Samsung Galaxy A16 phone locked due to security reasons

Your phone is locked with a pop-up message stating, "Your device is locked due to security reasons. To unlock your device, please reboot the device and ensure a stable network connection." This occurs as a security enhancement measure when the device fails to connect to the network after a restart.

1

Restart your Galaxy A16.

Press and hold the Volume down button and the Side button at the same time. After a few seconds, different power options will appear. Tap Restart, and then tap Restart again. Your device will automatically restart.
2

Ensure a stable network connection.

Connect to a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data network immediately after restarting.

If the device remains disconnected from the network for 30 minutes, it will remain locked. Restarting and connecting within 30 minutes will unlock it normally.
