Unable to return an item with Samsung Pay
If you switched devices since your purchase, or removed and registered your card again on the same device since your purchase, the digital card number has changed. If the merchant requires that the same card be presented for returns, ask them to process your return in the same fashion they would if you had your physical card replaced. If there are any issues processing your return, contact your card issuer for further assistance.
No record of the original digital card number is stored in Samsung Pay or on any Samsung Pay servers.
