Samsung Pay is not working properly on my wearable device.
(i.e Payments using Samsung Pay are not completed properly) Why is this?
Samsung is aware of this problem, which may appear on Wearable devices supporting Samsung Pay such as the Gear S3, Galaxy Watch, Galaxy Watch Active, and Galaxy Watch Active2 due to compatibility problems between Q OS and the Samsung Pay plug-in on the Watch. However, this issue has already been resolved with a new Watch plug-in update which is available now on the Galaxy Store.
Samsung encourages users to keep all software and apps updated to the latest version.
