I bought this one month before , built quality abnormal, and when I'm using Google chrome there is have hanging and it's heating when I put in charge, and outdoor using inside ac there is no problem, and battery drained very fast and we can able to use in dull SIM with 5g it come for 5 to 6 hours only , they mentioned 5000 mah but it's like 3000 mah only very worst thing, ((( If you want to buy this model I don't recommend you))) , Before this model I used m30s that model was much worth for price, Best thing for samsung to retake this models form market if not this will damage the name of samsung company

I very much like this mobile phone which has been working well. However there is one thing happening regularly which drives me mad. From time it will keep playing 2 or 3 seconds the same sound "trala la la" for a couple of seconds. It usually happens when the phone is lying down and not being used. Sometimes this sound nonsense can go on every few minutes for an hour or more. I haven't the slightest idea what is causing this same nonsense sounds to keep repeating itself when the phone is not being touched at all. It drives me mad and wants me to hit it in punishment. I would be really pleased if someone could explain to me how these sounds keep being generated and advise me how to turn off this totally unnecessary and unwanted sound nonsense.

I'm uses to the Galaxy 'S' range. I find this phone very 'hit and miss' when it comes to the touch screen. Sometimes, it's very responsive and other times it just doesn't detect touch. Sometimes you can touch the screen and it takes a couple of seconds to acknowledge it. The thumb print sensor button isn't in the right place for my liking. I do unlock it accidentally (I'm aware of the accidental unlock feature). The sound is good. The camera is good. The battery is amazing so far.

The phone is okay as a entrylevel/midrange device. The best parts of this phone are the speakers, having support of microsd card and having a 3.5 audio jack. Worst part is the heating issue and battery drain in idle. While playing games at max settings the phone peaks at 44c. And the battery will drain form 100 to 0% in 24 hour if just leave it idle without any apps running in the background. It clearly needs a proper software optimization update.

It is very similar to my J6 phone so finding my way round was fairly easy. It has just been upgraded and now I find I cannot switch it off by a long press on the start button as before. .Also when trying to follow the upgraded steps (help) the first picture is of all the possible apps I might be inrested in. When I decline any apps and try to move to the next useful tip I am closed out and can't go any further!

The screen is not very responsive to touch, often needing several taps to get an response. There is no proximity sensor which to me is a major problem. With my previous phone I could just cover the screen to switch it off, but with this one I have to use a double tap to switch it off and because of the screen insensitivity to touch, a double tap sometimes fails to work.

I bought this phone when it first came out,let see,ya about 1 year now.And it still working as if I bought it yesterday.Very good phone and very fast,camera takes decent pictures and the music with Dolby atmos sounds like if you were in a recording studio.man,you have to hear it,with wired headphones it sounds like if you had 2 giant speakers in your room.

My Samsung A25 has met all my expectations, and can obviously do much more than I will ever use. Just a couple of niggles: It comes with only a USB C to C lead, so therefore I needed to buy either a charger or a USB A to C lead -no warning about this. Not long after I started to use it, a Software Update "ONE UI 6.1" appeared, with no clear indication that it had anything to do with Samsung. Being suspicious, I consulted my son, who assured me that it was genuine, and it installed with no problem, offering me even more facilities, a couple of which I have already found useful. The fingerprint sensor works well, for unlocking the phone and for signing in easily to some apps. Touch sensitivity is good, as is the screen visibility in bright sunlight. Transferring data from my old phone went extremely well, so I have no regrets about the change. It was available on line at a bargain price, so I consider it excellent value for money.

I bought 2 X A25's. One for me and one for my wife. Both phones need to be plugged in during the day to ensure that the phone lasts the full day. Other than the battery life, the phone works as it should. it's not as bad as a 2 star, but not as good as a 3 star.

I find it so much easier to use than the Nokia 2.3 that I previously had. I use it mainly for banking apps, with occasional use as a phone for outgoing calls (with a cheap monthly SIM deal that suits me)

I hate the way the sim card has to be inserted into the phone, tiny sim card on a fiddly little cage. which needs a pin to extract. Why have the phones got bigger and the sim card got smaller. Then when I started to use the phone it started to beep at me with such things as "offer on Candy Crush", "offer on XYZ". None of my other mobile phones have done anything like this and I am not interested in advertising on my mobile. No wonder you need a large mobile data allowance,. Then I suddenly has a pop up saying that some software for message encryption had been installed (without asking), and trying to sort out how to control that was a nightmare, and very far from easy. I have always been able to delete individual text messages, but now you have to delete all messages from a contact, not just the ones you want to delete, so its is keep all of the messages or none, a very backward step, as you should have an option. (and they say this is progress). The mobile does seem to work fine as a phone etc, as I tend to use mine for calls and texting and have turned off the mobile data (I hope),

Solid build, lovely bright clear display, side button for fingerprints is a nice touch. Very easy to set up and use. Battery life is very good and charging is really fast
