How to track my request i have with At Your Service?

Do you have a question regarding the Samsung Products you purchased? There are options available for you to make a Callback request or to review through the comments from our support team on your pending queries. The following would be a step by step guide to make a callback request :  

 

 

1 Navigate to At Your Service

2 Under At Your Service, scroll down to locate Track my Request

3 Upon clicking on Track my Request, a pop-up window will appear and prompt if you are logging into your Samsung Account or as a Guest

4 If you have signed in as a Guest, follow these steps:

Key in your email or phone and ticket number. Once you have input these fields, check the Privacy Term and Condition checkbox and click on the Search button

5 Upon clicking on Search it will direct you to Track my Request page with the information of the particular task request with ticket number. You can modify details of your track request if the status is in Progress by clicking on Modify details button and filling in the text field.

Click on the confirm button to make the modification, you will see that the details under My Enquiry updated according to the latest modification made

Track your request with your Samsung Account

6 When you clicked on the Sign in button, you will be redirected to the Samsung Account sign in page

7 Once you have signed in, it will display a list of the present and past request that you made. You can view the individual track request details by clicking on that request which will display the product details, contact information, my enquiry and Samsung Reply details.

8 You can modify details of your track request whose status are In Progress by clicking on Modify Details button and filling in the text field.

Click on the Confirm button to make the modification. You will see that the updated details made under my enquiry according to the latest modification made.
