I have had nothing but issues with this phone. It will randomly not send texts (and there is no way to find out if your texts went through or not unless you do that terrible and intrusive confirmation report), the camera quality is about the same as the original Galaxy S phones, the fingerprint is unusable, the battery life is terrible and it drains significantly faster on the lower end than it does when fully charged, the charging port has been loose since I got it and it won't charge well. It doesn't sound like much, but on a daily basis it's extremely frustrating. I wish typing on an iPhone wasn't terrible because I'd absolutely switch permanently otherwise.
Absolutely love my S21 5G it's rapid and navigates between apps extremely quickly. My old S10 was pretty quick and never let me down considering its age and how long is had it for (3 years) my S21 is simply put... Awesome. Has a great camera, lots of apps, I'm literally on it constantly throughout a day as I use it for taking pictures and great quality videos of the products I make and sell then uploading them to my website, I constantly manage my site along with all the socials and with Bluetooth on to keep my watch and Alexa connected and it does all that with one charge. much better battery than the S10 I'm extremely satisfied and would recommend to anyone.

Firstly I feel like I don't own the phone, I'm a walking billboard to advertise your products... Soo many ads on everything and you just keep putting more and more in any available space you can.. comes a point when your have to stop the sheer greed. Then it's the fact I've brought my phone outright and don't get a plug, earphones etc... I paid a lot of money for earphones, which you've rendered useless because of yet again, more greed.. no 3.5mm audio jack is a p i ss take, and it gets worse when you find out, how you've strategically blocked USB type C to 3.5mm adaptors from working.."USB not recognised" every time! Undoubtedly the last samsung device I buy.

It has been amazing how it takes the colors perfectly and clear. The zoom is wonderful. I have taken pictures of the moon and it looks perfect. The videos have wonderful quality and you can change the mode such as HD or Full HD. For gaming it is excellent, I have tried Fortnite and Apex Legend and it certainly goes very smoothly. It has many functions in the gallery. Without a doubt it is a great cell phone. Highly recommended.

Started as a great phone, but, like most greedy phone companies, they have slowly sent updates that make the phone worse and glitchy. Every update that goes through (which seems weekly at this point) leads to some new mechanical/memory/charging issue. It's absolutely ridiculous that these greedy companies get away with ruining products we bought from them just because they want to sell you the newest model with 0 new tech. Last time I'll be buying a Samsung as this is the 3rd time they've done this to me. Avoid if you can!

Sorry but I'm not happy with my S21. To start with I thought Sky signed up for the new S22. I find the battery runs down very quickly. I am often getting " no Internet " even though I am at home. A lot of things keep appearing on the screen that I can't get rid of, some extremely sexual including naked women. I feel this must be a reconditioned phone , but not completely cleared, although it was sold as new. I have had many Galaxy phones, all good, but I hate this one, but I'm stuck in a contract.

To be honest, it's over engineered, simple things like revolving a photo, is so complicated, any one over about 55 yrs, will have to go to university for up to a year, just to learn how to do the most basic things Google job we have Google, and YouTube, otherwise i would have been well and truly lost. Luckily, ido have grandchildren, who can help, even then, they sometimes struggle. I would still prefer my old J4, but it was too slow. And I need edit to use it for CCTV camera s
Very easy to get the phone set up in a few hours, used SmartSwitch to copy the data over from my S8, moved the sim card over and was up and running. Most of the functions are similar to my S8 so I get use to it very fast. Taking photos is much more accurate and sharp. So far this phone is doing good. I close apps when not in use to keep it cool but it hardly heats up and battery is good for a day. Great battery life and if away from a charger simply turn on power saving mode.

Great phone . Does what a phone is needed to do.. camera is good but the 30x zoom is pointless to be honest. Battery life is OK with heavy use will need a boost charge by late afternoon. Going to upgrade to the S23 hope Battery life is better on that can't see it as my partner has the S22 & the battery is shocking on it .. the S23 you can not get a full day out of that on one charge you do need to fully charge that at least once a day to see you through

I love Samsung phones, I always have. The only negative I can think of is the price. I always have towait until they have been out for a while, before I can afford to get one that is second hand. The only downside of that is you don't know how old they are when I buy one. But I always find that Samsung phones go on for a long time. And they are easy to use. Lovely and smooth when downloading and uploading. Just an all time great.

it had potential but battery was rubbish also it used its own internet instead of my wifi for an upgrade leaving me with no portable wifi. Hopefully will be fixed but would have liked a warning takes forever to charge3 hours for 30% I might get a bnew battery to see if thats the problem but poor design means I have to get this done by an engineer rather than just slide one in They need some intelligent design staff!
My last samsung phone was S9 and since then I tried to upgrade to S20, S21, S22 and all of them gave me very bad headaches, made me very nauseus and felt like my forehead will burst, I returned all of them back. I never ever get headaches. I have tried everything, adjust all settings, I even called samsung representative to guide me to the best display settings, nothign works. Samsung really need to look into this.

On paper the specsheets for this blew my old Moto g7+ out of the water. But the reality is it has not really that made a substantial improvement to my day to day tasks. The camera images are slightly better but the zoom is really a bit of a dud. Battery life is OK, move to 5g OK where its available, but otherwise I don't find anything in particular that makes it stand out over other handsets.
Had the phone since Febuary 2020 and this is my 4th Galaxy Series phone in a row (S7, S8, S10) and now this one. The spec has on paper is good, and camera excellent. However that's where the good experience ends. Since about April 2020 the phone has consistently restarted about 10-15 times a day, sometimes while using it sometimes when it's just in my pocket/on the table. Tried all the usual fixes for software bugs, but none worked. Hardware tests all pass fine. A quick look on line would suggest many others have had/ have this issue, with the only fix being a temporary one and that is to exchange the phone for another unit but the problem eventually occurs on the new one. Some form of inheritant issue with the hardware, likely linked to cooling (given it seems to do it more when it's warm) It's been that bad that now I'm due a new phone it's very unlikely it'll be 5 in a row for Samsung.

I'll be honest, I was expecting big things from this phone, but while I'm not disappointed with it, neither am I excited by it. There are no really outstanding features in my opinion. The only really good thing is that it syncs with my Samsung tablet and my Samsung watch. The battery life is quite poor for my usage - I'm finding I need to carry a charger with me as a full charge overnight doesn't last a day, and that's with me needing to turn it off when in work, and switching it on during break. There are no outstanding features on the camera, and it seems to get really hot quickly if you use it too much. I've tried turning off quick charge and various other bits as suggested, but I still find it getting quite hot. The speakers are quite tinny and basic as well. The sound quality for calls is above average, but thats about it. I'm sorry, Samsung, in my opinion, you dropped the ball on this one.
Great phone compared to my A5 was definitely due a upgrade. Even thou I bought this phone as used excellent condition from music magpie it arrived without a scratch on in and a new battery. The phone it's self is fast has great materials and enough storage space for my needs. I would definitely recommend this and maybe now I will update my phone more than every 5-6 years.
I've had Samsung phones for year, and in inbthe last 20 yrs I've never had a broken screen. This one came out of the box and within minutes had some of the screen flaking away from the sides. Been desperate to set it up, I didn't worry about it. What a mistake! Now my screen has a gouge in the middle where the sand like texture material keeps flaking off.

The worst phone I have ever had in 2022. Within 2 days of buying it had this heating issue, feels like it will explode, when I went back to sharaf DG for return they said it can not be returned and they did the service after which nothing happened and they even sent the phone to some external service center not the Samsung service center. It was my worst decision to buy a phone from them and this model had a serious issue of heating up and my sim was not detected in the phone I literally wasted my 2000aed on this pathetic device. I went to Samsung service center again and he charged 60 aed again because the issue was still there he said previous report was fake and it has some hardware issue but no the sim is still not detected in this phone and the only best thing is it's camera is too good which is why I chose this but eventually after too much hassle I have to give up and switch to another phone.It was so disappointing to get such device from Samsung.

Great phone, well happy with size, speed and screen, down side to the s21 is the battery, if I want it to last all day whilst using it alot I'd have to put it in power saving mode, I genuinely believe my last s9 had a better battery and phones should easily be lasting all day with alot of use, that's the only downside really.

Love the camera & phone in general but think the fingerprint sensor us rubbish. Doesn't work at all despite resetting several times & phones not even a year old! Face recognition isn't brilliant either. Only works in good light whereas iPhone works even in low light. When my contracts up I'm thinking of switching to an iPhone

For the price it's an excellent phone, and can definitely hold up against the mainline S21 series. Occasionally closes out of apps, but not enough to be a huge issue (yet) so not a perfect score. Largely trouble free but have several glirches. 1. takes photos without me doing anything 2. Camera fosus is iffy, zooms in and out but not able to get a good clear photo. So im a small youtuber and I like to watch use and upload videos and it keeps laying so I don't bother with games its ok for simple tasks but for anything at all power consuming it is not very practical and also the back plastic is falling off it good for older folk but im going to grab an iPhone kind regards rhys

The camera is good but the lack of an sd slot is limiting. Also the finger print reader is rubbish both with and without optical screenprotector. Because of this you cannot trust the Google pay. Bar having dropped my old s9 and cracking the screen I would have gone back to it so my review is disappointing.
I would love to give this phone more stars but each time there is an update I lose all android auto connectivity and I have to wait for another update. It may sound minor but I use Google maps a lot for navigation as I am always travelling so its super frustrating when I cant access the services I need.

Recently my Microsoft apps keep forgetting recent files that I have opened. I get an exclamation mark in a triangle suggesting there is a problem with Onedrive. After many discussions with Microsoft I would like to uninstall and reinstall the Onedrive app, but I don't seem to be able to do that.

I had to buy this phone as my s23 ultra was damaged and unrepairable. This phone feels quite a bit slower, glitch and battery life is almost unusable for my daily needs. Camera not the best and slow to focus I would only recommend this phone for light use and as someone's first phone possibly.
Mediocre phone which has been totally ignored by Samsung since the ultra arrived. The camera is OK, but nothing special. There are no outstanding features on this phone. Everything is bland and very average. You're better off getting a cheap Chinese phone and installing a custom rom on it.

Great phone: screen, camera, speed, size, BUT, it doesn't hold a network connection: "No SIM card" or "No Service". A reboot always fixes the problem - for a while. My wife's iPhone (on same wifi/network) doesn't have this problem. Going to have replace a 2+ year old phone :-(

Really not happy. Am trying to move away from Apple and so selected a Samsung S21. However it takes days to charge up and none of my USB C interfaces work so will have to buy Samsung own kit. Am seriously wondering if I should stay on my IPhone and sell this useless device.

This is my latest and best Samsung Smartphone. I have had the S3, S5, S9 and now S21. It does everything, sometiimes quicker than my Dell PC. Also, the signal strength is more consistent. I cannot fault it, especially on my Vodafone plan. Not forgetting the amazing camera.

I don't love it at present. Bixby is 100% annoying. I can't turn her off. I have a blue square circling every letter & App, which again I can't remove. I am having to double tap every letter & App. So if anyone can help remove these problems I would appreciate it.

The operating system seems very poor in relation to my previous phones. Slow to load. Even if full signal 5g sometimes it just won't load a webpage. Signal poor when other people on the same network have better signal. Advised fix. Factory reset. Nightmare

Love this phone. It has a great amount of excellent features (everything from Dex to the 120Hz screen, and much more)! The one thing I wish Samsung still offered would be an expandable memory slot. Otherwise, this phone is an excellent value for the price.

Terrible experience. Mobile won't stay connected to mobile network. Drains battery trying. Upgraded sim and tried several resets. Total waste of my time. Returned once and no repair. Have lost hours of time and missed important messages etc. Fed up.

Pretty functional but I'm still learning new tips and tricks. Camera works well and editing is easier than my previous S8. Prefer this screen over the "Infinity" screen of my previous S8. Note - Bought 2nd hand with 5 yr warranty.

I had so much expectation swapping from a S10 but regretfully my new S21 let me down BIG TIME. It's a very slow phone overall and camera isn't the best. After 12 years of Samsung ill be moving to an Apple iphone 15 in September.

I was an Apple user for years, and found myself getting bored with the phone nothing ever changed. So decided to go to an android phone, Samsung is a brand I know and trust . This phone is amazing will never return to Apple.

Price makes lose value fairly quickly. Not worth the prove tag unfortunately, doesn't hold value like other devices so is pretty much worth nothing after purchase. Glass is very fragile. Definitely just an average device.
It's a good phone I like it , sadly I couldn't get the s21 ultra so had to get the s21+ Sometimes it's a bit slow but then I forget about it The camera quality is amazing at 8k Love the phone and Samsung in general

Great phone (base S21) but awful battery life. It's probably gotten worse over the years but it's gotten to the point it doesn't even last me a whole work day and that's where a flagship shouldn't go in my opinion.

Phone was running fine until a few months ago until Now. I keep getting a notification of moisture in the charging port. I have tried everything to fix and it still keeps coming up. So as a customer I am not happy.

I bought this phone to enable me to use 2 phone sims. I used to carry an S19 and and S20 all the time but this has both sims in one tidy package and smart switch is excellent

I loved it until an update in November when it now turns off when charging and I quite often don't recieve phone calls or text messages since the update also
