If the SmartThings Tracker is reinitialized, it will be reset. To do so, you must delete the tracker from the SmartThings app. When it's deleted, it will initialize itself so it can reconnect to SmartThings. SmartThings will occasionally push firmware updates to active hubs to improve performance. You can check the hub's firmware version using the app or the IDE Portal.

If your ZigBee device is not working with your hub, be sure to check the power to the device and the hub's network connection. However, it may be necessary to reset the ZigBee device and restart the hub to fix the problem.

If your SmartThings Wifi or Connect Home hub is frozen and not emitting a Wi-Fi signal, rebooting the hub may fix the problem. However, you may need to restart the SmartThings app and checking your network connection.
