Bought this for R500 brand new and honestly it feels like an incredible deal. When you compare it with competitors, this watch covers all the essentials and does them really well. Samsung’s quality really shows, even in an entry level device like this. I’m also confused about people saying they only get two days of battery. I’m getting well over a week on a single charge. It’s fully customisable, does everything I need, and works great for gym sessions too. If someone is unhappy with it they’re probably using it incorrectly or they received a faulty unit. For the price, the hardware and software quality is seriously impressive.

I've had the watch for about two weeks now and for someone who is not into fitness that much, just step tracker and Parkrun monitoring, I'm happy with my purchase. I'm yet to see the battery last 13 days though, it barely makes it to 5 days but I attributed that to the sleep tracker. Will not be wearing it when I sleep just to monitor the battery life, otherwise I'm happy with my purchase. Would gave given more stars but the battery issue and it doesn't connect to the phone when a few meters away.

I bought this yesterday and I love it so far!! It's much accurate than having to use my phone. I won't have to miss any notifications for when I forget to turn off do not disturb on my phone. I also love how there are many watch faces and the feature where I need to stretch after being inactive is incredible( as I work at home). The vibrations have also helped be aware of my nessages or any important information.Do not overlook the features I doesn't have, for example calling,GPS and so on. This is also very budget friendly.

I have used this for a month now and the only reason it is not rated 1/2 stars is because the sleep coaching, stress and heart rate trackers are so good. BUT the software for the step counter has truly taken a step back from its predecessor, the Fit2. The phone and watch are tied together in the step counter so that means if your watch says 15K steps and your phone says 1K steps then the steps sync to the phone as a default and it becomes 1K. You would think the watch would be the source of truth but not. I have seen many people complain and it seems that the solution is to turn off the physical activity tracker for the phone but that stops you from being able to participate in step challenges. Samsung has always produced products that stand the test of time. I just don't think this product is one of them.

I got mine in March, so almost 3 months use. I switched from a Fitbit inspire 2. Reason to switch - wanted a newer watch. I couldn't find a new version of Fitbit in my country. Samsung fit3 looked good and the price was good, given that supposedly you get the Samsung guarantee vs Noname guarantee. Pros: - nice look - relatively low price - access to the calm app for free - can read messages from the phone, which my old Fitbit couldn't. Cons: - Battery most definitely doesn't last as advertised. My usage is low to medium and I have to charge every 3 days. - Very low precision with step count. Like, for real. Counts may be a half of them. - Low precision with sleep count. Can skip your nap or can add a nap when you're just sitting long enough. - Cannot add or edit sleep logs (could do in Fitbit app). - Low precision with the sleep stages count. A human cannot survive on 20min deep sleep per night, but supposedly I do, which is incompatible with living. Again, never had that with Fitbit. - strange stress measurement, it's either super high, or super low, never in between. - if your phone is not a Samsung phone, it's a nightmare to set up the apps. It takes minimum 2 (!!!) to 3 apps to connect the watch and the phone, no jokes. One app to watch the watch, one app to connect the watch, one app to sync your previous data with your current state. Glitching of course. Never had that with Fitbit. - the Samsung app is glitchy. Also it gives weird reminders with links that are not supported or don't lead anywhere. - Both apps fails to tell in advance when the battery is low. Only sends a reminder when the battery is around 3% to 1%. - Did I mention low precision? It could be its middle name. I'll switch back to Fitbit as soon as I'll go abroad. Overall, Samsung fit3 watch is merely a patchy-glitchy prototype, not a real thing.

I bought this on a Sunday, set it up Monday morning and charged. Used it until Saturday when the battery was down to 5%. Tried to charge and magnetic charger would no longer stick to watch. Had to return it. Also, you need 2 apps to fully connect to phone, highly unnecessary. And, if you intend to use this for running without your phone, don't bother, it's very inaccurate and does not give you the option to calibrate so it knows what distances look like for you. Very disappointing product overall.

Some time in August (2024), I purchased 2 Galaxy Fitbit 3 watches. They were timely delivered and they look great for their value. However the functionality comes into question. Both watches seemingly do not selectively synchronize data such as running with the phone. Troubleshooting the watch, app and phone does not seem to work. To make it worse, my watch does not record floor changes and given that I walk up 4 flights of stairs everyday, one would assume it would inaccurately pick one floor but it doesn't. We have so far ruled out updates, phone pairing and sweat between the skin and watch. I have also tried pairing the watches to different phones but this does not work. It's frustrating to think that you are getting quality gadgets from a trusted supplier only to get problematic devices from the get-go.

If you have used any other watch before this might not be a good choice.Advertisemnt says battery lasts up to 13 days.NO more like 4 days and dies the morning of the 5th.No warnings.Face options are boring and I prefer everything on the face.For one doesn't show date and the other no battery percentage.I was extremely excited as I'm using a Samsung phone that's I have a Samsung drip.Underwhelming and serves little purpose

After one month all the information the watch gave was inaccurate. Then the date and time didn't work. Samsung refuses to repair the software fault. They want to charge me double what the watch cost to repair it. My 40th birthday present is now defunct. Very dissatisfied with the service received from Samsung. Will avoid Samsung products in future.

I bought this watch in the beginning of the year as I've been trying to become more active. I've noticed that this watch helped me to track all my activities as well as help with notifications, and other parts of my life. I've also bought one for my grandfather, to help monitor his activity and heart rate.

Bought one for myself, Sync issues, returned it, bought another one for my wife a few months later for her Samsung, Sync issues, my Friend bought one this week even though I warned him, Sync issues. Honestly the 2nd Worst product Samsung has ever Made since the S7 exploded in my hand. this is my official statement, I am done with Samsung.

I really like this watch.It does everything I need.But I really wish it had a better glass type because this one scratches so easily.But overall this is a great fitness watch with really accurate data and tracking.I love the light sensor and the connection to my phone is solid.The battery lasts up to 8.3 days for me because I have continuous heart rate tracking on so its understandable.Thank you samsung

Keeps disconnecting and you have to restart the thing. It's really annoying, can't Samsung sort out their issues these days anymore? Had a phone as well where the battery melted a month after purchase, I reported it to Samsung and they said they would look into it, yet I never heard a word back from them and it has been over a year. Used to be a fan but this company seems to be slipping a bit.

This watch deliver on all the promises. I'm very happy with my purchase. The find my band function can be improved by having the torch flicker because their are no sound. A welcome addition to the software would be to have a watch only mode for when battery is low or you will not be able to charge for a while.

Bought this watch on 21/09/2024 then on 25/092024 the flight mode was not working. If i put it in flight mode it will reconnect in abiut 10 seconds. Sometimes you need a watch that can go offline, and sync when you only need it to. Troubleshooting online chat said i should send the watch to Samsung.

Firstly the screen is way better quality than my Samsung A23. The aluminium body definitely makes it feel like a watch and not a toy. The fitness tracking for my uses is seamless, it can tell when I'm running or when I'm on my bicycle.

Got it a week ago and so far I am happy with it. The battery life is a bit disappointing in the sense tgat its not as advertised on the website. I'm going about 3 days max with AOD off, but its not really a big deal coz I usually charge when I go to shower, I t!ke it off and charge it. Charges really fast also.

Ive been using this watch for 2 years and started running recently. This has to be the worst watch for fitness, the steps count and KMs are always off. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone starting their fitness journey. This watch is for telling time only
