Optimize your environment.

  • Ensure the area has sufficient lighting (avoid overly bright or dark spaces).
  • Avoid using the device near large screens with videos playing or moving objects like fans.
  • Position yourself in the center of the space and ensure no objects obstruct the headset's camera.
2

Send an Error report.

Press the Top button to open the Launcher (Home screen). Then, select the Quick settings icon at the top right corner. Select the Send feedback button. If it's missing, swipe to the last panel, and then tap the Add icon (the plus), and then select Send feedback to add the button to the Quick settings.
