If you notice that some features are no longer available after your Family Hub updates to the latest version (6.0), don't panic. The update was designed this way. It's also normal if the Family Hub mobile app no longer works because the app has been discontinued.

Features not available after Family Hub software update
Instead of the Family Hub mobile app, you will need to use the SmartThings app to control certain things on your Family Hub. The SmartThings app is available from both the Play Store and the App Store. Once it's downloaded, you just need to add the Family Hub to your account.
Please be aware that some features are no longer supported on the Family Hub, such as having multiple profiles, animated wallpapers, or Voice ID.
In terms of the SmartThings app, there is no more mobile support for the Memo, Whiteboard, To-do, and Calendar features. However, these features are still available on the fridge's panel.
