Reinitialize the SmartThings Tracker
If the SmartThings Tracker is reinitialized, it will be reset. To do so, you must delete the tracker from the SmartThings app. When it's deleted, it will initialize itself so it can reconnect to SmartThings. At which time, you'll be able to connect and register the tracker with any Samsung account.
SmartThings does not connect or discover LAN Wi-Fi devices
If the SmartThings app has trouble connecting to or discovering a LAN Wi-Fi device, you can try restarting the device, checking for software updates, and using other methods to solve the problem. Try to connect the device to the app after each step to see if it works.
Cannot download and use device controllers in SmartThings
To control connected smart devices remotely via the SmartThings app, ensure the device’s controller is downloaded. When adding a device, the controller typically downloads automatically, but verify the download was successful for seamless control.
