Pairing the Smart Remote on your SUHD TV (UN**KS****)
When you turn on your TV for the first time, the Samsung Smart Remote will pair to the TV automatically. If the Samsung Smart Remote does not pair to the TV automatically, follow the steps below to connect the Samsung Smart Control to your TV.
Only one Smart Remote can be paired to a TV at a time.
Pairing the Smart Remote
If the Samsung Smart Control does not pair to the TV automatically, point it at the remote control sensor of the TV, then press and hold Return/Exit button and Play/Pause button simultaneously for 3 seconds.
The images, buttons, and functions of the Samsung Smart Control may differ by model.
When the Bluetooth Icon is displayed on your TV screen, release the two buttons on your Smart Control Remote.
Your TV will begin pairing with your Smart Control Remote.
When paired properly, the Pairing Complete Check Mark will appear indicating that your remote is now paired to your TV.
You may need to reset your Smart Control remote before it will pair. To do this, press and hold the Return/Exit and Extra buttons simultaneously for 4 seconds.
