Find My Mobile

First, make sure these conditions are met to get started with Find My Mobile:

  • The phone must be turned on.

  • The phone must be connected to a stable network connection.

  • A Samsung account must be added in your phone's account section (Navigate to Apps > Settings. Touch Search, and then search for and select Find My Mobile).

Enable Find My Mobile

An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure, as they say. Before anything happens to your phone, set up Find My Mobile so you’re covered in case of loss or theft. Read on to learn how to enable the service.

Registering a Samsung account to your phone will turn on Remote controls by default.

  1. Navigate to Apps > Settings.

  2. Touch Search, and then search for and select Find My Mobile.

  3. Enter your Samsung account password and then touch CONFIRM.

  4. To enable Find My Mobile, touch the slider next to Remote controls.
