Water is leaking from detergent box in the washer

When the machine is operating, a visible water trace from the detergent box appears; here is some advice to help you with your problem.
Water leaks at detergent drawer during washing or rinsing cycle can be due to following factors:
• High water pressure
• Foreign materials in detergent drawer
• Non-High Efficiency (HE) detergent - (Non Low Suds Detergent)
• Hose drawer tub blocked
How to clean detergent drawer

While holding down the release lever (A) on the inner of the drawer, slide open the drawer.

Clean the drawer components in flowing water using a soft brush.

Clean the drawer recess using a bottle brush to remove detergent residues.

Reinsert the release lever and the liquid detergent container to the drawer and slide the drawer inward to close it.

Select the correct detergent type based on the type of washing machine (Front load / Top load / Semi Automatic)

Check the dosing instructions on the detergent packaging.

Use the scoop to measure the correct dose depending on the soil level.
