- 5 Your customised Galaxy S21+ | S21 Ultra requires special production. Once order has been placed, no changes to the order are permitted, this includes cancelling or changing the colour of your choice. We will endeavour to deliver your customised phone within 4-5 weeks, however there may be delays due to production demand.
