Select the hub's location in SmartThings.
Open the SmartThings app, and then tap the Location drop-down menu from the top left, then select the location of your Hub.

Check the hub's firmware version.
Tap the name of your hub on the bottom of the hub tile, and then tap More Options (three vertical dots) in the upper right corner. Tap Information to see the firmware version.
