Samsung wants to ensure that Customers are fully aware of Customer responsibilities ahead of placing a purchase for the installation on Samsung.com. Customers have key responsibilities for the installation, a summary of which is shown below.

Upon Customer purchase on Samsung.com, Samsung will reach out to the Customer and provide a full set of documentation for installation, including, at a minimum:

  (A) IAB Project Checklist – which includes a Project information checklist, a Pre-Installation Checklist, and a Delivery Readiness Checklist
  (B) IAB ProForma SOW
  (C) IAB Systems Engineering & Design Guide

Samsung will schedule a kick-off call with the Customer to review requirements and next steps. Customers will be required to sign an executable SOW prior to Samsung deployment in the field. Samsung adheres to a minimum 30-day advanced scheduling notice and a separate lock-in period prior to deployment. All Services scheduled are dependent upon executable SOW signature, ‘IAB Indoor LED Project Checklist’ completion, and site readiness verification per Samsung standards and are contingent upon technical/installation resource availability. Samsung will coordinate delivery and installation for the same day when possible.
