Had out AI series 9 delivered today, after saying goodbye to our previous 14 year old Samsung fridge/freezer. And all we can say is WOW, our previous fridge was packed full of food, when we set up this our fridge looked bare. The capacity is amazing, perfect for all produce you need. The design is sleek and modern, and the technology is great! We have an iPhone and have no issues working the apps on our phones, my favourite part is linking our Sainsburys account to Bixby to order what we need! Everything is easy to set up and navigate, the power freeze worked well for food that needed to be frozen asap. And we love that fact, the fridge plays Spotify and YouTube! Highly recommended

Who knew a fridge with a tablet on the door would useful, or doors that open at the touch of a button. I thought these were just gimmicks, turns out they do have uses. The weather displayed on the tablet, some interesting recipe suggestions, sends you a shopping list of what you need for the recipe. The door touch opening is useful when your hands are full. The water/ice maker was an element I didn't think we'd use, however it takes up a fair amount of space inside the freezer door, so that's the next task to connect it to the mains water supply. Still has good capacity compared to a fridge freezer that we parted with that has similar dimensions. The design and overall quality is very good.

I’ve had the Samsung 621L Bespoke AI Series 9 Side-by-Side Fridge Freezer (RS90F64EEFEU) for just over a month, and overall I’m really impressed. The black Bespoke finish looks sleek and modern, and the AI Home display is surprisingly useful—it’s like having a smart hub built right into the kitchen. Brilliant Fridge Freezer bought after our 12 year old Samsung decided to die and to be honest I am glad it did. Such an improvement over the previous version. More tech on the outside and more space on the inside. Can't actually figure out how they have done it as it was the same size as the old one. Only one thing I would change is that is should have a louder speaker but I am complained that my fridge does not play Spotify loud enough that it shakes the walls. Mental.

I’ve been a loyal Samsung customer for years, especially when it comes to TVs, and I’ve always trusted the brand for quality and innovation. That’s why I decided to invest in one of their premium refrigerators, unfortunately, it’s been a major letdown. Bought this high-end Samsung refrigerator expecting quality, but it’s been a huge disappointment. It’s extremely noisy – not just the compressor, but constant fan noise that never stops. In an open kitchen, I can hear it from my living room and even upstairs. It’s louder than an air conditioner or a washing machine and it is almost 24h working… Despite following all installation procedures, the noise started immediately. Samsung claimed it would settle in 24–48h – it never did. AI features don’t work because the fridge can’t connect to my Samsung account, making those "smart" features useless. Support has been chaotic, unhelpful (except maintenance technicians and its department), and keeps passing me around departments. They refuse a return, even though the fridge still has all packaging and is clearly not functioning as expected. If you value peace and quiet at home, avoid this model – especially if you have an open kitchen. For the price, I expected premium quality – instead, I got constant noise and poor service.

I'm in love with this fridge, very handy with the screen and the auto-open door, I always forget that I have stuff in my hands so its normally a hassle, but now with bixby I can ask it to open the door its amazing. it also has saved me a lot of money since buying it because of its energy efficiency. Worth the money and the design is so sleek and nice, it fits well within my household.
