Breaks, chips and discolors. The outer silicon part comes off in bits and pieces, starting by the corners (and no, I did not drop it first). The bottom part doesn't fit all too well and the silicone becomes loose. Not worth the more than €50,00 I paid for it.

Nice concept; it makes it easy to hold. However, the grip part stretched over a couple of weeks, so it does not fit back into its slot. Also, the taupe colour is more of a light grey; it looks more brown in the images.

I used mine for only two months and it has torn at the top. After about a 6 weeks, the back strap had expanded that it doesn't fit in again. Quite horrible for the price.

I bought this case for my S24 ultra. It should if been so good but it wasn’t. For the price it should have been much better, for a Samsung product. I bought this case end of August 2024 by October 2024 the strap was so baggy, it makes the case look cheap. Really disappointed. I would have been better off by buying a different brand and a lot cheaper. Judging by other reviews, it seems Samsung are not bothered by the poor quality for such an expensive case

When I first received thus case I loved it. Super comfortable in my hand, it made the phone feel more secure. The only thing is the handle started to split at one (side at the top where it slides down the phone) after a few months and now I am left wondering what phone case to get next. So disappointed with the quality, Samsung you charge a fortune for these cases please make them last or reduce the price.

After 4 months it just started to fall apart, so disappointed with the product as love the idea of the case *how it functions What made it worse was there customer service team just passed me around 4 different departments before saying we don't give cover for any phone cases. Let me start that this case is nice to hold, use and protects the phone, but if you want to use the stand and holder for longer that 4 months I'd order multiple sp youbaready for when it splits. The sliding stand/holder will break. At where it creates a small bend that will eventually leaving the full function unless.

I ordered my phone in January 2024, and was bought the case as a birthday present a couple of months later (around March I think). So it's been about 4 months. It started out great, it was nice to have a standing grip. However, it does not last. Considering this product is around £50, I would expect the stand to last at least a year. I don't pull on it excessively, or yank it open, I am quite careful - however, the stand is no longer going back flush, and I can see a slight tear on the bend. Complete waste of month, and I feel bad that I asked someone to buy it as a present now. I will look to see if there are refund options as it's still well within 12 months.

The product initially performed well, but its durability proved to be lacking. The strap, in particular, exhibited a tendency to break at the top after approximately one to two months of use. Additionally, the strap became loose over time. These issues are illustrated in the attached photographs.

The strap broke after 4 months of use. I spent 2 hours on phone with samsung just to find out that phone accessories don't have any warranty. They gave me a voucher to buy a new case, but voucher has £0 value.

Firm grip on phone and the stand clicks into place when popped out, issue has arrived about 6 months after purchase as the silicone around the stand has started cracking, still usable for main purpose of protecting phone but worth noting. Can confirm the material does grab the inside of the pocket so if you pull it out of jeans pockets the lining comes out as well.

I want to love the case, the handle is excellent but it's made out of really grippy silicone. Whilst that might sound good, getting it in to and out of a pocket is just to much hassle. Not to mention all the fluff that sticks to it. I wish they'd made a solid plastic case rather than soft silicone.

I enjoyed the strap feature on the old s23 ultra, so brought this assuming the features would be the same. Oh how I was wrong! The adjustable strap feature is gone The click feature only allows loop to be one size You can barely reach the strap or shall I say loop. Very disappointed, I will be happy if you can make the old Grip case for the New S24 ultra, as it has not improved the idea but has gone backwards. I have looked but there is no current Grip strap case with a actual strap like last years. We will have to wait.

The strap moves even when you don't want to. For example when you trying to put your phone into a pocket, there should have been a magnets to hold the strap in place. The piece that is next to the charging port has no support so it snapped after a week. VERY POOR QUALITY.

Absolute garbage product, I have used it for 3 days, and the back silicon strap is already loose and I hate it. Please note I only used the stand functionality not more than 52 minutes. I am now buying a new case, so that I don’t have to suffer the hassle. I wish I could return it ASAP, raising an enquiry now but reaching customer service is a nightmare. DONT BUY THIS ITEM, buy something more sturdy but stay clear of this product.

Como todos os outros comentários neste site quero apenas reforçar que a capa é fraquíssima, só o facto de colocarem e tirarem do bolso a mesma começa a desgastar-se e a rasgar-se nos cantos e isto dentro dos primeiros 4 meses. Mais a Samsung não admite o problema de qualidade da capa e submete de imediato a culpa para o cliente por mau uso (mesmo não conseguindo fazer prova) e estando a mesma dentro da garantia. Se estiverem a ler isto NÃO COMPREM, é muito mais cara que uma capa da concorrência e bastante fraca. A minha última capa de marca durou 6 anos esta tem 6 meses e vai para o lixo. No entanto não têm de acreditar em mim, basta lerem as reviews de todos as restantes capas e vão ver que em comum está o desgaste das mesmas e curiosamente sempre nos mesmos sítios.

Je possède ce produit depuis 2,5 mois et j'en suis très satisfait. La coque est très agréable au toucher et le système de lanière est très bien pensé. Le mobile est bien protégé, à l'exception de l'écran, évidemment.
