How to Get Started With Samsung Smart Home (RF28K9070SG)

The Smart Home App allows you to easily connect with various Samsung smart home appliances all on your smart phone and wearable device. Coveniently, monitor and control your Samsung smart home appliances whenever and wherever you are.

The Samsung Smart Home app is designed for Android version 4.0 and up, or iOS 7.0 or up.

Setting Up Samsung Smart Home

  1. Open the Samsung Smart Home app and log in with your Samsung account. Then, touch the refrigerator icon.

    NOTE: iPhone users are required to provide the log in information each time they access the app.

  2. Touch OK.
  3. Enter your router information. Then, touch Next.
  4. Touch and hold Fridge, on the refrigerator's control panel, for more than 5 seconds until the "AP" message appears on the freezer display.

    NOTE: When a network connection is established, the Wi-Fi icon lights up on your refrigerator.

  5. Your refrigerator will be registered with the App.
