I've had this case for about 6 months. I do like the concept of the phone case but the strap does get stretched out quickly and will not lay flat into it's groove (which I did expect). The biggest disappointment is that all four corners of the case are cracking and falling apart. Especially the corner where the s-pen is located. I understand that normal use will cause some minor cosmetic damage, but I never had a case deteriorate like this. I am not hard on my phone either. I dropped it a couple times with no damage to the phone, so the case does protect! However, for this price I really expected it to hold up longer. If you are looking for a case that will last, I do not recommend this one. If Samsung offered a one time replacement, I would reconsider this product, otherwise it's not worth the investment.

Estou usando a capinha a cerca de 2 meses e ela encaixa perfeitamente ao aparelho. Ela é bastante rígida e resistente, apresentando estrutura robusta, o que até dificulta um pouco para tirar e colocar, mas até agora não causou nenhuma marca no meu S24 Ultra. A textura é aveludada, proporcionando um toque agradável. A alça é bem macia e de fácil abertura e fechamento. Ela agrega bastante praticidade no manuseio do smartphone, tanto para posicionar a tela na horizontal para assistir algo quanto para transportá-lo na mão. Comprei a cor cinza, em que o fundo da alça quando aberta é verde. Estou bastante satisfeita com a qualidade e aparência da capinha.

At first I loved it. I have arthritis in my hands, so I am trying to find a case that's easy to hold, plus has a good stand. It fulfilled that in the beginning. First the strap stretched out and was hard to hold my phone comfortably, then after 3 month's the strap broke. Now it flopps around, and gets in the way of taking photo's. I tried to glue it back on, but it won't hold on this type of material. It looks ugly without the strap because it's a bright greenish yellow color underneath that stands out. I do like the case. It's not bulky, easy to grip, nice color. I've dropped my phone quite a few times and no damage. It has the potential to be a great case if Samsung can figure out a way to fix the strap problem.

Como todos os outros comentários neste site quero apenas reforçar que a capa é fraquíssima, só o facto de colocarem e tirarem do bolso a mesma começa a desgastar-se e a rasgar-se nos cantos e isto dentro dos primeiros 4 meses. Mais a Samsung não admite o problema de qualidade da capa e submete de imediato a culpa para o cliente por mau uso (mesmo não conseguindo fazer prova) e estando a mesma dentro da garantia. Se estiverem a ler isto NÃO COMPREM, é muito mais cara que uma capa da concorrência e bastante fraca. A minha última capa de marca durou 6 anos esta tem 6 meses e vai para o lixo. No entanto não têm de acreditar em mim, basta lerem as reviews de todos as restantes capas e vão ver que em comum está o desgaste das mesmas e curiosamente sempre nos mesmos sítios.

Qualidade muito ruim, em pouco tempo já desgastou as quina e rompeu a parte onde fica a caneta. Falei com chat , telefone etc da samsung , fui orientado a ir a uma loja oficial (onde teria comprado a capa). Na loja fui informado que é marca de uso , desgaste e quebra por causa do contato com a calça jeans ((?!!)). Todas as instancias da samsung deizaram a desejar , capinha cara que além.de estragar não protege direito , trincos nas peliluclas de vidro da tela do celular porque não absorve impacto leve. Além disso é grosso por causa da tira. Fuja. Prefira capas de outras marcas.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] not really a surprise this got bundled with the phones for free, just generally a bad design and feels cheap, can tell it would break easily. basically impossible to remove without putting amounts of stress on the phone that feels unsafe, which is bad since you are obviously going to want to remove this soon after putting it on. the grip stand does not feel stable when used as a stand, does not securely click into place when inactivve, and honestly i don't see how it would realistically afford much drop protection even if it did work as it is supposed to.

Overall i was quite happy for the case, but after 2 month of using the the rubber grip started cracking. i can still hold the phone, but expect, that the crack will finally extend cause the grip to break into half. i would appreciate if Samsung repeated the design, but from more durable materials. Similar case on S23 was much more durable, but required frequent washing. at least the phone was secure.

The strap moves even when you don't want to. For example when you trying to put your phone into a pocket, there should have been a magnets to hold the strap in place. The piece that is next to the charging port has no support so it snapped after a week. VERY POOR QUALITY.

I enjoyed the strap feature on the old s23 ultra, so brought this assuming the features would be the same. Oh how I was wrong! The adjustable strap feature is gone The click feature only allows loop to be one size You can barely reach the strap or shall I say loop. Very disappointed, I will be happy if you can make the old Grip case for the New S24 ultra, as it has not improved the idea but has gone backwards. I have looked but there is no current Grip strap case with a actual strap like last years. We will have to wait.

Ok, so I can't complain too much since I got this case as part of my credit with purchase of the new Samsung S24 Ultra. Got the only color available at that time, and it wasn't ideal, but you know... whatever. Anyway, the thing I can't figure out for the life of me is how to "undo" the grip loop. I thought "hey, this will come in handy for selfies and to use as a stand while watching videos or cooking recipes!" But now that I've secured the loop into place, I can't seem to get it to go back to its original position. What about when I want to lay the phone down on a flat surface? Or put it in my pocket? Am I just really dumb, or is there no way to return the loop to it's flat position? I'm afraid to pull too hard on it for fear of breaking it. Someone please help.

I bought this case when it first came out. I was skeptical at first. But it turns out to be an amazing case. It is very comfortable to hold. The strap works as a stand only on its side. You can not stand it up with the strap in the upright position. The taupe color is actually a magnificent gray color as seen in the picture with the person using it as a stand. It actually doesn't get dirty easy at all. Very strong and comfortable silicone hybrid case. I don't understand all the complaints of broken straps. My strap is still good going on 6+ months. I think people are fidgeting with the strap and twirling and bouncing it with the strap. Under normal use there isn't any issues. Also samsung has a warranty on cases. Much more comfortable to hold than pop sockets. Can't go wrong with a samsung product!

I got this a little over a week ago and I do not like they way it feels in my hands. After holding my phone it feels like my hands are covered in a fine dust. The case also sticks to my pocket constantly pulling my pocket out with it and anything else in my pocket. It attracks dust like crazy. The "loop" barely holds the phone up and either doesn't stay in place or gets very stuck and is very hard to flatten again. Overall I would not recommend this or any case with this material.

I bought this case for my S24 ultra. It should if been so good but it wasn’t. For the price it should have been much better, for a Samsung product. I bought this case end of August 2024 by October 2024 the strap was so baggy, it makes the case look cheap. Really disappointed. I would have been better off by buying a different brand and a lot cheaper. Judging by other reviews, it seems Samsung are not bothered by the poor quality for such an expensive case

I like the strap, but I barely use it. Not an issue. My issue is this case doesn't grip anything I want it to grip. If I stand it up on a smooth surface, it will slide and fall every time. It does grip your pocket. It takes effort to put it in your pocket. When you take it out of your pocket, it will take your whole pocket with it. Your pocket will be inside out, anything that was also in your pocket will now be outside of your pocket.

When I first received thus case I loved it. Super comfortable in my hand, it made the phone feel more secure. The only thing is the handle started to split at one (side at the top where it slides down the phone) after a few months and now I am left wondering what phone case to get next. So disappointed with the quality, Samsung you charge a fortune for these cases please make them last or reduce the price.

I got the Taupe because I liked the color in the photo, and what taupe should look like, What I received wasa very light grey with an ugly green that doesnt really match the phone,I wish they had just made that backing clear so that you could see the phone's color. The case itself works ok, I wish it had hole cut outs for a wrist strap or lanyard as well, but those can be added with a dremel.

Firm grip on phone and the stand clicks into place when popped out, issue has arrived about 6 months after purchase as the silicone around the stand has started cracking, still usable for main purpose of protecting phone but worth noting. Can confirm the material does grab the inside of the pocket so if you pull it out of jeans pockets the lining comes out as well.

I'll give this two stars because when it was working it was great but the strap is attached in a pretty flimsy way to the case so it broke off after just over a month so now the strap just dangles there in the way. And I can't even just remove the whole strap because then it looks terrible. Can't use the case anymore at all. Not worth the price.

I am not a fan. I found the silicon is too slippery, and the grip part is too large, even for medium-sized hands where it doesn't provide the necessary grip to make holding the phone comfortable. The grip can function ok as a phone stand in landscape mode. Opening and closing the grip is a two-hand effort. Poor function and design for this cost.

La funda en principio luce muy en el móvil, también el agarre es muy cómodo, el problema es que el material es muy débil, se degasta muy rápido en comparación con otras fundas que existen en el mercado, a partir del 3 o 4 mes se empezó a deshacer la goma, en mi opinión por el precio que tiene la calidad debería ser mucho mejor.

Let me start that this case is nice to hold, use and protects the phone, but if you want to use the stand and holder for longer that 4 months I'd order multiple sp youbaready for when it splits. The strap has no damage i'm not sure about what other people are facing so many issues with it. I mainly use it as phone stand and when I am walking to better hold the phone. Till now no issues.

Two weeks of use and the matt coating is already wearing off the case on all the corners. The strap has already stretched and sags slightly, even though I've barely used it. It's slippery to hold onto even though it supposedly has a grip surface. I wonder if they tested this case at all?

I ordered five different cases for my S24 Ultra, ranging from slim to rugged, and this is the one I selected for everyday use. It offers a good balance of protection and comfort, with a really nice feel in your hand—soft, yet grippy. I've found the strap to be very comfortable, useful, and functional, serving as an innovative alternative to pop sockets and uncomfortable metal rings. For simple one-handed use, you can slide the strap down and slip your fingers or hand in, whichever way feels most comfortable. There are many ways to hold and manipulate the strap for use in either the left or right hand. To use it as a stand, slide it all the way down until it clicks (note: you do not need to click it into place to hold it in one hand, only when using it as a stand). The case is thin enough to be comfortable in one hand—more rugged cases tend to feel too wide and take away from the original design, in my opinion—yet it's thick and rigid enough for you to feel confident it will survive a short (waist-high) fall. I've tried cases from multiple well-known makers, and although I think this case is overpriced (since it's an official Samsung case), I don't feel like I've wasted my money.

I selected the light blue case to go with the light blue S24 Ultra. The case itself fits snug onto the phone and one of the main reasons I wanted this was to check out the phone loop. It wouldn't be fair to let people who are looking into this product to see one bad or good review and assume the worst. I read some of the reviews and for people who don't know how to use the loop, here's the run down. With the default being in the flat position, the tab easily pulls down to the "open" or "unlocked" position to become a phone stand or to allow you to put your fingers through it. When you pull it down to that position, it'll snap/lock into place. To release or unlock from that position, you simply apply pressure towards the case or push in, and slide up back to the default lock. Honestly, it's intuitive if you have any brain cells because there's only so many ways that loop can move... case in point, up and down. Nonetheless, I gave this 3 stars because the loop itself, although functional as a stand, is somewhat loose and not customizable to a specific size to use to hold the phone in your hand. Honest review is that the concept is cool, the light blue color contrasted with the orange interior of the flap and the overall function of the case, for what it is... isn't bad. It's just not a top of the line product but it works. So average rating for an average product. I got it free with the credit purchase so I'm not complaining. Just a real and unbiased review for whoever wants to read this essay I just wrote.
