I have bought this TV at the end of January 2023, today the remote control of the TV stopped working, I called to the customer support the connection was very bad from their side and finally they said they can order a new remote control which will take more than 2 weeks to be delivered which is not acceptable in the current world. The TV quality is also not good. Will not buy any product like this from Samsung in future. Regret buying this.

Bluetooth is default feature on this product impacts negatively for kids watching tv and being around the space. Also the new remote never works which is also a default feature although my old remote works I still cannot turn Bluetooth off. If you are tv watcher and watch for continuous hours it will also impact adults with headaches and vision impairment. Even the factory reset didn’t fix the issue. Below is message from samsung customer care: I really appreciate your patience and time. I have checked the resource, Bluetooth is a default feature on TV we cannot turn it off, as the basic feature on the remote require Bluetooth to control the TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is primarily used in a bedroom, but sometimes moved around the house for family gaming and movie watching connected to a PC with and without wires. Also used with my galaxy s22 ultra for DEX mode, and streaming pics and videos to show others. This TV is so versatile, especially after dialing in the best settings. I usually turn off any automatic dimming and energy saving features. Then starting with filmmaker mode, I go from there as it takes some tweaking to get a decent HDR picture, but is definitely capable and the colors pop. Makes a great monitor as well, and at this price you get more than you could possibly ask for!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the most part, this tv is great. The picture is nice and they come through clearly with our Spectrum package. There was one time that we had a purple/green color issue, but I believe that was a connection thing that we fixed ourselves after searching a while online for an answer on. The remote with this takes some getting use to. It’s only truly annoyed us once and makes you wish there were slightly more buttons. For us, we opted not to get a sound bar. Def didn’t need it as we aren’t the owners of a private theater. It carries just fine over a maybe 30ft space. Sometimes movies, commercials, or different channels are louder than another. Easy fix.

The picture is great, and when paired with a Samsung Soundbar, this delivers a great experience for the most part. Unfortunately, my TV seems to be glitchy. There are times when the TV does not respond to the original remote, or a secondary remote. Other times, the software hangs for a few seconds before responding to the selected action. I have done multiple restarts, cold starts, and even factory reset the TV. Nothing seems to fix the problem. It is difficult to replicate the problem, and I do not understand what might cause the software to hang. But it does happen frequently enough that I am considering returning the TV.

The tv comes with many different settings as far as audio and video but I was most surprised with the intelligent mode. When selected, the tv adjusts itself no only to the movie, show or game that you are playing but also adjusts itself to the brightness of the room!! If you use this tv to play video games, as I do every day after work, it has a game mode which it noticeably adjusts itself for to enhance the entire experience. I would, and have recommend this tv to anyone looking for the ultimate all around viewing experience!!

I love the size as I can see it from any angle in my family room, living room and kitchen. The picture is clear and just amazing. Love watching shows and movies on it. I haven't tried gaming, but I'm sure the picture is as equally stunning and true to real life. I love these smart TVs, I'm able to connect to other networks easily like Disney+, Netflix, and You Tube. It is very easy to share my photos from my phone with Smart View. Everyone that comes over comments on the size and picture. I originally bought this to broadcast the Super Bowl. I love it!

I love how bright the TV is when I'm watching movies in a low light setting, I love how the TV isn't reflective so light doesn't affect my viewing. I loved how my TV automatically detected my samsung soundbar system and synced it all without having to do it myself. And I love how it detected all my samsung devices, my phone, computer, and tablet, and it asks if I want to connect my devices for streaming which I do to watch sports since i don't have cable. I am in love with the resolution and the sharpness I get from my TV. I absolutely love samsung and what they have to offer for their tech

For the last 15+ years, I've only purchased Samsung TVs, and still have two that support 3D. I'm not donating them any time soon, or the 4K/3D players. I do wish they'd bring back a refined version of home 3D viewing. My family and friends enjoyed it very much. With 4K, it's really more hype and unnoticeable unless you're sitting close to the monitor. Not everyone understands this and jumps on the 4K bandwagon. Short of some features removed from previous models, such as lack of support for older devices (great for some fun, old school gaming), it's still a wonderful model and highly recommended it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent picture quality. 4K viewing is very high quality. Simple and easy to connect and control my AV system with the included remote. Great color accuracy, and the available settings are easily dialed in to get a great quality viewing experience. I compared several brands, and this this model was simply so much better than similar models of other brands. QLED is far superior to anything else I’ve seen. College football is spectacular on this TV. My last several TVs have been Samsung, dating back to 2007 and including a couple of Plasma models. 5 Stars for this one. May try a 75” QLED next, but you can’t go wrong with a Samsung QLED. Very happy with this TV!

The quality is good enough that you can still see the screen even in high light. You can easy switch light settings around though. Sound it great. I love that it will search all the apps you have when looking for a show and prompts you on the Home Screen for new releases in different apps. It’s just much easier to navigate than the Roku I had before. Installation was easy. It also comes with a bunch of free cable channels which is awesome. I live alone and assembled it myself and then just needed some help lifting it up to the console table.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this QLED TV about a month ago, I Was going to buy the cheaper Samsung crystal UHD series, but decided to spend a little more and get the QLED 75 Q60B. I am so glad I did as the picture quality is sensational. The TV has a real premium feel about it as you would expect from Samsung. If you are considering buying one of these, do yourself a favour and purchase the Samsung slim fit wall mount, it mounts the TV as close as 7.5mm to the wall and has a self levelling feature that allows you to get it 100% level even if the mount has been installed slightly off level. The smart features of this TV is so much better than my previous Hisense that it replaced.

Picture quality even on over the air channels is flawless. The best feature for us is that the speakers actually get loud enough to hear; you don't have to crank the volume to near max and you don't have to use a stereo system etc. Our past 3 smart TVs had horrible sound. Rechargeable remote is cool feature you just have to remember to lay it down the correct way. Quick charging thru USB as well. I've recommended to several people. This is our first Samsung -- if quality stays like this it won't be our last.

I originally was looking a a few cheaper TVs, but something about this tv made me think otherwise. I’m glad I made the choice to get this TV. The clarity of the tv is outstanding. The tv has great speakers on its own. No need for a surround sound, or speaker bar. Though those would be good add-ons. I have my TV hooked up to my Alexa device. I can control the inputs, volume, channels, and power from that. Also have my bluetooth headphones hooked up for when the kiddos are asleep. I am very pleased, and highly recommend. This is a great TV.

A pesar de haber tenido problemas con el conector de antena coaxial debido a la debilidad del mismo en la sujeción diseñada en el sintonizador de señal de antena terrestre, que se daña a la mínima tensión del cable que se le conecte, mi satisfacción con el producto es grande. Evidentemente este modelo ya tiene dos o tres años y soy consciente de que la tecnología avanza y evoluciona de manera continua y rápida, haciendo que los nuevos modelos dispongan de muchas características que echo en falta en mi dispositivo, pero con todo y con ello estoy satisfecho con la calidad y servicio que me ofrece la marca y el producto.

We use our TV in the family room with large windows, there picture is always great, with color that pops and very little glare. We have Netflix, Sling and an antenna. The simplified remote makes it easy to switch between them. The channel guide is easy to use, and automatically downloads the shows information. There is also a long list of streaming channels in the channel guide. You can always find something to watch. My only complaint is that the channel guide doesn't always keep up and reverts back to the original channel when trying to find something new to watch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our "go-to" in the living room. It's an open concept space with line of sight to the tv from the kitchen through to the living room. I hung this TV at standing eye height (68" for me) and it's perfect. The picture quality is outstanding, and have coupled this with the Samsung wireless surround sound speakers and Q80 sound bar. It's set to 7.1, with both TV speakers, all 3 soundbar speakers , the rear wireless speakers and of course the woofer. My only gripe is that it doesn't have more HDMI inputs, more than 2 is required with any decent set up. Fortunately I have a HDMI switcher attached and it solves the issues of going between the kids Nintendo Switch and Firestick.

The set up was extremely easy. The only challenge was mounting it on the wall due to its size. We needed three adults to do it efficiently. My only somewhat negative feedback would be around the sound. It probably would work a lot better indoors, but it can be hard to hear outside. I rectified that by buying a sound bar which has completely fix the problem. All in all the fantastic television, that I would recommend to friends and family. Price was unbelievable, could not be happier.

The picture is always clear and bright even with the afternoon light coming through the picture widows next to it. The initial setup was simple and easy although we had to upgrade our cable and router boxes to get 4K. It is also very simple to use with the provided remote. The menu selelections are easy to add or remove to match our subscriptions. It also melded easily and fully into our home entertainment center. The builtin e-Manual is easy to find, load, read and use if you need to understand and use some of the advanced intricacies that make this TV a pleasure to use and watch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] QLED 4k UHD 43 inch TV. We wanted a smaller TV for a 4k monitor. Running at 4160 x 2180 30Hz Progressive with a plus from the PC graphics. We have the 4k Xfinity and a 4k UHD DVD player with streaming service for the other two inputs. The colors are superb. The details are sharp. The brightness is superior. The on-line media is sharp and easy to read close up. Our PC is a media streamer, no information for gaming. The 4K UHD Samsung DVD player is super-powered for watching movies and streaming in 4k. I highly recommend the QLED line from Samsung. I recommend the 43 inch for a 4k UHD monitor as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Right out of the box this tv interfaced seamlessly with all of our accounts and connected equipment. Set up is super easy using your Android phone to activate accounts. Picture quality is great, in particular I wander whether it's worth paying the extra for HD quality streaming services because picture quality is impressive. User interface so far seems easy to use and the remote while very basic in appearance is fully featured once you work out how to use it. I found the voice activation on the remote very good and a great feature to use when you can't initially work out the remote or find an app.

I bought this TV to replace a smaller Samsung model that was six years old and expected everything to be superior to an older model. It has been quite disappointing. After running the latest software updates, I've found lots of content has a very jerky motion to it. I'd tried every different judder setting from "off" to high to auto and it makes little difference. It's very distracting to watch programming and seeing this stutter like motion and especially when it's much worse than my six-year old model. I would not recommend buying this model and suggest only considering a 120Hz refresh model.

After doing due diligence on 75" TVs I decided that this Samsung would be the best bang for our buck. Samsung did not disappoint. First off, the setup was quick and painless. Although there are many items that can be tweaked, the menus were very intuitive and easy to understand. We've also been more than pleased with the picture quality The 75" is perfect for the size of our family room and the picture is bright and crisp from any viewing angle. We also love the vivid colors that it produces. All in all, we are very pleased with, and highly recommend this TV.

We like the TV, but it does not consistently connect to the Samsung sound bar. The company we purchased the TV from has had numerous technicians come to our home, but it still not reliable. The sound bar was replaced but the issue continued. The store is not able to help us anymore even thought the problem has been from day 1 and we have purchased their technical support. There is something wrong with the tv. The software is up to date, but the tv does not always find the sound bar. We we go into settings, sometimes the sound bar shows up, sometimes it does not. Stuck with no where to go!!!!!

The remote is simple and easy to use. My only complaint is that many of the apps I have are only available using my firestick and not via Samsung apps… so I have had to connect my firestick. I also like how you can change the way you watch a movie (filmmaker mode) easily. My other two tvs are Samsun and have lasted many many years so I am super happy to add this one (my largest) to my “collection”. Would absolutely recommend Samsung and this QLED to anyone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed an upgrade to a smart TV and definitely looked around to find the right one to invest in, and this Samsung was exactly what we needed. It has the ability to add a multitude of apps for streaming services and Xbox Game Pass so all we needed to purchase was a SeriesX/S controller and we are up and running. Personally I would have preferred the stand to have legs at each end of the TV vs in the middle it is stable but we have used furniture straps regardless of the stand because we have little ones who bump in to everything. Would purchase brand and version again if needed.

The remote control is also amazing, I use it as a universal remote control for almost all the devices in my house and the best thing is that it is charged with an integrated solar panel. The tv has all the apps I use including Spotify, Netflix, Disney+, Amazon prime video, HBO max, YouTube and many more. It integrates perfectly with my S22+ smartphone and with Alexa. The only weak point is the sound, but come on, with its slim design, it's incredible how they put some horns in there =D

Gode funktionaliteter som Anynet+ (der automatisk skifter til den HDMI-kilde, der er aktiv), optagefunktion via ekstern harddisk og alle nødvendige apps. Billedet er også rigtig fint til prisen. Fjernbetjeningen udmærket. Men TV'et er laaaaaangsomt. Det er helt ubegribeligt. Det tager adskillige sekunder at tænde, og når først det er tændt, tager det yderligere mange sekunder at åbne en menu, hvis man ønsker at se TV-oversigt, indstillinger, en app, en HDMI-kilde eller lignende. Det er lige, så det gør ondt i kroppen, og havde jeg vidst dette, havde jeg aldrig købt dette fjernsyn.

was extremely simple to unpack & set-up. the picture is excellent, the instructions that pop-up on screen are very easy to understand, the installation process was very easy. the mirroring process is simple, again just follow the instructions. just follow the instructions, i also recommend that you read the instruction on line. i recommend this product to anyone that wishes to watch tv with excellent clarity & content along with simplicity in mirroring your devices. my wife & i are looking at buying either the 65-inch or 75-inch q80,q85 or q90 model. this is how impressed we are with samsung & we usually are a toshiba tv buyer. i guess we will be buying samsung tv's from now on.

Garbage! Poorly designed 50 inch computer monitor. Samsung should stick to tabs and phones. This thing is the biggest disappointment I wasted my time and treasure investing in. Cheap plastic, feels like leaf and incomplete at the bottom. Picture quality? I have a 2008 LCD TV, at it's lowest video setting, is much much sharper than this thing. As for I/O, this thing falls waaaaay short of acceptable. 3 HDMI's, optical and LAN. I got cheap monitors that has more! So far I have owned 6 Samsung tabs, including the latest which I locked down before it was released and they are exceptional products. Never disappointed. But this TV is a head scratcher! I Will never recommend this unit to my family and friends!

We waited several months while the house we were building was being completed. It went up very easy. Connections were great. It was easy to set up and to begin using. -Le system d'exploitation de la tele est pas terrible. L'image est correcte, le son n'est pas mal mais le processeur est très lent au début de démarrage. Lorsqu'elle prend une adresse IP de la box, elle s'arrête et affiche un message d'erreur. Pendant la transition d'une application a une autre, la tele de temp en temp se bloque et je dois la rebrancher. Il faut immédiatement debugger son system d'exploitation et distribuer aux clients. -Elle n'a aucun entrée ou sortie analogique comme CVBS/RGB. Toutes les sortie/entrée sont en format HDMI. C'est pas pratique. -Le télécommande n'est pas facilement utilisable, compliqué et petit. En brief, la télé a été mal conçu et ma première et dernière tele de Samsung

Lo compré para usar como monitor de gran tamaño. La calidad de imagen es genial, y es suficientemente configurable como para hacerlo agradable a la vista a corta distancia. Como monitor a veces se nota algo de ghosting, que puede ser molesto, pero es algo propio de la tecnología. Lo que si me hubiera gustado es que preservase la configuración de imagen asignada a los puertos HDMI. Es decir, que una vez ajustados los parámetros, los mantuviera aunque desconectases ese HDMI. También echo en falta una forma rápida de ajustar el brillo. Lo soluciono usando Bixbi, pero no es ideal.

Ако гледате само 4к с HDR + ще се очаровате. Всяка друга картина има недостатъци. Повече Самсунг телевизор никога.

Il faut arrêter avec Tizen c’est complètement nul, on ne peut rien télécharger mis à part les app de Samsung, si vous vous voulez caster à partir de votre téléphone c’est même pas possible en dehors de netflix, Disney+, prime video et YouTube sinon c’est impossible sur le navigateur web. Le concept de la télécommande qui s’auto recharge grâce au mini panneau solaire ça c’est génial par contre mais tout le reste c’est 0. C’est quand même fou de payer un tel prix pour avoir la même chose qu’avec une tv du tiers du prix et encore dans ces tv on peut télécharger ce que l’on veut !

It is not only beautiful; it is feature packed. It is simply stunning! My kids have abandoned the 75 inch TV I bought last November because of this new beauty. Because it’s white in color, no matter what the theme of your house decoration is, The Serif would fit perfectly. One feature I enjoy the most is the ambient mode: I use it to relax and unwind. It would be really nice to have a 75 inch or 85 inch of the Serif. Nobody likes ‘small’ tv screens anymore 😀

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV having read the reviews and finding it was the best option for what I wanted (I live in an apartment and appreciate the ability to use with legs and position however I want). The picture quality is remarkable, the blacks are as deep as can be resulting in a stunning visual experience especially when watching films and series. The user interface is good, not as simple and exciting as say an Apple TV, but not far behind. In fact, I’m finding myself using only the Samsung and not the Apple TV product at all. I would definitely recommend this television as a great all-round TV experience for any consumer. Plus, it’s a gorgeous piece of creative design that stands out in a way unlike any other tv.

My daughter uses it with her Nintendo, it interfaces with my Wifi network to access network devices, and the picture quality is impressive. My only complaint is that it loads slowly on some occassions after I turn on the device. This happens with another Samsung QLED TV that we have and I have not been able to figure that out the root cause. Compre el producto el día 5 de octubre y estando a 20 aún no me ha llegado, esto no es culpa de Samsung pes culpa de la empresa de transporte con la que trabajan, han estado diciéndome 3 veces seguidas que enviaban mi paquete la semana siguiente, algo que luego no sucedía y ya la siguiente vez que llamaba sonaba menos creíble y que se estaban tirando una bola, me parece muy mal que una empresa que trabaje con una marca tan importante tenga un sistema tan pésimo de reparto. Así si queréis comprar una tele y os ponen en el tracking que reparte TAMDIS yo llamaría urgentemente para echar para atrás que lo transporten ellos, la verdad que muy descontento, me llega antes un pedido de AliExpress que la tele por Tamdis

I'm not a gamer, so this is a great television for me. I am NOT, however, a fan of the solar powered remote. It's been finicky since Day 1 either appearing to not be charged or requiring "re-pairing" to fully function. No charging cable was included with the Q60B so I had to purchase one separately. The batteries in the Q60A remote seemed to last a very long time so I'm not sure there's an overwhelming advantage to this model.

This was the biggest disappointment ever! The user interface of Tizen and the remote are absolutely a pain to use. There is no way to quickly change between TV receiver and HDMI inputs. You have to go through the painful Tizen user interface, choose Home, choose settings, choose device and then choose the input you want. And then repeat all again if you want to change again. Furthermore it is included a SamsungTV app that cannot be moved away. I am not interested in those crappy channels and I would like to not have it in front of the apps I actually use but it cannot be moved. Last time I checked I paid for this TV, so I have no obligation to support Samsung advertisement agreements!!!!! Why I cannot remove it?

Have also viewed a couple of videotapes and DVDs to see how they look on this TV. Overall we are very pleased with this TV. A quibble we have with it is: the plasma TV this replaced seemed to have better clarity of fast motion, such as action sports and car racing. Tried using the programmed in Samsung streaming service on this TV, but there is constant buffering when trying to view movies. Has to be Samsung problem because never have this problem with Roku, and speedtest shows constant 300+MBS.

Lo uso principalmente para ver series y películas de TV y debo reconocer que cumple totalmente con mis expectativas. El diseño es elegante y sencillo, poco peso. En cuanto a la calidad de imagen, QLED es una garantía, ver contenidos en 4K es otra cosa, muy satisfecho. En cuanto al audio, me parece más que correcto, el mando es muy sencillo de utilizar y tiene carga solar. El hub de aplicaciones de Samsung funciona muy bien, prácticamente todo lo que veo es a través de las apps. En definitiva, más que satisfecho de haber adquirido el Q60B de Samsung, gran elección.

We have adjusted to the nuances of using a numberless remote. But the remote and the TV simply do not communicate well. A remote from the 1980's did a better job of actually getting the TV to take an action than this 2022 model. You can push the back button as often as you wish but any streaming service will simply ignore the signal. No matter where you hold the remote relative to the front lower edge of the screen. Nada. We often have to turn the TV off to get the functionality back, if then. So great picture. Set your expectations for the remote function as low as the pre-80's, and you should be ok.

when our 6 year old led tv went on the blink, i started researching replacements. this model was on sale at our local big box store, so i began researching it and comparing to other manufacturers products. i was leaning toward an oled tv from another manufacturer and discovered samsung's qled technology. several expert reviews rated this tv as average in most categories, but we couldn't tell the difference between the qled and oled picture. despite mediocore reviews, the samsung qled was the winner. the qled picture quality and color is great! blacks are deep black, like a plasma tv. other colors are vivid and sharp. if you are undecided about purchasing this tv, you won't find anything as good for this price, buy it!

The worst customer service, been a long time Samsung customer but after my experience here, never again! I purchased this tv in 60” at the end of November 2022, the tv went on sale with a price decrease of over $300 within two weeks of my purchase (December 9th, 2022). I called Samsung and was advised that they will not price adjust. I asked to escalate this and was told a supervisor/ manager will call me back to discuss, i’ve called multiple times but no one has ever called me back, it’s been ongoing for two weeks, even with my regular follow ups! Shame on Samsung!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Watch it for everyday viewing and dvds. picture is great, speakers are loud and colors very good. but, this is second Samsung I bought this year (different models) and really hate the remote controls for both(and they are completely different remotes that work differently), but especially with this model...the magic arrow/button whatever you call it is annoying and navigating is not easy/not even a "source" button to easily switch from 1 source to another. why a tv can't have functional user controls that you don't need to read a manual to figure out is beyond me.

Picture is great. Sound is great. Problem is when streaming (Netflix, Prime), the video starts to lag the sound and it keeps getting worse until it is difficult to watch after about 15-20 minutes. I have 3 other Samsung TVs with no issues. The OLED tv is sitting right where an older one was that had no issues. I have tried all the suggestions posted on the internet, but nothing works. This is disappointing after I researched this TV and read all the great reviews. No reviews mentioned anything like this. Also disappointing considering the cost of the TV.

Es un producto de lo mejor que he tenido. Excelente calidad-precio en una pantalla de éste tamaño (65") Ha pasado con la mejor nota todas las pruebas a las que la he sometido con diferentes entradas y tipos de archivos, conexiones inalámbricas y diferentes aplicaciones de control, tanto para controlar el televisor como los diferentes aparatos conectados con su propio mando y/o aplicadiones externas. Lo mejor de las conexiones se obtiene entre varios aparatos de la misma marca SAMSUNG como es de esperar. Incluso conecto mi ordenador con windows de forma inalámbrica con resultados espectaculares. La mejor compra que jamas hice de un televisor. Además de poder dejarlo para acondicionar una estancia con imágenes alucinantes.

Die restlichen Eingänge sind alle flach/ zur Seite gedreht, sodass das dieses Problem nur in seltenen Fällen auftritt. -1 Stern: Die "smart" Funktionen schalten sich bei neue erkanneten Geräten automatisch wieder ein, obwohl ich die meisten nicht haben will. Lässt sich aber durch die etwas umständlich Menüführung aber wieder auschalten.

I have a 65 inch model in my bedroom, which i use mostly for movies, and the 75 inch model in the living room, which i use mostly for gaming. You would think that this television is tailored specifically for each one of things it does such a great job with both. My bedroom is dark and my living room is full of windows and you can't tell the difference as far as picture quality goes. The brights are bright and the darks are dark regardless of the surroundings.

1. this replaced a 12-year-old samsung smart tv that was smart: it had a camera, voice recognition, motion recognition, a full-function remote, and a simple interface. this tv (qled55”) is not that smart, and opens in various source modes, the pattern of which i cannot determine. excellent picture, good sound. the remote -what can i say -it’s not user friendly. there are four dedicated buttons on the lower part that move the source to special inputs, such as disney+, netfilix, and so on. almost every time that i pick up the remote, it switches to one of those inputs, losing what i was watching. i finally cut three of those buttons off the remote, and covered the holes with tape -problem solved. i miss my 12-year-old samsung.

Television design has been so boring since the 1970s and early 80s … finally a contemporary design that augments my living space whether on or off. The matte screen is great - no annoying reflections - and it is easy to set up and navigate the various functions. Movies look great in filmmaker mode and the sound is good enough for my purposes. Excellent and intuitive solar remote is a bonus, with voice activation much appreciated! I bought the 43 inch which I just love. Great TV!

The TV is the perfect size for our bedroom. The picture is so vivid and crystal clear. The remote is nice and thin, but not so small that it gets lost like the Apple remote does! I subtracted a star for the sound quality. To me, it's a little tinny. It doesn't have full-bodied lows like you would expect, or like all of my LG TVs have. It honestly makes me wax nostalgic about some of my former hotel room TVs. I think the only way that I will resolve this in the future is by purchasing a sound bar system to provide deeper, stereo sound with more richness and bass. Overall, a quality TV, especially for the price.

Only thing that can make it better is if it was OLED but there are other TVs by Samsung with it. I watch anime on it with Samsung Internet. Here is where I experienced issues. While I’m playing a video in full screen, the cursor flashes/glitches in the screen where I last places it for a little so I try to put it in the corner. On my other TV this is not an issue and the cursor is easier to use because it is controlled by my wrist like a wand.

I have fiber optic internet with 500/300 speed and I have never had an issue with my other Samsung 65 inch tv. Sometimes the volume will just take off up to maximum and when I try to lower it the different apps that came with it will rapidly scroll back and forth. It is like it is being remotely being controlled and played with. It gets quite frustrating when trying to watch a movie and it starts acting up. I am not too happy with it at all.

Fast forward I own the TV now and I must say I'm quite happy with this TV even for a somewhat entry level TV the color difference was substantial,I was quite impressed also how much brighter it was overall I'd give this TV a 8.5 out of 10. The main reason I wouldn't give it a perfect score or almost perfecr score was just the black levels in the TV,but then again it is an entry level TV I still gotta take that in account though anyways great TV.

Sure you got shortcuts for apps like netflix, disney+, etc. But when I want to watch something on my hard drive or stream it through my PC there is so much navigation just to get to that. Sure you can use the voice command that takes 10-15 secs to respond if it can even understand you, but I would like to have an easier time navigating to what I want to do. The picture is incomparable to anything I’ve seen, the colors are so vibrant and crisp with deep blacks that remind me of my dads old plasma; so black. When I’m heading to bed I’ll quickly switch it to eye relief mode (dims the TV) so relax the eyes. I also recommend getting the Samsung A series sound bar with sub. Very nice and yet simple sound system. 10/10

Getting used to the button-free remote takes some getting used to. Audio is very good for music but we'll have to fiddle with settings to get better spoken audio parts easier to understand. Setup was very easy ... Connected to my Google Nest home was easy but we're still learning how to use features like interoperability with our Samsung cell phones and tablets. Rechargeable remote is battery free = a plus!!

Bilden är ok men också vad man betalar för. Det är inte den bästa upplösningen och svärtan är relativt dålig. Det största problemet är att bakgrundslamporna trycker igenom skärmen när den är mörk och ”fläckar” uppstår. Jag fick lämna tillbaka ett exemplar då det påverkade bilden hela tiden, var väldigt påtagligt och var störande. Det nya exemplaret är mer homogent och jag upplever det inte som störande när man ser på något. Däremot ser man det så fort skärmen är mörk. Googla fenomenet för att förstå. Det verkar vara olika mycket på olika enheter.

There is a variety of problems with this garbage product (and I worked for Samsung when I bought it). The apps aren't available without an internet connection. When I lost power for a week, I was unable to stream from my local Plex server, since that's an app, and I wasn't able to launch it without internet access. More egregious, the remote eats batteries like it's going to starve to death, and CONSTANTLY refuses to reconnect to the tv when new batteries are inserted. I have to physically unplug the TV to clear the cache and get it to reconnect

New TV is lightweight enough that my husband and myself were able to re-mount the TV ourselves using the existing bracket. Remote control and menu is fairly intuitive so did not have any issues from the get-go. The native streaming apps works well/quickly thanks to larger internal memory. Good dark/black contrast and crisp display for high action movies (like Marvel). I did disable image smoothing and use direct ethernet connection to TV instead of WiFi to give the TV priority traffic. I did not do a complicated audio set up for my living room, only bought the Samsung sound bar and base speaker, everything works great together, it didn't take me hours to setup, and everyone is happy.

I feel like Samsung is really ahead of being the future of technology, especially for TVs. The only cons are that I wish I got the 85 inch and that the remote isn't a mouse. So I wouldn't really call it cons, I'd call it just what I would truly want for my dream TV. But for the pricing and size, you'll never find anything better then Samsung. This TV also has very many nice features that I enjoy. Ambient mode is one of the features I really enjoy. I play music in ambient mode and get to create it a background of my choice. You also have the Samsung TV plus which is always great. I really enjoy my gallery of photos and web browser. You can also lock them which is nice. I quit cable about three years ago, and just went straight to Apple TV and prime or Netflix for movies. Samsung comes with Samsung TV, which offers a massive slew of channels, including local channels. I like this TV enough, that I bought a second one for our back patio, well Santa bought it lol. We have had no problems with TV at all after we got the first one returned and exchanged. Screen was broken on first one in shipment as the box was pretty banged up when it was delivered. Since then all has been well. Don't particularly like the tiny remote since each button seems to do several different functions. It's a bit of trouble to change channels if they are numbered a big distance apart. However, we could use the voice command, but just haven't done that much. Overall, we are very pleased with this TV--have had it about two months. I would recommend it to anyone in the market for a vivid picture with many streaming opportunities.

It was, I felt, a big improvement over the hand-me-downs I’d grown accustomed to. That was, until, I purchased the 65” QLED we have now. This TV is not only a sleek, large display with the picture quality to match, but its interface is blazing fast. We switch between gaming and streaming quite often and multiple apps at that. To have a TV that responds seamlessly makes a big difference. I couldn’t be happier we ended up going with the Q60. I knew we could trust the picture quality and we were quite impressed with the slim form in the store. But you really have to plug this one it at home and see how great it functions to fall in love.

It is a perfect fit for my room. Actually had a bit of discussion with my girlfriend and she this this is something for the living room and not the bedroom. But obviously I insisted it to be in the bedroom. Its perfect! Perfect size, picture is amazing! I also use it to connect to my NAS with heaps of movies. Also love the ambient mode. It bring the room to life. Next on my list would be a great soundbar. That would definitely be an upgrade, but I'm not saying the sound on this TV is not great, but it could definitely be improved.

We ar3 rewatching some old favourite flick and it is like we are truly seeing them for the first time, even better than the cinema. My only criticism is that when it is off you can see that the screen is not flat but has a bulge on it and it is distorted on edges where the packing was stuck. This is not noticeable when the unit is switched on and I have read that others have noticed similar issues.

Connecting to apps, the internet, my satellite provider etc. is all good. A little disappointed that the HDMI ports cannot be utilized for audio out. Have to get the optical cable to have audio out to my receiver. Other than that so far so good. Very happy and it looks great on our wall. Once we switch to streaming and get off of satellite all cables will be hidden and it will look amazingly clean.

The picture quality is unmatched, the features (including installed apps) cannot be beaten, and it can be seen CLEARLY from any point in the room. You can even install other apps if you want other apps that are not pre-installed. The speakers are excellent (I do have a surround even though I do not always use it) and of high quality. There are plenty of HDMI inputs and it looks (on the wall) just as great as it performs. Love this Television!

The tv itself looks fantastic and adds to the ambiance of the room. The picture quality quality is great as is the sound. Because of the frame you are able to sit on any cabinet or use the legs to position it any where in the room. Having read reviews the most common replaint was about the remote control, however I found the size and complicity a joy to use, once you understand it you will agree. 2 thumbs up.

J'ai beau modifier tous les paramètres d'images de la télé, lorsque certaines scènes sont sombres, il y a toujours un voile blanc sur les images, c'est irritant et énervant. Nous allons surement demander le remboursement de cette télé. De plus, la télé a beau avoir des hauts parleurs, soit disant tout le tour mais il n'y a aucune basse. Le son est loin d'être au rendez-vous. De plus, la navigation dans les menu de la télé est vraiment très long. Je doute que son processeur soit si évolué que ce qu'ils avancent. L'interface n'est pas ergonomique et encore une fois, elle manque de réactivité et de fluidité.

Extremt krånglig fjärrkontroll utan siffror och rörigt gränssnitt i själva TV:n. Helt omöjlig att använda om man bara vill titta på linjärtv dvs slå på nyheterna kl 21. Det är primärt fjärrkontrollen som är helt värdelös. Om ni vill använda TV:n som en TV och inte primärt som någon multimediamaskin eller bara kolla netflix så finns det säkert bättre alternativ.

I love the features on all its smart tvs. The shortcut buttons on the sleek and simple remote are very handy. The picture quality in 4k is gorgeous.ow light performance is also terrific. Doesn't strain the eyes too much, and different quick presets can quickly adapt to your preferences. Or can simply set it to intelligent mode which will adapt to your surroundings. I particularly like it's live TV feature and don't feel the need for a cable subscription. Overall a well packaged TV.

The picture quality is amazing, the remote isn’t covered with a hundred buttons and the customer service is unmatched. Picture quality for live events is far superior with no drag/delay when the camera pans to the left or right. The remote is so easy that my 5 year old can use it and not accidentally push unneeded buttons. Picture is still as clear as the day I bought it over 2 years ago. I am currently saving to buy a new one and I cannot wait.

When I'm studying, I enjoy using the Spotify app on the TV also. Another great feature on this particular smart tv is the ability to browse the internet. This was very helpful for work, as I temporarily needed to project my work laptop to a larger/dual screen. It does come with free local channels through TV plus which is great for a night of throwbacks. Endless downloadable apps for other streaming services for enjoyment. Great product!

Always wanted a bigger screen (75" or bigger) but after only 3 years since purchasing the last TV didn't have the ready funds to go top of the range again. Checked out this 75" model at a local retailer and was delighted with the stunning picture for a very affordable price. After many weeks of streaming movies, gaming and watching TV, I'm very happy with the purchase and highly recommend it.

So far I’ve only had one connectivity issue with it to where I had to restore it back to factory settings and reinstall everything. The sound on it is a little sparse but I’m sure if I play with the setting a little more, I can get it right. My favorite part of this tv is that I can download the Apple TV app on it and resume shows I’ve watched in my living room on my tv in the bedroom. This is nice because I was under the impression that I would have to buy another Apple TV to watch all my purchased movies on my new tv. Samsung really thought of everything, and the best part is I can cruise the internet on it. Just a fun little quirk. Samsung will always be my recommendation for anyone looking for a new television.

This TV does not play well when connecting to a computer/steam deck. Pretty much everytime a PC style device is connected its a battle of input changes, restarts and unplugging the cables until you get something to stick - only made harder by no hardware input change (must be done through a series of menus). The video connection works fine with my Nvidia Shield, but this device has audio issue when running my Samsung soundbar through e-ARC. The new Samsung remote build quality is garbage compared to previous generations.

Setup was a breeze and it was operational rapidly thanks to the automated setup assistance. The picture quality is phenomenal and the TV performs well in all lighting. The sound quality is wonderful also. We enhance with a soundbar albeit the quality of the signal via ARC is crucial to performance and clarity. But I've 7sed this TV for Streaming....Gaming and My 4k bluray player and the quality is excellent. It drops connections occasionally and you have to power it down and back on occasionally but is there a oerfect Tv....idk but Samdung has always been the best to me and always my go to brand fir the kastv15 years.

Hasta pasados los 3 años muy bien, buena calidad de imagen, el sonido un escaso y latoso, pero en general estaba satisfecha, hasta que pasados 3 años (garantía) y 6 meses me dió el problema. Aparecen varias rayas horizontales en pantalla, de forma intermitente, y no se eliminan. Contacté con el servicio de atención al cliente y me dieron instrucciones (poner valores a fábrica, reiniciar..) pero no se ha solucionado y solamente me indican que contacte con servicio técnico para que lo solucione pagando yo, claro... Tampoco tengo claro si habrá más actualizaciones o cuando para este TV... que quizás solucionen el problema. Estoy muy insatisfecho con SAMSUNG debido a este problema. No es normal que una TV con uso corriente y cuidado, tenga este problema en 3 años y medio

Never the less, I wanted to say how absolutely pleased I have been with this purchase. The colors, clarity, brightness, sound, and style are unsurpassed for other TV's of this level. I have always enjoyed the home screen format and interface, and it is even better now. I, for one, find QLED superior to OLED, but that is just my opinion. Have no fear in buying a Samsung 4K or 8K large screen when you have the chance.

Après avoir possédé plusieurs téléviseurs, je dois admettre que je suis bluffé par celui que je viens d'acquérir chez Samsung. L'image est à la limite de la peefection : netteté, couleurs, contraste, ... . Le don est à la hauteur de l'image : clarté, réglable du volume et de la tonalité, ... . De plus, cet appareil dispose de fonctionnalités qui ne peuvent être decouvertes qu'après une exploration minutieuse. Le prix est un très bon compromis. Bref, un excellent achat qui ne demande qu'à être démontré par l'usage@

The detail, density and color are remarkable with no screen distortion, drag or degradation. The 2022 upgrade has many new features to include a dramatically new sound feature that replicates a Theater-style audio system of surround sound. This is compatible with both a Home Surround Sound system or an optional (purchased separately) Sound bar with wireless rear speakers and a wireless sub-woofer. I have both.

We bought this TV 6 weeks ago, upgrading from a 46" so quite a big step. Initially the colour wasn't quite right but after trying a few of the settings we are happy with the picture quality. Having all the apps for the streaming services, Plex and Free to Air, is a blessing for my wife who hated switching between the different boxes. It even support Apple TV+. And the smart remote with a solar panel so no more battery problems is very cool. The one thing that does disappoint me is the sound and the different volume levels between channels and services. Our previous TV had a feature that would maintain the sound at a similar level that was awesome. I will try a few more features to see if we can get a better control on sound or maybe look at a sound bar with this feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the size and the options Great picture, lucky to find sale, too wow, i am at the age i realized the tv is smart and i am not. however, the setup was quick and smooth. the picture is super. there's so much content loaded on this tv i will never use it all. the only thing i might criticize is that i increased the text size as large as it will go, and it is still difficult to see from more than 8' or so away and the remote is not backlit. that is a big one. i had read that in other reviews and it's very true.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the tv for a few weeks now upgrading from a 65inch to 85inch took some getting used to, immediately I noticed the picture quality was sharper clearer and that Samsung had updated the features on the tv even including there own free channels now at 4k it's bright bright shard and very impressive The tv sound was fine on its own but paired with a Samsung sound bar it works together with the sound bar to bring a complete cinema expensive to my living room highly recommend great tv at this price point

There is a Netfix button also, but I don't have a Netfix account anymore. I enjoy getting Samsung TV and I've set up 2 favorites lists. I watch lots of movies and TV series on Prime and my Prime channels. I have over 100 DVDs, but there are so many viewing choices on Prime and Samsung TV, I hardly watch the DVDs. I need to replace a TV in my guest room, and want to get this same setup but with a smaller screen.
