Jag köpte en Samsung T7 Shield 1TB (Art.nr: 1025414) med förväntan om att få ut de höga överföringshastigheter som marknadsförs. Tyvärr har min erfarenhet varit allt annat än tillfredsställande. Den högsta överföringshastigheten jag uppnådde var endast 35 MB/s, vilket är betydligt lägre än vad som utlovas. Jag har använt hårddisken med flera olika enheter och kontrollerat att alla kablar och portar är av rätt typ och fungerar som de ska. Trots detta har jag inte kunnat nå högre hastigheter. Positivt: Robust och snygg design Kompakt och lätt att ta med sig Negativt: Extremt låg överföringshastighet (35 MB/s) Uppfyller inte de hastighetskrav som specificerats Om du, liksom jag, söker en snabb och pålitlig extern SSD, skulle jag rekommendera att undersöka andra alternativ. Denna produkt lever tyvärr inte upp till förväntningarna.

Den funkar och den dyker upp som lagerdisk. Bra! -Men överföringen av filer är inte bra på grund av att (jag) det inte går att flytta flytta flera filer samtidigt utan man måste öppna en foto/video-file och välja 'Flytta till' -Så lagom kul med hundratals filer jag vill flytta över.

-Krånglig överföring av filer från mobil till enheten. - Måste öppna filen, gå till tre prickarna till höger och välja flytta eller kopiera filen. Låter inte så krångligt men det måste göras 1 fil i taget. Om man markerar fler än en fil går det inte att varken flytta eller kopiera över dom till enheten, för den kommer inte upp som lagringsenhet. Så lagom kul om man har flera hundra filer med video och foto.

Först en liten varning till er som kör de nyaste Macarna med Apple Silicon. T7 kommer inte upp i utlovad skrivhastighet, så om hastighet är viktigt rekommenderas en Thunderbolt-baserad SSD istället. Men den funkar ändå tillräckligt bra. Jag använder den för att uppgradera en gammal iMac. Snabbare än SATA-SSD och man slipper öppna upp datorn.

I have been using this for awhile now and it's absolutely fantastic. The fingerprint reader is physical security beyond a password. It has backed up our phones and computers. It's a hard copy easy to grab and keep safe for our digital identitys and just an additional way to keep our info safe and secure. I would buy again but the largest size possible.

I'd say he did his job with this one. I have 4 stores and a manufacturer plant and they all have to communicate on one platform, so when im on the go it has to stay on the go with me. Which means everytime I stop my system has to update. But the nice things it when I do go from store to store I only have to bring this and connect when I get there. It a perfect size for me, doesn't feel like im gonna break it. And im sure if I did drop it it would be okay. So, yeah it's a perfect fit. Size is great, sleek design, super fast, and well built. Oh yeah the cost didn't hurt that much either. Plan on buy at least two more. Well done and thanks, Sean S.

So the one I got hasn’t had any connectivity issues or any heating issues. I have not dropped it once so I don’t really know and can’t speak on the resistance, but I would hope that it stays intact. The red and white speed is as labeled. It is quite fast and it is more than enough for my case.

It has built-in security which makes it resistant to people trying to hack into it as well as the security suite which makes it even optimized to have better performance cooling and many other points of interest. With the type of work I do it helps knowing the security and durability of Samsung products because when you have dependable product you know that it won't get damaged. And one of the major things is losing your information or data because it might overheat or get damaged. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the so best portable SSD best portable SSD t7 Shield by Samsung is a great device I have video games from Steam installed and they run phenomenally on it even though they're not directly stored on my gaming device they are stored externally. with that being said I have noticed the only issue with this device that I seem to experience the connectivity to other USB type-c chords I have a high data transfer and would plug that in and it would work phenomenally but even the lightest top of that cord would cause it to come unplugged so unless I'm using the one provided by Samsung it doesn't seem to want to stay in the durability is really great I like the rugged design of the item however I do wish it had mounting spots I did 3D print a holder for it to attach it to my gaming device so I would have no issues and I haven't because of how Samsung is built the device had any issues with it being to hot despite adding an extra layer of I guess you can say to it as the holder. So the internal cooling seems great.

From photo and videos collections, to entire custom compute programs for specific job sites, and just typical family 'vault' documents (copies of wills, deeds, birth certificates) i have had so many issues with incompatibility from PC to phone and from corrupt data on other "DIGITAL DISKS SCAN DRIVES" that i figure it was normal. I have nowhere complete maxed data capacity on my Portable SSD T7 Shield over 10 times since I got it at the beginning of the year; meaning I will fill it, transfer data to nearly empty, amd refill with other data. It is a required for the specific job I do. I have unique perspective on drive performance and how one should operate optimally. This drive doesnt get super hot when you load it for an hour constantly. It has been thrown around on my work bag, dropped the softball field out my pocket, I left it on the patio and found it the next foggy morning, it has not loss on performance or data packets. I brought it into the clerks office and she thought o was under prepared, and she was even impressed, she liked the SSD drive too:) i take it everywhere with zero compatibility issues. That is the seller. Im going to get another one just for the heck of it.
