Resetting the Gear 360
If you experience problems with the Gear 360, resetting the device may get it to work properly. Resetting the Gear 360 can only be done by navigating on your mobile device to Apps > Samsung Gear 360 > Settings > Reset and format > Reset Gear 360.

Reset the Gear 360
The Gear 360 must be powered on and connected to your mobile device.
On your mobile device, navigate to Apps > Samsung Gear 360 > Settings.
Touch Reset and format.
Touch Reset Gear 360.
The following options are available:
Reset all settings: Reset all settings to default.
Reset device settings: Reset your device settings to default.
Reset connection settings: Reset your connection settings to default.
