Resetting the 2015 4K UHD TV

When you perform a Factory Reset, all your settings revert to factory defaults. These settings include all picture and sound settings, all channel menu settings including memorized channels, all clock and timer settings, and any other settings you made through the menu. In addition, if you had your TV professionally calibrated, you may lose the calibration settings if the calibration was not done through the service menu.

Resetting the 2015 4K UHD TV

The initial setup will need to be completed after resetting the TV.

  1. With the TV powered on press the MENU/123 button.  

  2. Select Menu in the upper left corner of the screen.  

  3. Navigate to and select the Support section of the Main Menu.  

  4. Navigate to and select the Self Diagnosis option.  

  5. Navigate to and select the Reset option.  

  6. You will be required to enter the PIN (Default is 0000) to continue.  

  7. A factory reset warning will appear, you can cancel the reset at this time by selecting No.  

  8. The TV will power off and when it is powered back on the Setup screen will appear.
