  1. Can I change my registered email address?
    • Your registered email address cannot be modified, but you can sign up again with a different email address.

  2. I forgot my email address and password.
    • Go to the login page of the Samsung Account website (https://account.samsung.com) and click Find email address / password.

  3. How can I change my personal information?
    • To edit your personal information, go to [Settings] > [Account] > [Samsung Account] > [Profile].

  4. Should I log in to a Samsung account to download themes?
    • You can only download Themes if you have signed in to a Samsung account.

  5. What is a Samsung account?
    • Samsung Account gives you access to a wide range of Samsung services with a merged single account.

  6. How can I enable Samsung Account Event notifications?
    • To receive Event notifications from all Samsung services, go to Settings > Account > Samsung Account > Profile, and select enable.

Purchase and Payment FAQ's

  1. How can I purchase a theme?
    • Select a theme to download, and make a purchase as follows:

      1. Free themes can be downloaded without payment.
      2. For paid themes, select a payment method and make a payment, then download.

  2. Is there a fee to register a new card?
    • Credit card registration will require a minimum verification fee once, for credit card verification, but you will not actually be charged the fee.

  3. How do I use a coupon?
    • Android users can use gift cards or coupons by following the instructions below:

      1. Sign in to your Samsung account from Samsung Themes, and select [Membership benefits] from the [Purchase list] under the Samsung Themes menu.
      2. Select [Add gift card or coupon], and enter the code displayed on the pop-up window.
      3. Select the Theme you wish to purchase, choose [Conpon] under Payment Methods, and proceed with the purchase.

      Note: In some countries, including the US, you can register and use gift cards through Galaxy Apps.

  4. Can I get a refund for a purchased theme?
    • Themes cannot be refunded or canceled.

  5. I'm trying to buy a theme, but keep getting an error.
    • For Android devices, you need to have the latest version of [Samsung Billing] to purchase themes. If [Samsung Billing] is not installed, you will not be able to purchase themes.

Usage FAQ's

  1. How can I re-download a purchased theme?
    • You can download Themes you have already purchased from the Purchase list for free. You can download each Theme on up to 10 devices.

  2. How can I update installed themes?
    • You can only update a Theme if the seller has registered an updated version.

  3. How can I view my purchased themes?
    • Purchased themes can be viewed from the Purchased list in the Theme Store.

  4. Can I use a purchased theme on another device?
    • You can download Themes you have already purchased from the [Purchase list] for free. You can download each Theme on up to 10 devices.

  5. What is a cover theme?
    • A cover theme is only downloadable when its matching theme cover is in use. Without the matching cover, the cover theme cannot be downloaded or applied.

  6. I can't find any themes on my device.
    • The available Themes may vary depending on your country and device model.

  7. Can use a special edition theme on my device?
    • Special-edition Themes (e.g., the Avengers Theme, Batman Theme, and Olympic Theme) are provided for a limited period of time or on a limited number of models, based on the partnership agreements.

  8. I purchased a theme, but can not download it.
    • Check your network connection, and try again later. If the problem persists, contact your service provider.

  9. I get a Network Unavailable error when using Wi-Fi.
    • Certain Wi-Fi zones may ask you to log in to the website of the Wi-Fi service provider.

  10. My theme is only partially applied.
    • If the Theme was installed incorrectly, it will only be partially applied. Please retry as instructed below:

      1. Temporarily apply the default Theme.
      2. Delete the Theme with the issue.
      3. Re-download the relevant Theme from the [Purchase list] under the Samsung Themes menu.
      4. Apply the relevant Theme again.

      Note: If the version of your device does not match the Theme, the Theme may be incompatible with some screens.

  11. What changes when I use a theme?
    • Background images on the Lock screen and the Home screen

      • Application icons
      • Design that is shown when an application provided by Samsung such as Phone, Contacts, Messages, etc. is running
      • Sounds including ringtones and screen touch sound
      • Font in some places
      • Other general designs on the device

  12. Can I use wallpapers and icons from different themes?
    • Starting with models released after the Galaxy Note 7, wallpapers and icons will be provided separately, as individual products.

    • On Android devices, you can start using Samsung Themes via the screen you see when you pinch to zoom out on the home screen or by going to the device's [Settings] and selecting the [Background and theme] menu or the [Theme] menu.

  13. What devices support Samsung Themes?
    • Samsung Themes is supported on all models from the Galaxy S6 with HD or higher definition displays.

Gift Card FAQ's

  1. How can I register and use my gift card?
    • Users can use gift cards or coupons by following the instructions below:

      1. Sign in to your Samsung account from Samsung Themes, and select [Membership benefits] from the [Purchase list] under the Samsung Themes menu.
      2. Select [Add gift card or coupon], and enter the code displayed on the pop-up window.

  2. Can I register a gift card from a foreign country?
    • Gift cards can only be used in the countries where they were issued. Therefore, you cannot register a gift card that you brought from a foreign country.

  3. What can I purchase with a gift card?
    • With a gift card, you can purchase all content that can be bought with other payment methods. However, some service policies may restrict the use of a gift card for certain content items.

  4. Can I use my gift card with another method of payment?
    • You can use a gift card with credit cards or mobile phone payment.

  5. My gift card is not showing as a payment method.
    • Check if the service or content you want to purchase is the type you can pay for with your registered gift card.

  6. Can I use one gift card on multiple devices?
    • In general, your gift card will automatically be shown on all devices when you sign in to the account that the card is registered to.

  7. I want to re-download content that I purchased with a gift card.
    • Purchased content can be downloaded again without incurring extra costs.

  8. Can I get a refund on content purchased with a gift card?
    • Purchased content cannot be refunded or canceled.
