Using the Mixed Load Bell Option on Your FlexDry™ Dryer (DV*60M9900)

Sensor Dry cycles will stop when the dryer detects dry clothes. If the load is a mixed load, the dryer will stop when lighter items are dry, meaning some heavier items may still be damp. Mixed Load Bell solves this dilemma. When activated, this option notifies you when the average dry level in a load is damp dry (80 percent dried). This lets you take lighter items that you don’t want fully dried or that dry quickly out of the dryer early, while letting other heavier items remain in the dryer to dry completely.

The Mixed Load Bell option is only available on the Tumble dryer.

Using the Mixed Load Bell Option

  1. Touch POWER to turn the Tumble dryer on.

  2. Touch the desired dry cycle. For this example, touch Normal.

The Mixed Load Bell option is only available with Sensor Dry cycles which are NORMAL, HEAVY DUTY, TOWELS, BEDDING, DELICATES and PERM PRESS.

  3. Touch Mixed Load Bell.

Note: Available dry levels for Mixed Load Bell are Normal, More, and Very.

  4. Touch and hold START/PAUSE to start.
