Reset Bixby on your Samsung phone or tablet

Bixby may occasionally display error messages such as "Couldn't connect" or "Check network connection and try again." To resolve this issue, make sure you are connected to either a Wi-Fi or mobile data network. If you are connected and still experiencing issues, you will need to reset Bixby.
