What to do if the Samsung Mobile's keypad is not working properly?

If the keypad is not working properly on your Mobile Device, try the following:

1 Turn off your Mobile Device and restart again to clear any temporary software bugs. For older models, remove the battery and insert back again
2 Check whether your Mobile Device is updated with the latest firmware. Click here to find out how to upgrade software on your Mobile Device
3 If your Mobile Device freezes/hangs while pressing the keypad, you may need to close all running Apps and reboot to gain functionality. Perform factory data reset , if necessary

If problem still persists, visit the nearest Samsung Service Centre with your device for further assistance.
