Even though I have inserted the earphone on Galaxy A50, sound is sometimes played through speaker. Why is this?

Samsung is aware that some Galaxy A50 users may experience this symptom when using the earphone and this issue has already been resolved with a upcoming *software update which will be available soon. (*Software update version is SD1 or higher)


Therefore, please check for updates to your device SW regularly via the FOTA or Smart Switch PC, and update your device to the latest version if you encounter this symptom.

Available software release date may differ by country and carrier. Samsung encourages users to keep your software and apps updated to latest version.
