1. Why Reset Your Samsung SmartTag?

Resetting your SmartTag is necessary in several scenarios:

2. Supported Samsung Devices

3. How to Reset the Samsung SmartTag

  1. Open the battery cover by inserting your fingertip into the notch at the bottom of the SmartTag and gently pulling it off.
  2. Remove the battery and press the central button on the SmartTag.
  3. While continuing to hold the button, reinsert the battery into the SmartTag.
  4. Keep holding the button for five seconds, then release it.
  5. Snap the battery cover back into place. The SmartTag is now reset.
