Turn on notifications for the Samsung Members app
Samsung Members sends notifications to keep you in the loop on the latest content or notify you of important updates for your device. You can tailor your notification preferences if you'd like to receive all of Samsung Member's notifications, or none at all.
Notification settings
Samsung Members can send notifications about Community – like when someone replies to a thread you started. We'll also send other notifications, such as when you earn reward points. If you don’t want to receive notifications from Samsung Members, you can simply turn them off.
Navigate to and open Samsung Members, then tap the Discover tab, and then tap More options (the three vertical dots).
Tap Settings, then tap Notifications, and then adjust your desired settings.
Or, maybe you only want to receive certain notifications. In this case, tap Notification categories, and then select which category of notifications you’d like to receive.
Note: You can adjust notifications for marketing information, news, and special offers from the Settings screen.
