Make sure the door is properly closed.

Before the washing machine starts to fill, it will make a series of clicking noises to check the door lock.

Close the door and press Start/Pause. For your safety, the washing machine will not spin until the door is closed.

After the washing machine finishes all the cycles, it will take time to be able to open the door. (2-3) minutes

Make sure the door lock light is off. The door lock light turns off after the washing machine has drained
Note: Install your washing machine in a spacious area for comfortable door opening. Avoid placing it behind a room door to prevent damage or friction with the machine's body.
Note:
- Child Lock also will lock the door on some models, as front-loaded. You may check the user manual on how to use the child lock feature.
- The door may not open if water remains in the drum. Drain the drum and open the door manually.
- Normally waiting for the cycle to end is all you need to do to unlock the door.
- If the washing machine is off and the door is locked, turn it on to unlock the door.
