Will Samsung Members Send Notifications?

The short answer? Yes. Samsung Members sends notifications to keep you in the loop on the latest content or notify you of important updates for your device. But, you can tailor your notification preferences however you choose. Choose when and how you get notifications from Samsung Members, or if you get notified at all.

Notification Settings

Samsung Members can send notifications about the Phone Care feature, like when you’re on low storage space or a shaky Wi-Fi connection, and it can also send notifications about Community – like when someone replies to a thread you started. We'll also send personalized content like Answers and Tips videos. If you don’t want to receive notifications from Samsung Members, you can simply turn them off.

Open Samsung Members, touch More Options (three dots), and then touch Settings. Use the sliders to turn notifications on or off for the Community or Diagnostic features. For example, maybe you want to receive alerts about your phone's battery forecast but not when someone replies to a post you made.
