Deleting your Samsung account
• Deleting (canceling) your existing Samsung Account will discontinue access to all Samsung services related to your account.
• The information cannot be recovered after deletion.
Click Sign In.
Enter your ID and password and click Sign In.
Re-enter your password for confirmation.
Click Delete Account.
Re-enter your password and click Continue.
Read the statement and click the checkbox for I confirm the conditions above and agree to delete my Samsung Account and Samsung services user history.
Click Confirm to delete your account.
Click Confirm once more after your account has been deleted to complete.
Will my Samsung video content be deleted?
Your purchases are tied to the Samsung Account you used when you made those purchases. Deleting (cancelling) your existing Samsung Account will discontinue access to all Samsung services.
This will delete information related to your account, including content purchase history, service profiles, content subscriptions, content uploads, and personal profile information.
This information cannot be recovered after you cancel your account, and it cannot be transferred to a new account.
