- Each QR code is unique and can only be used once to activate your watch and cannot be used again.
- The QR code is a physical card the size of a credit card and is only provided by AT&T or Verizon, not Samsung. (At this time, the QR code is not included in the box with the smart watch.)
- You cannot obtain a QR code online or via email. You must contact AT&T or Verizon to obtain a QR code card.

Reasons for a new QR code
During the initial setup of the mobile network or when you reactivate your watch.
- You switched from another carrier to AT&T or Verizon.
- The user accounts associated with the phone or number has changed.
- Your watch is being connected to a new phone not associated with the same account as the phone previously used to set up the mobile network or to reactivate it.
- In the event you delete the mobile profile, perform a reset, or reset the mobile network on your watch.
- Your watch was repaired serviced, replaced, or exchanged at an authorized Samsung service center.
