It's great to hear your 2022 QN900B TV is delivering great clarity and black levels! Your feedback on motion smoothing, as well as remote sensitivity, is appreciated, and will be shared with our internal teams.
I see that you've already tried adjusting your image, but I did want to share the following adjustments with you, just in case:
For optimal motion image performance, you may want to adjust the picture clarity setting by going to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Clarity Settings
- Off: Picture Clarity Settings will always be off
- Auto: Picture Clarity Settings will automatically activate and deactivate based on the type of program being watched
- Custom: Allows custom adjustments and settings to be used. By selecting the Custom option, you can access these advanced settings for Judder Reduction, LED Clear Motion, and Noise Reduction.
Please be sure you’re running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an update available by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now.
To address the remote issue you're experiencing, you may first want to reset it by pressing and holding Return and Enter (the center of the navigation pad) for more than 10 seconds. After the reset, you'll need to pair the remote to the TV again. To pair, press the Return and Play/Pause buttons simultaneously for at least 5 seconds or until a message appears on your TV indicating that the remote is now connected.
Please also check to see if your remote is charged. You can check remaining battery by going to: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Power and Energy Saving > Available Remote Battery.
We also recommend ensuring you're using the remote within 20 feet of the TV. The distance may also vary with the wireless environmental conditions.
