found my new favourite music ear gadget. I came to write this review now because I have just tried my buds2 Pro and I'm shockingly amazed at how good it is with sound quality, anc, ease of pairing and everything. Never thought an earbud will rival over the head bose quietcomfort but this buds2 pro has done it. I recommend without a doubt and it fits in my ear perfectly

      I was a user of Bud2 with iOS, but I have had little complaint b/c easy come out from the ears, sound was little rough, not fully compatible with iOS. Most of the problem they have updated to Buds2 Pro, I am still using iOS but you have an access with PC when you need an update or fine tuning. Most impressive was they improved sound quality better even noise cancelling and fitting to my ears (You have to turn little when you wear the Buds 2 pro. This is how SAMSUNG design)

      Earbuds that give Sony a good fight. I'm no audiophile, but these earbuds sound really good. I don't know how to explain audio lingos like mids, highs or low, but they sound generally really clean with a non muddy bass. ANC is pretty good too. The only downside is it's a little hard to adjust the earbuds when they're in your ears as you'll definitely accidentally touch the controls. It does fit pretty well though. I went for a 8K slow run and it stayed in place the whole time.

      I've had the Galaxy Buds2 Pro under a year. The features & Sound Quality is Terrific, but they are constantly falling out of my ears. I have tried all of the plugs that come with them and the same thing happens. I could be sat down in a chair talking, or walking & talking on the phone, and they NEVER stay in my ears for longer than a few minutes. If they didn't fall out all the time I'd give them a 5, but if they're always falling out, obviously they lose the other Stars

      Inferior successor to the Galaxy Buds Pro. For some reason, Samsung found it necessary to downsize the original Buds Pro (well, I mean you have to change something don't you), so as a result, the foam tips no longer stay attached to the bud and they fall out of your ear. So for example just talking to someone in the gym the bud falls out of my ear and they met their final demise when the bud fell into the commode never to be seen again, tip still in my ear thank goodness.

      Wished i didn't purchase! Read reviews that mentioned they pop out. Thought they may be similar to the original buds that you just had to swivel them a bit. Nope. Doesn't seem to matter what i do, what i watch to make sure i put them in properly, they just always seem to slowly pop out. I do love the noise cancelling yet it is short lived due to them slowly popping out. Annoying really when you are walking with them and you need to stop to pick them off the ground.

      Some people may find this weird, but at work sometimes there can be alot of noise and use these as ear plugs whenever needed. I love the fit and feel and how easy it is to open case put them in ears and put them away. Off they block harsh loud noise but due to the air vents I can still hear people with them in. I have used them for music and they are great I beleive in the dynamic setting in gakaxy wear app. I love they wirelessly chardge so when I get home I just sit them on the chardger next to all my pocket items. My only con is the purple touch outside us wearing very poorly and turning dark. I do have a buds 3 pro on order and will see how I go with them but feel ill miss the muscle memory of these earbudd as when you take these out there are on the correct side on case facing the correct way to go In or out.

      I bought these headphones about 4 months back.... and never will I switch. Some say it's loyalty or not willing to switch to something new. I say it's because for the price it's worth it. I work 10 hour days in an office environment, I put these in and it make my day so much better. I move with a purpose and its noise canceling feature is perfect to listen to podcast or music . The battery life depends on how much you use it , I say comfortably around hours and hours ( with noise canceling active) . Without 10 to 11 hours. It says in my ear as well snug but not uncomfortable . I run , workout , dance and lay on my ear and still there it is , still in my ear. They say art decorates space while music decorates time... in that case these Earbuds are the paint brushes in which music creates its masterpiece in the mind.

      I bought these ear buds about a month or so ago when they first came out. I was alittle sceptical about the price but hey... I love Samsung. And everyone knows you get what you pay for with electronics. I dont regret a single minute of my purchase. The sound is amazing, the tap controls on the buds are perfect, the fit is like none other, lite as a feather, and i work in a kitchen where its always hot and im always sweating and they live up to there waterproof rating.

      I've loved these for the last two months since I've gotten them. However today while wasing my truck listening to a podcast I adjusted one with wet hands and it started squeeling and quit working. They are supposed to be submersible for 30 minutes at 3 feet but wet hands adjusting it seems to have broken it. Hopefully samsung will warranty it because I have really loved them but if they are that sensitive to moisture they won't work. We will see when I call tomorrow.

      So a few weeks in after buying these earbuds. I bought them predominately for work and use on Teams for video conferences as people had complained about the background noise from my Bose earbuds. Unfortunately, I still get the same complaints (even worse on some occasions) and the same when I am making calls. Could be me but I have tried various guidance to improve but without success. Overall OK - but background noise intrusion in calls and VC really lets them down.

      Got this a month ago and it has become my daily partner in travel. 1. The comfort level is very good, once you adjust the tip size it fits in perfectly and is so light it doesn't feel like its there. 2. ANC is good but can be improved in my opinion with software updates. 3. Battery is very good, easily lasts more than 6 hours for me with ANC. 4. Touch controls are very responsive and with galaxy wearable app you can customise it. Overall happy with it.

      Because of their shape these Galaxy Buds are constantly falling off the ear, even when I'm not moving. Even more, the ANC is useless because I cannot fix them in my ears. I couldn't try them before buying them, and the worst part is that I cannot return them because "there's nothing wrong with the earbuds". Well, I can argue that there is something wrong with the "earbuds" as long as they stay more on the floor than in my ears, just like a good pair of "floorbuds".

      I had the buds plus which i loved, then the buds 2 - which i hated. I had almost lost my faith in samsung galaxy buds but the buds 2 pro have absolutely smashed it out of the park. They're SO much more comfortable, they fit better, they stay in my ears better. The noise cancelling works very well for me to drown out the noise of my boyfriend playing video games, or snoring and the ambient sound is now much more customisable which is a massive improvement! Love them

      First these sound great, I like the bass and the feel. The noise cancelling isn't bad either. The bad, I don't know what materials Samsung is now using, but my ears get infected every time I use these (dryness and itching) Never an issue with the Galaxy buds 2 or Buds 1 or Icons, which I had previously owned. I thought I was crazy about this issue; however, there is Reddit sources with people with the same issue, and no resolution from Samsung when they report it.

      I got this almost 2 years ago, it’s a great product. I recently left the buds 2 pro with the charger in my washing machine for the length of normal washing, about 50 minutes. I thought that’sit..found them out of the charger and the silicone ears pieces were off and soaked wet. Could hear the non stop ringing in 1 of them. I left them inside the uncooked rice for 48 hours. Works great, just like new! Clean and fresh! Hahaha, Thank you Samsung..Money well spent.

      Sound and call quality is brilliant however its not a good fit at all. It keeps sliding off from my ears. The silicon tips fit perfectly in the inner ear but the bulky part of the bud is smooth and as the inner part of the ear is also smooth the buds gently slides off by itsself. I've used the earbud fit test. I miniute it tells me I've got a good fit but then after a few seconds without touching or moving the buds in my ear, a re - test states i havent got a good fit. Previously owned the Samsung galaxy bud live which has a far better fit than this. I was attracted to the bud 2 pro because of the ANC function but i wish I didn't change. I wouldnt recommend it. No wonder samsung doesn't advertise the bud 2 pro with someone walking or running with the bud 2 pro in their ears. It will keep falling. Not a good design at all.

      Solid ear buds that I upgraded to from the Buds2. I was going to spend more and get the Buds3 but decided these should be just fine since they are an upgrade already. They work very well and the sounds is great, exactly what you would expect from a small ear bud from Samsung. I workout a lot so some times they tend to move in my ear but that is the only issue (if you want to call it an issues). I recommend to any android/Samsung cell phone user out there.

      I upgraded from the Galaxy Buds Live as after getting some AirPods 2 Pro from work (for their stuff) I noticed how much better they were so I upgrade my buds to buds 2 pro. I am very happy I did, the fit, sound, ANC and clarity are far superior in comparison to the buds live and they fit much better than the AirPods. The advantage of this better fit and ANC is that you do not need to have the volume as high which perfect if like me you already have tinnitus!

      I got this to replace my galaxy buds + which I used for couple of years and I must say the noise cancellation on the buds 2 pro is a leap in the right direction and I can have them snugg in my ear as I make calls or switch from phone to tablet simultaneously. My whole ecosystem is flawless. The battery life is amazing get good hours out of it. Would definitely recommend these comfort and noise cancellation is actually good. Am pleased with this purchase

      I have been using these earbuds for a few months now and have encountered several issues. For instance, they allow in a significant amount of ambient noise during calls, the Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) feature is not very effective, and there is a persistent buzzing sound. I would not recommend purchasing these earbuds. In comparison, the Samsung Galaxy Buds FE earbuds, which I have also used, offer much better noise quality at much cheaper price.

      Nice premium look and feel. Very light and solid in hand. Default sound is well balanced. Changing sound eq to dynamic the bass is boosted and punchier. Mids and highs are a bit too flat need a bit more projection butnot a deal breaker. ANC is superb about 80% noise reduction. Touch panel is sensitive and accurate. Good fit for my ear. Wont get loose during runs or workout. Easily paired to my phone. Using samsung phone will allow more customization.

      A great step up from the original Galaxy buds. I love the better sound quality and adaptive noise cancelling. Knocking a star off for 2 reasons: 1. If you drop the case from waist-height onto the floor, the case bursts open with zero resistance, and sends the buds flying as far as it can possibly manage to fling them. 2. For some reason, these buds take a little longer to wake up from sleep and connect to my phone than the original Galaxy Buds did.
