Can I cancel Samsung Care+?
Yes. You can cancel Samsung Care+ at MyCarePlusClaim.com at any time. Go to Manage Plans and select the cancel coverage option. If you're returning a Samsung product, we'll cancel your plan as part of the return process.
How do I file a claim for my Samsung device?
Go to MyCarePlusClaim.com and enter your phone number or email address associated with your plan. Then click "File a Claim" for the product you want to file a claim for.
Is there a limit to the number of claims I can make?
The total amount we will pay for all claims made on your product will not exceed the purchase amount paid for the product. If we can’t repair your product and it’s replaced or a cash settlement or gift card is issued, then your contract will be fulfilled and you will need to purchase Samsung Care+ on your new replacement product.
What is not covered under Samsung Care+?
Any loss as a result of: abuse, negligence pre-existing conditions, rust, corrosion, theft, flood, wind, freezing and unusual atmospheric conditions, and any loss covered under a manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to your program Terms and Conditions for a complete list of exclusions.
