Terms and Conditions
Some conditions apply. Offer valid from November 6, 2025 at 12:00 AM ET to December 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Offer Period”). Offer available at participating authorized Canadian retailers, Samsung Shop App, Samsung Experience Stores in Canada, and online at www.samsung.com/ca.
Customers who (i) purchase an Eligible Samsung Product (as listed in the table below) during the Offer Period, and (ii) complete the redemption process on the TLC National Travel Network’s Promotion Microsite (“Promotion Website”) as outlined in these terms, are eligible to receive a $500 unique voucher code (“E-Voucher”) that will be applied towards their next purchase(s) on the TLC National Travel Network booking site (“Eligible Customers”).*
Eligible Customers must input the E-Voucher to establish their TLC National Travel Network Account (“TLC Account”). Upon successful creation of the TLC Account, the Reward Credit shall be automatically credited to the Eligible Customer’s wallet and will be applied toward the Eligible Customer’s subsequent purchase(s) made through the TLC National Travel Network booking platform (“Reward Credit”). The full value may not always be applied to a travel booking due to various factors such as time of trip or duration of booking.
The E-Voucher and associated Reward Credit is valid for twelve (12) months from receiving the E-Voucher.

Redemption Process:
- Only Eligible Customers can redeem an E-Voucher during the Offer Period.
- Eligible Customers must have purchased an Eligible Samsung Product under their name.
- The Eligible Customer must visit the Promotion Website.
- The Eligible Customer must create a TLC National Travel Network account. Please visit terms of service for more information: SS-travelredemption.tlcrewards.com/terms
- On the Promotion Website, Eligible Customers will be required to complete an online form inputting their information and upload an image of their original purchase receipt showing the Qualifying Purchase and the product serial number within thirty (30) days of purchase as indicated on the receipt (The “Application”).
- TLC National Travel Network will validate the Application within five (5) business days. Once the qualifying purchase is validated, the E-Voucher will be issued and delivered via email to the Eligible Customer. The email shall include detailed instructions for activating and creating a TLC Account on the TLC National Travel Network booking site using the E-Voucher.
- Eligible Customers must then input the designated E-Voucher to establish a TLC account. Upon successful creation of the TLC Account, the corresponding Reward Credit shall be automatically credited to the Eligible Customer’s wallet and will be applied toward the Eligible Customer’s subsequent purchase(s) made through the TLC National Travel Network booking platform. Redemption instructions are as follows:
- For Eligible Customers who have not previously created an account:
Eligible Customers must visit https://sstravelcredits.com/credits and select “Get Started” or “Register” located at the top right of the homepage. The Eligible Customer shall then enter the applicable E-Voucher Code and complete the account registration process. Upon receipt of the verification email, the Eligible Customer must activate the account by following the verification link provided. Once the account has been activated, the corresponding Reward Credit will be automatically applied to the Eligible Customer’s account and may be redeemed toward subsequent purchase(s) made on the TLC National Travel Network booking site.
- For returning Eligible Customers who have already created an account:
Eligible Customers must visit https://sstravelcredits.com/credits and select “Sign In” located at the top right of the homepage. After logging in with their registered credentials, the Eligible Customer must access the Wallet section, select “Add,” and enter the applicable E-Voucher Code. The corresponding Reward Credit will then be automatically applied to the Eligible Customer’s account and may be redeemed toward future purchase(s) made on the TLC National Travel Network booking site.
Samsung is not the manufacturer or warrantor of the services and travel bookings offered through the TLC National Travel Network and assumes no responsibility in connection with the use of TLC National Travel Network’s services.
