If you happen to receive a message that appears to be spam, close and or delete the message immediately. However, some spam may occasionally get through to your inbox, so please use extreme caution and report it.
Samsung South Africa takes such hoaxes very seriously to ensure that the South African consumer is protected as best as possible from such falsities. This will safeguard consumers from divulging personal information or from undue fees paid, as a result of these types of scams.
