Delete and Restore Files from Samsung Cloud

Samsung Cloud acts as the last line of defense for all your files. You've got everything on there from important work documents to silly, memorable selfies. If media was accidentally deleted from your cloud account, don't fret. Restoring data from Samsung Cloud is as easy as adding it. 

Available screens and settings may vary by wireless provider and software version.

Verizon does not support Samsung Cloud.

Delete Files from Samsung Cloud

You store everything on Samsung Cloud, but it's gotten a little out of hand over time. If you have hundreds of photos or files you really don't need, you can delete them any time.

From Settings, touch Cloud and accounts. Select Samsung Cloud, and then select GALLERY. Select VIEW ALL, and then select and hold your desired picture. To select multiple pictures, touch the additional pictures you want to delete. Touch DELETE, and then touch DELETE to confirm.

Restore Files from Samsung Cloud

Oh no! You selected DELETE by accident, and you don't have that picture saved anywhere else. Just follow these steps to get it back.

From Settings, touch Cloud and accounts. Select Samsung Cloud, and then select GALLERY. Select Trash, and then select and hold your desired picture. To select multiple pictures, touch the additional pictures you want to restore. Select RESTORE.

Note: Items in Trash will be permanently deleted after 15 days. If you EMPTY TRASH or Delete files in Trash, the files will be permanently deleted.
