When using my phone on loudspeaker, my voice is not clear on the receiver’s end and the signal is interrupted.

The Galaxy Note10|10+ has a noise reduction feature that focuses on sound within a 1.5-meter range. So, for your voice to be clear and optimized on the other end, make sure you are within the 1.5-meter range when using the loudspeaker mode. The further you are from your device, the less clear your voice becomes.
