The water dispenser on my refrigerator seems to be taking too long to fill water.

It is supposed to take between 5 and 15 seconds to fill a 170ml glass with water.


If it takes longer, please check the following items


• The water supply and the water supply valve is fully open 

• The Water filter is no more than six months old 

• Refrigerator and freezer temperature may be too cold causing the internal water line and tank to freeze.
Please try adjusting the refrigerator and freezer temperatures and check for correct operation after three days has elapsed. (Refrigerator = 4 degrees Celsius and the  Freezer = minus 16 degrees Celsius)
