Register a Device in Samsung Members

Register your devices to get the most out of the Samsung Members app. Just by registering, you’ll unlock personalized content just for your device, live support from experts, and a community of fellow Samsung users. Luckily, registering is a cinch, and if your device is connected to your home’s Wi-Fi network, it’s even easier!

Register a Device

There are several ways to register a Samsung device on your Samsung phone. If you haven’t already, download the Samsung Members app.

Open Samsung Members, and then touch the Get Help tab. Touch Register, and then select a registration method.

Note: On iOS, touch the + at the top right-hand corner of the screen.

Register Using Wi-Fi

Touch Scan Wi-Fi to search for your device through your connected Wi-Fi network, and then follow the on-screen instructions to register. Not all devices support Wi-Fi registration.

Register Using Barcode/QR Code

Got a barcode? Touch Scan Barcode / QR Code to identify your device through the barcode/QR code of the serial number. Make sure you use the barcode found on the device, not on the packaging. When the device is found, touch CONFIRM, and then touch REGISTER.

Register Using Serial or IMEI Number

You can also manually enter the serial number or IMEI to register your device. Touch Enter Serial Number, enter the serial number, and then touch VERIFY SERIAL. When the device has been confirmed, touch REGISTER.
