Comprei esta TV há quatro meses. Muita boa a imagem porém a tela é demasiadamente sensível e não há manutenção com preço exequível. Meu filho bateu - de modo não muito forte - e trincou a tela. Ao solicitar avaliação da autorizada foi cobrado MIL REAIS A MAIS DO QUE EU PAGUEI PELA TV NOVA, à vista, há quatro meses! A empresa precisa oferecer manutenção em valor razoável por um produto de longa duração e isso não é uma opção para o cliente. Ao contatar a central a Samsung lavou as mãos. Quer dizer que uma TV deste valor vira sucata se for avariada? Nem é ambientalmente sustentável. Uma decepção absurda depois de décadas como cliente Samsung!

I recently purchased this Samsung 75” Neo and I absolutely love it. This television has all that you can ask for. I also have two 65” inch of this same model. The picture quality is excellent. The Gen2 processor is fast and smooth.

The brightness of the QN90D is, quite frankly, a revelation. It doesn't just "fight" glare; it ignores it. Even in the middle of a sunny Saturday, the Anti-Reflection coating ensures that I'm seeing the movie, not the reflection of my sofa. For a long time, "deep blacks" were reserved for OLEDs, but this Neo QLED changes the conversation. The Quantum Matrix Technology offers surgical precision. In high-contrast scenes-think stars against a pitch-black sky- the blacks stay deep and velvety while the stars pinprick with incredible intensity. The Neo Quantum HDR+ brings out textures in dark fabrics and shadows that I've never noticed in my favorite films before. We hosted a movie night recently, and I was worried about those sitting on the ends of the couch. I needn't have been. The Ultra Viewing Angle tech keeps the color 100% accurate even from the side. Plus, with the 144Hz refresh rate, the motion is flawlessly cinematic-no "soap opera effect," just smooth, natural movement during high-speed action sequences. The 4K resolution on a 75-inch canvas is breathtaking, but the real hero is the NQ4 Al Gen2 Processor. It takes standard HD streaming content and breathes new life into it. Muito ruim a qualidade dos materiais, acabamento. A TV chegou cheia de marcas de arranhado\amassado por toda a borda , vaza luz entre a tela e a borda também. O adeviso de modelo e numero de serie veio todo descolado e amassado. A propaganda da TV é enganosa, a qualidade da imagem não é tudo aquilo que vendem. A TV tem um monte de função inutil que só piora a imagem e alguma delas não é possível desabilitar. Ela fica compensando o nivel de branco automáticamente e o brilho da TV fica oscilando, algo da tecnologia ruim dela, mto inferior a minha LG CX. Principalmente em creditos e imagens escuras, quando entra alguma fonte de luz em cena. Ver video com legenda tbm é muito ruim, por conta dessa oscilação. Algo como se o led dela deixasse vazar, nada preciso... Impossivel usar com Apple\Mac o perfil de cor fica todo errado. Nao é possivel usar a calibração no modo PC, o que impossibilita profissionais usarem essa tv. Não serve como referencia de com e imagem. Mais um produto com aquela qualidade da industria brasileira, sempre empurrando porcaria para os consumidores.

A wonderful quality Samsung 50" QN90D television. The television comes well packed with clear instructions on the box as to how to open it and then the provided manual guides you through the rest of the assembly and setup. Setup is very easy through the mobile app, but you can also do it via the television also. It helps to have a Samsung account which is easy to setup also. It is worth also connecting your television to the internet at this stage also. Scanning for channels was also a breeze and the main UI and apps are well presented and easy to access. The television comes with two remotes, one full and one smaller cut down with basic controls but very useful and which is also chargeable via solar or USB. The television has different image pre-set modes and manual adjustment so you can adjust your image to your liking as well as type of television you are watching and lighting conditions you are in. The images are nice and crisp and clear with really good definition. When it comes to sound the onboard speakers are very good with excellent range from base through to higher tones. The ability also to use smart features and control the television and smart devices vocally is also very handy. In addition to watching television or online streaming services, you can also play games and hook up a controller, or link your PC to the television and also play games or use as a monitor and the refresh rate is very good. There are a lot of hdmi as well as other ports on the rear to connect other devices to your television. Samsung provide a lot of apps as well as their own free streaming service of television episodes, films, news and even sport. Overall a really good television with excellent audio and visual capabilities which fits really well in my 4m by 4m room.

The TV is super slim, with a maximum thickness of 2.5 cm. The TV also comes with a very convenient remote control, although it lacks a bit of a premium feel. It is lightweight, fits well in the hand, and has a solar panel. The TV has excellent picture quality, perfect contrast, and vivid colors. The smooth picture is free of graphic artifacts during dynamic scenes. The main menu is very user-friendly. I highly recommend it.

A Samsung é conhecida no mundo inteiro por construir produtos de excelência de modo que cria no consumidor o desejo e preferência pela fabricante. Comprei uma Samsung QN50QN90CAGXZD em 23/02/24, ela chegou em abril e após apenas 1 mês de uso ela apresentou um defeito no meio da tela, como se fosse um pixel queimado (conhecido como efeito nuvem) entrei em contato com a samsung (protocolo 4169883583) eles agendaram o suporte técnico que veio na minha casa, constatou o defeito e fez a troca da tela. Tudo resolvido, certo ? NÃO, a tela trocada veio toda arranhada, e além disso o técnico quando abriu a televisão quebrou a tampa traseira, diante disso um novo chamado foi aberto para trocar a tela novamente e também a tampa traseira (protocolo 1233251091). NOVAMENTE a tela veio com defeito, é a terceira vez que estou esperando a troca da tela. Estou muito triste com essa experiência horrível, tem muito suor e economia para adquirir esse bem que comprei novinho na loja com tanta alegria, além disso, por mais que a assistência técnica seja especialista e autorizada da Samsung minha televisão foi violada e não é mais um produto novo e lacrado. Tristeza e frustração defini bem como estou me sentindo.

I just got this TV two days ago and I’m already blown away. I always have to calibrate my previous TV sets because I got to have to best picture available. With this set all I had to do was choose one of the presets available. Watching Our Planet on Netflix was mesmerizing watching all that fine detail just by selecting the Dynamic mode. No tweaking needed which is awesome. Motion is well configured at auto mode, colors pop, the blacks are blacks and everything works seamlessly to achieve this great picture. I own a Sony Bravia OLED and this Samsung makes the picture look like a cheap unit. Highly recommended and well worth the price, even before or after the Big Game Sale.

Vou Compartilhar minha indignação com a Sansung e essa TV. NÃO VALE A PENA A RAIVA E O DESCASO DA SANSUNG EM CIMA DE UM PRODUTO CARO ESTÁ INSUSTENTÁVEL, DE PÉSSIMA QUALIDADE. Investi muito caro em um produto que pensava ser de qualidade, contudo meu dinheiro investido em Lixo, pois estou com a tv parada já vai para o conserto 3 VEZES, NOVA. Foi e voltou apresentando o mesmo problema. E agora, a Sansung simplesmente sumiu. Vou ter que recorrer a justiça, enquanto isso não posso comprar outra TV pois meu dinheiro está empacado nesse encosto que só está ocupando espaço na minha casa. Eu precisava de uma solução rápida pois comprei a Tv para trabalho, estudo e apresentações. PS a Não utilizei a TV nem uma semana está novinha, e já vai fazer três meses essa novela. Recently purchased a QE85QN90DATXXU and I cannot recommend it unfortunately I am a huge Samsung fan and have many of their products but the anti-glare coating on this TV is terrible with horizontal and vertical banding making daytime viewing of any dark scenes practically unwatchable, check out my pictures for evidence. Not sure if other sizes are also affected but stay away from the 85" version.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m using this TV in my home office. It is doing triple duty as I am using in for work productivity, PC and console gaming, and media streaming. The size and picture are absolutely perfect for what I was looking for. The image is sharp, clear, and colorful. I’m able to get 4K and 120hz from my various devices. I love that I can switch from work and then jump into high quality video streaming. The in-built gaming hub is also great when I want to just jump into a game quickly using video game streaming. The picture is bright, vibrant, and clear. No issues in my office with multiple windows. The mini led works great to give nice dark blacks. Pictures and videos you see do not due this TV justice. You need to see it in person to truly appreciate how good the picture really is. I couldn’t be happier with this TV for my use case (computer, gaming, and streaming video). Perfect in my home office.

Nous nous attendions pas une aussi grande télé wahou quel produit. Contents également d'avoir un meuble de télé solide car elle pèse 35kg. La prise en main a été des plus simple l'installation de la wifi super facile, la télécommande solaire c'est le top plus besoin de changer les piles sympa. La qualité de l'image est top elle est super nette les couleurs sont belles et le son est très bien aussi. Nous avons maintenant l'impression d'être au cinéma à la maison. Nous allons continuer à tester ses fonctionnalités super satisfaits de notre achat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had this TV for a few days, but so far I am just blown away by the picture on it. I haven't even tweaked any settings yet, other than to turn on some of the "intelligent" options. The color saturation and clarity are fantastic. Unboxing and assembling the stand was simple (once I deciphered the silly arrows on the assembly instructions, which are just photos). Set up was straightforward using my phone and took less than 10 minutes. I just plugged in my set top cable box (AT&T U-verse) and the TV recognized it right away and added it to the home screen during the setup process. We are using this TV in a bedroom, so 43" was a perfect size to sit atop a chest of drawers, and it's incredibly thin. The TV looks great in both bright and dark settings. We're just using the built-in TV speakers for now, and I'm so impressed by the sound quality that I may not end up adding a sound bar or external speaker. I've had several Samsung TVs over the years, but this one is my favorite yet -- by far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s been 2+ weeks with Samsung Neo QLED 4K QN90D 85” TV being mounted on a wall using a slim mount able to carry 200lbs of load. 4K streaming is flawless. Blu-ray to 4K up-conversion is stunning. Streaming up-conversion of SDR content to 4K is really good. Can tweak the picture to one’s like. Audio is okay-ish, while mainly use external device to for sound thus it’s a non-issue. SmartThings Hub works flawlessly that gets nested with other Samsung products. That said, I have calibrated both with Samsung AI and AppleTV 4K. Still in early stage, but I think almost there taking full advantage of all the bells-and-whistles this TV has to offer.

I was not in the market for a new television, since I was more than happy with both my Samsung Q60BA 60" and TU690T 43" models. When I saw the 85" Neo QLED offer in my inbox, I knew I didn't need it- but I just had to have it. The monitor fits my tv stand perfectly. Not only is the picture gorgeous and the sound crisp, the size of screen is huge. I couldn't wait to show it off to friends. I'm planning on many nights of gaming, streaming and sports viewing enjoyment. As a loyal Samsung customer, I look forward to adding some sort of home theater hook up in the near future. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung made an extremely questionable and fatal design choice to use a volume user interface pop-up display that occupies nearly 25% of the viewing space, leaving a large part of the screen obstructed when changing playback volume. It cannot be turned off in the settings or corrected using Samsung theater audio products. This feature completely ruins the viewing experience. For the past few years, Samsung has refused to fix or address thousands of consumer concerns posted to community threads. DO NOT BUY any Samsung TV, you will be completely frustrated and severely disappointed to the point that you don't even want to watch TV anymore.

Thst TV just made me want another one I am super happy with both TVs. I mostly play games with the 50 inch new QN90C and have it on my room! And the QN95B 55inch i have it on my living room to watch games and movies with the family. Its just incredible the sharpness of the picture and deep blacks, just as close as you can get to a OLED but better when watching on brighter rooms, and I have a lot of natural light on my living room and bedroom, and this 2 tvs just compensated with super bright screens and better handling of reflections than any other brand!

Pessoal que for comprar,olha direitinho nas especificações técnicas e letras miúdas porque na apresentação eles escrevem as coisas mas quando vc vai ver essa coisa é só para a tv de um tamanho específico. Tipo, lá diz: "Aproveite a imersão sonora que o Dolby Atmos proporciona e a percepção do deslocamento do som dos objetos em cena com o Som em Movimento Plus. São 60W RMS de potência e 4.2.2 canais de áudio com woofer integrados na TV que se somam aos alto-falantes de uma Soundbar Samsung conectada." Aí vc tem a impressão que vale pra todas,mas na verdade vale só para as TVs maiores. A de 43' é só o som 2.0 e potência menor. Eu acho que esses detalhes deveriam ser mais claros nessa apresentação que eles colocam no site

This TV was to replace a 10+ year old samsung TV, the tv it replaced was still good, however with the evolution in TV quality, it was falling behind a lot due to it only being 1080p. The packaging of the TV was what you would expect, well protected and not a lot of unnecessary Polystyrene or cardboard. I was extremely impressed with how thin the TV actually was. This helps with it sit nice and close to the wall when wall mounted. The bezel was nice an thin, which gives it a nice clean viewing experience. With this being the first time having a 4k TV, the quality difference from the previous TV to this one was massive. So crisp and clear with so much detail. The navigation/home screen was a little confusing to use, there isn't a normal "Input/source" section which you would have always normally had on a TV, it's labelled "Connected Devices" which was slightly confusing to start. The ARC sync works amazingly, connecting it to an AMP, it gives the ability to control the volume directly via the TV and don't need another remote for this. It auto switches when using a local app on the TV from the HDMI inguest. Overall the TV is amazing, the quality is the biggest benefit we have seen from it.

Le carton est prédécoupé pour permettre de l'extraire sans difficultés. Le montage du pied, l'installation et le paramétrage prend moins de 10 minutes en tout. Paramétrage d'une grande simplicité, accessible à tous. L'interface d'accueil et principale est très claire et permet très facilement de télécharger ses applications préférées. Le store offre un très large choix. Avant de tester les différentes possibilités, je fonce sur mon appli principale et lance un documentaire animalier tourné en 4k. Là un effet wouahhhh. Je passe de mon ancien téléviseur de 17 ans à une image bluffante. Un niveau de détail impressionnant, on se croirait directement dans la scène. 2è essai avec un film avec beaucoup d'action et cette même impression, on voit les détails de la peau des acteurs. En image standard, par exemple les chaines de télé classique, la qualité est toute aussi bonne. Les différents modes de réglages de l'image permettent à chacun de trouver celle qui convient, la plus approprié à ce qui est diffusé, ou à l'oeil de chacun. Au niveau connectivité, nous sommes bien servis avec 4 ports HDMI 4K 120Hz, 2 USB, sortie optique, ethernet … Le game Hub absolument top … vos jeux Xbox préférés sans avoir de console grâce au Gaming Cloud et une autre plateforme toute aussi complète. The television comes well packed with clear instructions on the box as to how to open it and then the provided manual guides you through the rest of the assembly and setup. Setup is very easy through the mobile app, but you can also do it via the television also. It helps to have a Samsung account which is easy to setup also. It is worth also connecting your television to the internet at this stage also. Scanning for channels was also a breeze and the main UI and apps are well presented and easy to access. The television comes with two remotes, one full and one smaller cut down with basic controls but very useful and which is also chargeable via solar or USB. The television has different image pre-set modes and manual adjustment so you can adjust your image to your liking as well as type of television you are watching and lighting conditions you are in. The images are nice and crisp and clear with really good definition. When it comes to sound the onboard speakers are very good with excellent range from base through to higher tones. The ability also to use smart features and control the television and smart devices vocally is also very handy. In addition to watching television or online streaming services, you can also play games and hook up a controller, or link your PC to the television and also play games or use as a monitor and the refresh rate is very good. There are a lot of hdmi as well as other ports on the rear to connect other devices to your television. Samsung also provides a lot of apps as well as their own free streaming service of television episodes, films, news and even sport. Overall a really good television with excellent audio and visual capabilities which fits really well in my 4m by 4m room.

I am extremely satisfied with this TV. The TV is beautiful and elegant. The bezels are thin and almost invisible. The TV is super slim, with a maximum thickness of 2.5 cm. The TV also comes with a very convenient remote control, although it lacks a bit of a premium feel. It is lightweight, fits well in the hand, and has a solar panel. The TV has excellent picture quality, perfect contrast, and vivid colors. The smooth picture is free of graphic artifacts during dynamic scenes. The main menu is very user-friendly. I highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is used primarily for streaming and gaming. I have it fully calibrated in bith filmmaker mode and game mode. There is never any motion blurriness or lag. Colors are fantastic, darks are more than sufficient for me. I had the same size in the 90A so I knew what I was getting. I am a little salty, that shortly after I bought the 90D, the 90F came out, and I had asked about model timing prior to purchase. I find it weird that they skipped "E", but whatever. If I ever have a more dedicated area with less light, I would like to try an OLED. I keep wanting to buy an 8K TV, but there is just no content or console gaming that warrants the purchase.

The Tv works perfectly for bright rooms and the film maker mode is good for watching movies at decent light but it will tune down the brightness quite a bit, but the picture quality especially with movies and series looks amazing. The sound is also decent. However, the ability to integrate smart things and use it as a hub has been amazing. There is still some apps like ring that does not want to work in awe with smart things hub like this tv but still it is good enought. Overall it is very nice I do love this purchase very much.

The shipping was rough and it seemed to take for ever but as they say "good things come to those who wait". The image is beautiful out of the box, the inage has remained consistent since I've bought it, all the apps work and look amazing in 4k, and the built in xbox gaming features are awesome. I use it as my primary computer monitor for my gaming pc and everything looks great. I can't get windows to use it in 120hz though, which is a bit disapointing but ultimately not a big deal. I also love the included remote as it never seems to need recharging and I love all the included ports on the back of the device. 10/10.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all I should state that my comparison for this review is our previous 10 year old Samsung TV and, as you would expect, this totally blows it out of the water. Obvious things first, the TV is super skinny and if mounted with the matching Slim Fit mount will look amazing on the wall. For such a slim TV the sound is surprisingly good with a fair bit of bass when watching films although no where near as good as if a soundbar is used. The picture is sharp and colourful, the blacks are dark and there is no glare. Viewing angles are also superb. A good party trick is the upscaling of of SD channels to not so quite HD but good enough not to annoy me when no HD channel version is available. There are the usual streaming apps and well as Samsung's free TV service and there are a plethora of channels that I've never heard of but a re quite entertaining. There's also a fitness app with plenty a free training videos. Yes, most are pulled from free streaming services but they are well catalogued which saves endless scrolling (and getting distracted). I have a Galaxy Smart watch that will also transmit the fitness tracking directly on to the screen. On to the things that might not be so obvious, the interactivity between other Samsung devices is amazing. There is picture in picture with my phone so I can have a workout on one half of screen and sport of the other. Or, a program on one side or your cameras on another - if you live in a house so big it's long way to the door and are waiting for guests :) Speaking of cameras, you have full control of the house's smart devices via the SmartThings app, so you can control your heating, turn lights and appliances on/off and any other things else that might integrate. Inputs on the back are plentiful with HDMI, USB and e-ARC and a special shout out to the remote which has a mini solar panel on the back and can be charged via USB C (no more scrabbing around for batteries when they run out!). All in all a great all-rounder (even has a gaming mode that I have yet to try). Amazing as a TV (which what 90%) but take the time to deep dive and you will be astounded as to what this product has to offer.

The first striking impression is as soon as the set is unboxed; you notice the Neo Slim design which provides a sleek, thin, well-made television set that is crafted with premium materials without compromising build-quality. The packaging is thoughtfully designed which provides an easy unboxing experience. I used multiple input sources to elicit a thorough assessment of the set’s functions, including external set-top boxes, game consoles, and computers. The media sources included movies, television, sporting events, pictures, and web content. The display handled all of these with impressive results. The Neo Quantum HDR+ provides a brightness and enhancement to the image quality that is noticeable with any HDR content. Mini-LED sets are known for their balance of high peak brightness and local dimming capabilities, and this set is no different. The Ultimate UHD Dimming is fantastic as it allows the contrast to approach that of OLED sets without sacrificing high levels of brightness. Four HDMI 2.1 inputs are included and support Motion Xcelerator 144 Hz refresh rate which is mainly noticeable with gaming content as this is the primary current source of 120 Hz media. It performed well with fast-paced games which involve rapid screen adjustments. When this is combined with the FreeSync Premium Pro feature, there is really no noticeable tearing with fast-moving images during gaming sessions. The sound quality is impressive for such a thin TV. I tend to use external speakers for my viewing experiences, but the internal options for this set are more than adequate for the majority of content. The Object Tracking Sound Lite provides additional immersion as it helps provide a 3D audio experience. The Tizen operating system is smooth and responsive, allowing for rapid menu cycling and uninterrupted viewing. All apps and streaming services open quickly and load content with no delay. There is also multi-year software support included which is appreciated as there is always the concern of dropping support in a few years rendering the TV more difficult to use after purchase. The software automatically detects devices plugged into the set and properly names the devices accordingly. The included solar-powered remote is able to control the external devices which removes the problem of juggling multiple devices. All in all, a fantastic and versatile set!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As of 04/2024 – this is Samsung’s current generation of the Smart QLED TV line. This technology in on the same field as OLEDs. But it really shines in rooms where there is bright light. Design: This 43” QN90D features slim bezel which makes the TV have a sleek design. It also thin at around a 1” thickness. The bezel also has a brush metal design which gives the TV a modern and updated look. In terms of the sheen of the display, it is a glossy display. Even with the glossy display, it is not reflective when you’re viewing content on it. This TV is also very light. I was able to set up the TV on a wall mount by myself. The TV mount is a standard 200x200. The back of the TV is a rounded but it doesn’t play any part in the installation. If you’re not considering the wall mount, the stand is a heavy piece of metal. This mount is so sturdy that I could imagine using the TV stand on a stool and it would stay fixed. I am really impressed by this factory TV mount. If I had to nitpick, I wish it came with a vanity cover to cover the mount area if you don’t decide to use the stand. Picture Quality: I’m glad I chose this QLED. It performs excellent in bright rooms. I don’t really notice reflections from the glossy screen while watching and playing content. It does have a wide viewing angle as well so I don’t have to directly sit in from of the screen and still experience the vivid picture. I have the mention that the blacks are really black on this screen. This really helps with bright room viewing. Out of the box – the picture looks excellent but Tizen has features to customize the color and image to your own preferences. Out of the box it has a high display saturation but I was able to dial that down to natural just by going through the settings. Operating System: With Samsung Tizen, you won’t need streaming devices. I was able to connect to all my streaming devices right away. The responses scrolling and opening apps is seamless and fast. I haven’t found a moment of lag while using the OS. The remote that comes with the TV is small, compact, and fits fit in the hand. The rubber buttons really make it easier to navigate the remote in the dark. Tizen really stood out when you’re connecting other devices like streaming devices and game consoles. It's able to automatically connect and properly name the devices. You don’t need to remember which input the device is connected to. And this is where the remote comes into play, you no longer need the other remotes. Sams

I just replaced my 9 year old Samsung with a new NeoQLED and it's definitely been worth it so far. The picture is good, almost great in many cases. I think where it isn't great is likely just due to the Streaming Service and internet connection. The AI customization and mobile calibration are both really nice, along with all the extra, manual adjustments that can be made. The speakers are actually great for TV speakers, and cloud gaming is brand new for me so... that's pretty exciting. There is some lag but, again, that's likely the internet connection as much as it might be TV related.

There is just a small frame around the screen which really accentuates the picture and has a minimalistic effect when not is use. The picture is crisp and bright with nice sound. This tv has all the smart features I was looking for and the NEO QLED picture quality is amazing. Whenever I have family over they always compliment my tv as if it was the first time they've seen it. Every time the are mesmerized! I paired my tv with a Samsung Q symphony sound bar and when watching movies the sound and picture quality strongly compares to a theater feel but at the comfort of my home. I would strongly recommend this tv to anyone and in fact I've recommended it to several people I know whom have gone on to purchase one of their own.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has amazing picture quality, I got this 65 in Samsung for my bedroom. So far in terms of picture quality it is the best I have ever owned. It did take some time to learn the new Samsung software on the TV compared to previous generation. I personally use a direct ethernet cord to the TV vs WiFi because everything i use the TV for is connected to the internet for all Streaming services. Sound quality is better than any previous Samsung TV I have owned. Gaming on my PS5 pro or Xbox one X looks great and plays incredible. Only complaint is the controller is small and charges on Solar or plug into USB C cable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m very familiar with OLED TVs and was excited to try this model. The colors don’t disappoint and the black levels are very good as well. If I had concerns about burn in from an OLED, this would be the TV I’d look to. The biggest difference I’ve noticed is the left and right viewing angles aren’t quite the same as OLED. The bezels are very slim and the branding barely noticeable. Very easy to wall mount. I love the solar on the remote. It feels like something we should have had decades ago. Still getting used to the OS but it’s snappy and works well with third party smart tv interfaces if that’s the road you want to go down. Overall you won’t be disappointed with this model and the worst part is watching traditional LED TVs when you go to a friends house. It’s noticeable how much better this is, especially with 4k content.

We have a great room that has a great deal of daytime light, and this TV has The Best compensation for the brightness of the 3 TVs we have had in the room. If anything lets us down, it is the occasional issues from the streaming services, Never the TV. Internet browsing with the remote is quite the task, but we are getting better with time and practice. Mirroring from a phone or tablet works well with YouTube.Sound from the TV is good, but we use a soundboard with a subwoofer, which really matches the impressive picture. Very impressive television, highly recommended!

Colors pop hard, especially when I’m watching anime or playing Warzone. The screen’s big enough to feel like I’m at the movies, but it’s not too huge for my room. It’s got like all the apps built in YouTube, Netflix, Hulu so I don’t even need my Xbox for that stuff anymore. The only thing is the remote feels kinda cheap, but whatever, it works. Also, the speakers are okay, but if you care a lot about sound, I’d say get a soundbar. Overall, for the price and size, it’s solid. I’d give it like 8.5 outta 10. Looks clean, plays smooth, no lag when I’m gaming. Definitely worth it.

It’s easy to navigate and lighting quick to switch between applications. The Dolby Atmos and Object Tracking Sound Lite bring sounds to life and you actually feel like you’re in a movie theater. Incredible! I love the 4K upscaling. It makes the picture look so much better. But wait, it also has the auto remastering! I love how the brightness auto adjusts based on the lighting in the room. Picture quality is similar if not slightly bettee to previous models although on the QN90C for some reason I had to do a lot of fine tuning of picture settings. The user interface on the QN90A model is preferred as it does completely take you away from the action/movie/game on screen like it does on the QN90B & QN90C. Again its a overall win win in comparison to similar models in this category and to the competition. Always pushing innovation to the next level, keep up the great work SAMSUNG.

My main issue with the TV is that it gets glitchy with content from YouTube, not sure why the refresh rate is having trouble with some of the video transitions. Reach out to samsung and they did not provide a solution. They just had me play some testing videos. Issue is mainly with youtube but recently started with other networks as well. Great TV, quality is great and sound is great as well but it has issues with the refresh rate. A little disappointed since this was a replacement for our last samsung qled from about 5 years ago.

The picture quality is amazing and it shines through even more when gaming. The game mode takes my gaming experience to a whole new level. I never expected a significant increase in quality for gaming with the new TV, so it's a pleasant surprise for me. I also like the new UI. It's close enough to previous Samsung TVs I've had but better. I'm still getting used to the new remote control though - I miss the ambient button lol. Overall, great TV. Psyched!

It shuts down from time 2 time and walking around usually shuts it off to no more than 20’ b4 it shuts down or too many walls around within 15’. The next issue was download consumption listening to music online or watching movies had me watching over my download app viewing the consumption. I had it to 865 and sleeping on it while it ran movie cycles. U might be impressed but I had better with my gaming console. That my is my only issue’s the Samsung QCQ90 I own, the rest is a stand out and had awed with the 4k display.

Other brands always looked clear and vibrant in the stores but when I got them home they were a disappointment. Samsung always looked like it was vivid and clear as displayed. This TV has the best side viewing angle I have ever purchased, when sitting on the side of the TV you can still see everything very clear. Also the glare resistance this TV has is immaculate. I have over 20 windows in my living room, dining room and kitchen area with tons of natural sunlight on this TV and it does not affect the visual quality at all. It has plenty of AV ports to support just about any peripheral. The one knock I have is picture sharpness. This picture is by no means bad but I just can't seem to dial it in to really good. It still has what I call "electronic edges." Subtle hints of non clarity around the edges of some objects. My wife doesn't evens what I'm talking about, so maybe I'm just over scrutinizing, but I see what I see. If it weren't for that one minor issue, this TV would be perfect.

The picture at times looks very unrealistic, and fake, at time the shadowing is blue on people. The sound while watching general tv shows and the news is horrible, the tv adds to much base and has a rumble type sound to it when there should be little to no base. It's difficult to understand men's voices due to the excessive base it gives them a very deep voice and not very clear. I tried changing the settings for the picture and sound with unsuccessful change. You missed it with this one Samsung.

L'image est magnifique, l'écran est superbe. Pour ceux qui n'apprécient pas les basses des barres de son, le son du téléviseur peut suffire. En version 50" c'est une super alternative à une TV OLED sans le reflet ! L'installation est très simple et la prise en main rapide, mais le réglage du téléviseur nécessite une certaine expertise et du temps. Il est préférable de se faire aider. Le seul point négatif concerne le pied qui n'est pas à la hauteur de la qualité du produit. On comprend que l'objectif est de l'accrocher au mur ! Un autre avantage est la télécommande en mode solaire.

We originally purchased a Hisense U88N because of the rave reviews it received. The picture quality was very good but everything else about the experience was awful. We returned it and purchased the QN90D instead because we had an older 43" Q60C in our bedroom that was responsive, intuitive and just better overall than the Hisense (from a 3 year old TV). So it made sense to get another Samsung but of obvious higher quality. Well suffice it to say, our experience with the QN90D has been nothing but perfect. The same picture quality as the Hisense and a significantly better overall user experience (thank you Tizen). I can't recommend it enough.

Sempre fui fã da Samsung em inúmeros equipamentos (celular, lava e seca e geladeira) mas, estou DECEPCIONADO com a Smart TV 55 polegadas QLED modelo QN55QN90BAGXZD UHD. Adquirida em 06/03/2023 (1 ano e 7 meses de uso) a mesma apresenta defeito contínuo (liga e desliga a tela com intervalo de 2 segundos). É inadmissível um fabricante renomado vender produto descartável após pouco tempo de utilização pois, tenho outras TVs de outras marcas com mais de 10 anos sem problemas. Único retorno que tive foi agendarem uma visita COBRADA pela assistência técnica e sem assumir o problema. De fato o problema é ter confiado na Samsung... Nunca mais!!!

The remote, although solar and doesn’t need batteries doesn’t have numbers so you have to scroll through guides to find your channels but it does have voice capabilities. Unfortunately the sound quality is horrendous. You have to purchase a sound bar in order to make the TV usable. If they would figure out a way to put quality speakers in the set it would be a great TV. So. 5 Star for picture quality. 0 stars for sound quality =‘a 3 star rating.

Great Samsung quality for the price. That said... The new OS changed the home screen and it's less convenient than the previous version. When you press the home button on the remote, it cuts off what is playing and opens a completely different screen. It no longer opens the pop-up bar at the bottom of the screen while allowing the TV to keep playing simultaneously. The new home screen has a very small, icon-sized "recently played" window, but that window stops as soon as you start to navigate the home screen Definitely more steps, more convoluted, and less user friendly home screen setup.

I have to keep telling grandkids to get off my coffee table because they like to be be 12inches from the screen! Lol! I think they like the feel of being immersed in whatever they're watching. I'm ready to replace the tv in my bedroom and I think itll be my largest samsung yet. At 68 my eyes aren't what they used to be and I need something where I can read onscreen text without squinting or getting out of bed! All my Samsung products (frig, dishwasher, washer, dryer, tablets, phones) have been well made and reliable and this TV was no exception!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture quality of the two brands of Samsung TVs I have is wonderful, but the remotes are ergonomically in the dark ages. Literally. The remote for both of my Samsung model UN32N5300AF tvs has far too many buttons on it, and it's very hard to find the button I want in the dark. The remote for my Samsung TV model QN65QN90CAF is smaller, with fewer buttons. The 'select,' button is the largest, which eases the task of finding it to select TV options. Fewer buttons means it's easier to locate and select the correct button. All of the remotes, regardless of the model, should have backlights, like many other brands have on their remotes.

The image on the TV(s) still is crystal. I have two Samsung's (currently) . One in my son's room is a 2015, while his is impressive this N90D is leaps and bounds above in image quality. The sound is crystal clear all by its self but I paired it with an A550 and 9100S which is perfect for movies and when I'm shaking the house, streaming music! I still have brand xxxx in the livingroom which is next on the replacement list! Highly recommend *****(5/5)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I got this tv after my son tossed the remote and broke the screen of my previous year model. I selected the exact same model but the newest version. So I have noticed that there is some difference with software to start with. The welcome menu was different and isn't as user friendly as the previous year model. But I have noticed the screen is not as detailed as it was before. There are times that my 2009 plasma tv looks clearer than this neo OLED tv. I wish that I could fix my screen on my other neo OLED, but it is quite expensive just to replace a screen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to get my new TV, but I didn't realize how much better quality the picture would be! The 4K upscaling smoothes edges and looks crisper when watching older movies that were not originally high-definition. The images are very clear and especially bright. Particularly with animals and scenery, I definitely notice a difference with the clarity and how the images seem to pop out a bit more due to the Real Depth enhancer. I really enjoy this feature. My children mentioned how It seems like they're looking through a window! Also, I like how the TV automatically adjusts according to the level of the light in the room because I have a window opposite the screen which gets quite bright during sunset. The sound quality is loud and clear too while the tracking sound is useful for action movies or video games to know which side an opponent is coming from. The Samsung Tizen OS comes with a lot of features! The settings are easy to navigate after getting used to them and I especially like how all of the apps are available in one place and organized for streaming or gaming. The operating system is pretty fast (faster than booting up a gaming console). I have no complaints!

[Cet avis a été recueilli en réponse à une offre.] Nous avions depuis presque 6 ans une TV QLED Samsung (Q7F en 55 pouces) et nous en étions ravis mais souhaitions tout de même changer pour plus grand et plus de nouvelles technologies. L’opportunité de ce test tombait donc à pic ! Nous avons donc opté pour un NeoQled QN90C en 65 pouces. Ce téléviseur est ultra plat et une fois accroché au mur le rendu esthétique est parfait 👍 Niveau qualité d’image, après quelques réglages, les couleurs sont vives et les noirs profonds. Nous n’avons pas choisi un modèle 8K car les contenus sont trop peux nombreux pour le moment et les performances de la 4K sont déjà de très haut niveau. Au niveau du son nous sommes équipés en 7.1 donc difficile de comparer avec les capacités de la télé… Le seul bémol est finalement qu’il n’y a pas de boîtier déporté sur ce modèle (alors que notre ancien téléviseur en a un) et il y a forcément des fils (un peu nombreux nous concernant) à cacher et l’accessibilité est également moins pratique. Néanmoins, nous sommes bluffés (comme pour notre Q7F à l’époque) par la qualité et la fluidité de cette télé tant niveau cinéma que jeu vidéo. Samsung offre une technologie à la pointe et nous adhérons totalement à leur gamme de téléviseur.

I am a big fan of samsung and the samsung TV+ service is one of the reasons I went with samsung for the replacement. We watch movies, stream, and I use it for gaming for myself and the kids. There is only one issue. Obviously it is a big heavy tv as I got the 75" version. The stand is correspondingly robust. The trouble is that I could not get the stand to sit just right on the TV so there is a small amount of lean to the TV. It is small, but noticeable unfortunately. After many tries and just not being able to get it right I had no choice but to live with it. There is a good chance this was just a defect on our tv, and every other aspect is perfect. I do not regret the purchase.

Very disappointed that I cannot watch closed caption since I cannot turn on the microphone using your remote control. I can't find the switch on the bottom edge of the tv. I've tried many, many times and called service for help. I've used my phone to try to figure out where the switch is. Impossible for me to find it. Some shows Netflix, MAX, etc , it's not easy to understand what the actors are saying. I need the closed caption to claify. I also have Sonos Arc Ultra. What am I going to do with a tv that I cannot always hear and can't turn on the microphone?

I bought this set in early December 2024. The picture is OK, but not as good as I was hoping for. I was watching an early morning news show at 6 am, and all of a sudden, the screen turned black. The sound stayed on. I fooled with the remote, the HDMI cables, cable boxes, inputs, nothing. I noticed that when the set turned off, it no longer displayed the thin, horizontal white line it usually did. This confirmed the video was gone. I returned it to the store. Bought an OLED TV of a different brand—much better picture. We'll see how that one lasts. A real disappointment. I have many Samsung TV in my house, this one was a bust.

After the initial time spent just setting up all of my streaming accounts, I was able to start playing with the fun Gallery Art options. I'm in the midst of remodeling my home office and this beauty will be the centerpiece on my Gallery Wall. I love the crystal clear image and the sound quality is amazing. The interface is very intuitive. The packaging was minimal (appreciated!) and easy to open. I currently have it assembled on the TV stand, but am eager to use the slim wall mount feature as soon as the walls are painted! And I can hardly wait to explore the customizable frame options. I'm rapidly becoming a Samsung groupie!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV was a breeze to unpack and install on the wall mount. It’s a two person lift so have someone lend a hand. The plugs are not far from the edge and are easy to reach, the power plug was a bit closer to center but still reachable. When you first turn it on it goes into a simple setup for your devices, language etc and you are watching TV in no time. The Q90D immediately recognized my network and updated itself. ROKU and Fire TV on HDMI were immediately setup and they were good to go. I made no screen adjustments at all, the picture is perfect and skin tones spot on. This 65” Samsung Q90D is all I hoped it would be and more.. I appreciate the small simple to use remote although I only stream TV and use the Roku remote exclusively.

It was so easy to setup using Samsung Smart things app. It transfered all the relevant settings from our old TV to the new one. Up and running in no time. The picture is clear and vivid. We have an external 5.1 surround sound system that just pulls from the ARC HDMI out. Again, so easy getting the whole system up and running. Extremity happy with our purchase and would recommend to anyone that has the space to enjoy it.

It works with Apple devices as well as Samsung (obviously). This model can game though xbox live without the console which our son appreciates. It can stream from all major services which our daughter uses it for. We were worried upgrading from the 65" to the 75" would be too large, but it fills the room nicely. This is now currently the "best" television that I've owned. Would buy again without hesitation.

The brightness is unreal...absolutely needs some adjustment to mute the color a bit and tone the sun-like brightness down. Overall it's pretty straight forward and a few hours and different content and I'm amazed at the leap from my Plasma back in the day. Software makes connecting devices for casting or steaming stress-free. The biggest issue I have...THE REMOTE ...I had a 55" curved 4k Samsung from 2016 and the remote is LIGHTYEARS ahead. Even my Plasma had a touch pad to allow cursor control. BRING BACK THE CURVED REMOTE!!! The touch controlled mouse was something my Plasma had in 2012...common Samsung 😜

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got the 85” and it was a lot bigger than expected which was great. I upgraded from my 55” Samsung, so it was a big difference. Streamed my streams right away to see the picture quality and it was amazing. I even plugged in with my previous Samsung soundbar and it was pumping out sound just as it did before with no problems. The only thing I will say is you do want a little bit darker of a room to avoid glare completely. It isn’t annoying, but just noticeable. I also found it a little harder to navigate to different input devices. Overall though, very happy and can’t wait to have family and friends over to share the experience!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung 43” Class QN90D Neo QLED 4K Smart TV Eye-popping. That’s really the closest punchline I think of when trying to describe this TV. You may have seen HDR on your TV, almost every screen out there does it. However, you haven’t truly experienced HDR until the display is *putting* the “high" in High Dynamic Range. The Samsung Q90D Neo QLED does exactly that. It boasts an awesome almost 2000 nits of brightness. An average television set that supports HDR will do about 400 to 600. That isn’t nearly enough to do HDR visuals justice. The QLED panel in this set has so many zones of localized dimming, making dark areas of the dark parts in scenes actually look properly dark. Contrast that with the Neo function of this TV making get super bright where the scene should be bright and you get colors and highlights that absolutely pop off the screen. Speaking of color, one of the features I’ve never seen before was something called Color Booster, and it simply BREATHES life into the picture. Absolutely gorgeous! That’s not all either, you’re looking at smart platform that supports every single app you can imagine. Netflix, Apple TV, even Xbox! That’s right, you can stream Xbox games to the TV with an internet connection and man is it smooth! The display even supports Ultra and SuperUltrawide aspect ratios. So you can use it as a computer monitor and fit two full size Internet browser Windows side by side for massive gains in productivity! The image quality is so sharp and the TV also has a speaker setup that does surround so well, you won’t be missing out on any details. The unit is slim and so light, making it perfect for all around use cases. I’m in love!

We bought this in July. Nice TV though watching Syracuse football this fall I thought they had gone from Syracuse Orange to Syracuse Red. There uniforms looked red though the writing on the field was orange. For a high end TV I'd expect better though I guess it's a common issue. Also you have to turn the volume up to around 30 just so you can hear. I've played around with the audio settings but can't seem to improve it. I guess this is a ploy to get you to buy a soundbar.
